Abstract

Es wird eine Maschine zum Glasieren von Ton- und Porzellan­ waren (1), insbesondere Teller oder dergleichen, angegeben, bei der an einem Drehkreuz (2) mehrere Tragarme (3a-f) angebracht sind, die jeweils einen Werkstückhalter (4) aufweisen. Der Werkstück­ halter (4) hat zweckmäßigerweise zwei Glasurtöpfe (5, 6), die mittels entsprechenden Motoren um ihre eigene Achse drehbar und an dem jeweiligen Tragarm (3) derart gelagert sind, daß sie relativ zu diesem schwenkbar sind. Jeder Tragarm (3) durchläuft bei der Glasiermaschine (1) mehrere Stationen. In einem Zuführbereich (A) ist eine Zentrierstation (10) vorgesehen, von der das Gut nach der Zentrierung und dem Aufbringen eines Stempelaufdruckes zu den Glasurtöpfen (5, 6) in der Glasurstation (12) übergeben werden. In der Glasurstation (12) wird das Gut unter Ausführung einer Dreh­ bewegung und einer gleichzeitigen Schwenkbewegung in ein Gla­ surbad getaucht und anschließend in eine etwa vertikale Lage gebracht. Dann werden die Glasurtöpfe (5, 6) so geschwenkt, daß sich das glasierte Gut in einer etwa horizontalen Lage befindet. In dieser im wesentlichen horizontalen Lage wird das Gut zu einer Übergabestation (16) weitergeschaltet, von der aus das Gut zu einem Schwammband gegeben wird, durch das der Fuß des Guts von Glasur befreit wird. Von dem Schwammband wird dann das Gut mit Hilfe von Saugern zu einer Abtransporteinrichtung (18) in einem Abführbe­ reich übergeben, wozu zweckmäßigerweise ein Förderband vor­ gesehen ist.
