Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen atmosphärischen Gasbrenner mit wenigstens einem langgestreckten, innerhalb einer Brennkammer angeordneten Brennerrohr, dessen Wandung an ihrer Oberseite Gemischaustrittsöffnungen für ein dem Brennerrohr zugeführtes Gas-Luft-Gemisch aufweist, wobei diesem vorzugsweise metallenen Brennerrohr eine Halterung für zumindest zwei vorzugsweise aus Keramischem Material bestehende, im wesentlichen zur Achse des Brennerrohres parallele, in einem Abstand von der Rohrwandung verlaufende Kühlstäbe zugeordnet ist.
- Solche Gasbrenner sind aus der US-A-4 525 141 und aus der DE-U-8 507 804 bekannt. Bei diesen vorbekannten Gasbrennern sind einzelne Kühlstäbe in zwei den Endbereichen des Brennerrohres zugehörigen Halterungen einzeln gelagert; sie müssen in diese Halterungen einzeln eingesetzt und zum Austausch einzeln aus diesen Halterungen entfernt werden. Dies ist mit einem erheblichen Zeit- und Müheraufwand verknüpft, den zu vermeiden sich die vorliegende Erfindung zur Aufgabe stellt.
- Gemaß dem wesentlichsten Erfindungsmerkmal bilden zumindest zwei solche Kühlstäbe gemeinsam eine einstückige, mittels der Halterungen an beiden Seiten des am Brennerrohres befestigbare Einheit.
- Eine solche Einheit läßt sich einfach und problemlos handhaben und kann sehr exakt auf bestimmte Typen von Brennerrohren bemessen werden, so daß sie sich auch von wenig fachkundigen Benutzer, zuverlässig in ihrer Soll-Lage am Brennerrohr anbringen läßt.
- Entsprechend einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung sind die Kühlstäbe derart gekröpft ausgebildet, daß eine Ausnehmung für ein Zündelement entsteht.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen erläuter, die in den Zeichnungen dargestellt sind. Es zeigen
- Figur 1 die Seitenansicht eines Brennerrohres mit der daran befestigten, aus Kühlstäben bestehenden Einheit.
- Figur 2 ist ein Querschnitt nach II-II der Figur 1 und
- Figur 3 eine Draufsicht auf diese Ausführungsform.
- Figur 4 zeigt in gleicher Darstellungsweise wie die Figur 1 eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform,
- Figur 5 ist deren Querschnitt nach V-V der Figur 4 und
- Figur 6 ein Teil-Längsschnitt durch den Endbereich.
- Figur 7 stellt teils in Längsansicht, teils im Längsschnitt eine weitere Ausführungsvariante dar,
- Figur 8 ist der zugehörige Querschnitt nach VIII-VIII der Figur 7 und
- Figur 9 die zugehörige Draufsicht.
- Figur 10 ist die Längsansicht einer weiteren Ausführungsform und
- Figur 11 die zugehörige Draufsicht.
- Gemäß der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Ausführungsform bilden drei Kühlstäbe 2 gleicher Länge gemeinsam eine einstückige, zwischen den beiden dem Brennerrohr 1 an beiden Stirnseiten als Halterungen 3 angefügten Stirnscheiben einsetzbare Einheit 4, die von zwei Tragarmen 5 dieser Stirnscheiben gehalten wird. Ein in die eine Stirnseite des Brennerrohres 1 koaxial einmündendes, der Zufuhr des Gas-Luft-Gemisches dienendes Mischrohr ist mit 6 bezeichnet. Die beiden Tragarme 5 bilden eine Ausnehmung 7 für _ hier nicht dargestelltes _ gegen die Gemischaustrittsöffnungen des Brennerrohres 1 gerichtetes Zündelement.
- Die Figuren 4 bis 6 zeigen eine Ausführungsform, derzufolge eine an beiden Stirnseiten des Brennerrohres 1 mittels als Stirnscheiben ausgebildeter Halterungen 3 anfügbare Einheit 4 aus drei Kühlstäben 2 und diesen Stirnscheiben besteht, also mit den Halterungen 3 gemeinsam einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Auch diese Einheit 4 bildet eine Ausnehmung 7 für ein (nicht dargestelltes) Zündelement.
- Auch die Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 7 bis 9 zeigt eine auf das Brennerrohr 1 aufsetzbare, aus den als Stirnscheiben ausgebildeten Halterungen 3 und Kühlstäben 2 bestehende einstückige Einheit 4, die darüber hinaus in einem ihrer Stirnbereiche aus noch eine Paar von Zündelementen 8 enthält.
- Eine aus Kühlstäben 2 und Halterungen 3 bestehende Einheit 4 ist in den Figuren 10 und 11 veranschaulicht. Bei ihr bestehen die Halterungen 3 aus Winkelstücken, deren Winkelschenkel an der Wandung des Brennerrohres 1 anliegend befestigt sind.
