Abstract

Secondo l'invenzione si realizza un essicatoio per il trattamento; di asciugatura e di condizionamento in continuo di prodotti animali, vegetali e sintetici che comprende: un gruppo di caricamento (3) composto da un tappeto di ingresso (31) sul quale viene disposto il prodotto (10) da trattare e da un tappeto di alimentazione (33) affacciato ad un controtappeto di alimentazione (36), i quali ricevono tra loro il prodotto da trattare (10) proveniente dal tappeto di ingresso (31); una camera di essicazione (2) nella quale sono contenuti una pluralità di tappeti di essicazione (40, 47, 51) sovrapposti uno all'altro ed atti a ricevere il materiale (10), convogliato dal tappeto di alimentazione (33), che viene fatto avanzare con percorso sinuoso all'interno della camera di essicazione fino ad un tappeto di scarico (4). Tutti i tappeti (31, 33, 36, 40, 41, 42, 47, 51) sono indipendenti tra di loro, ciascuno avvolto ad anello chiuso tra almeno una coppia di cilindri di cui almeno uno motorizzato. La velocità di avanzamento del tappeto di alimentazione (33) risulta maggiore rispetto alla velocità di avanzamento del tappeto di ingresso (31) e minore rispetto alla velocità di avanzamento del primo tappeto di esitazione (40).
