Abstract

Pumpeneinheit (10) mit einem Gehäuse (12), das einen Motor (24) einen daran angeflanschten Pumpenblock (26) und die zugehörigen Armaturen um­schließt, wobei an der Außenseite des Gehäuses (12) Vorrichtungen (48, 58, 60, 64) zur Aufnahme von bei der Pumpeneinheit benötigten Elementen (53, 62, 66, 68) angebracht sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpeneinheit mit einem Gehäuse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Bei Reinigungsvorgängen, etwa von Kraftwagen und Maschinen finden elektromotorisch betriebene Hochdruckpumpen immer größere Anwendung. Bei derartigen Pumpen ist an den Elektro­motor in Richtung der horizontalen Rotationsachse ein Pumpen­block angeflanscht, an den sich entsprechende Armaturen an­schließen. Am Motor ist ferner der notwendige Schaltkasten und ein verhältnismäßig großer Kondensator angebracht. Der Einsatz derartiger Hochdruckpumpen erfolgt unter harten Bedingungen, so daß es oft zu Beschädigungen insbesondere des Schalt­kastens und des Kondensators aber auch der Armaturen kommt. Bei einer derartigen Hochdruckpumpe werden verschiedene Elemente benötigt, wie ein elektrisches Kabel, eine Schlauch­rolle, eine Waschpistole und entsprechende Sprühlanzen. Das mit dem Schaltkasten verbundene Kabel wird bei dem Tansport entweder mit der Hand zusammengelegt und gehalten oder mittels einer Klammer oder dergleichen befestigt. Die übrigen Teile besitzen im allgemeinen keine Verbindung zu der Pumpenein­heit, so daß sie oft vergessen werden oder verloren gehen.
  • Bekannt sind fahrbare Pumpeneinheiten mit im wesentlichen kubischen Gehäuse, das beispielsweise eine Schalttafel und einen Einfüllstutzen für Brennstoff für die Heizung freigibt. (DE-A1-34 01 987). An einer Oberkante des Gehäuses ist ein Ansatz vorgesehen mit einer runden Vertiefung, in die eine Sprühlanze aufgelegt werden kann, die an einer Waschpistole befestigt ist. Das hintere Ende des Handgriffs der Waschpistole ist in einem Gummiteil eingeklemmt, das an einem Bügel zur Bewegung der Pumpeneinheit angebracht ist.
  • Die DE-A1-34 00 568 zeigt eine andere fahrbare Pumpeneinheit mit kubischem Gehäuse, in dessen einer Seitenwand eine Öffnung angebracht ist, von der aus sich ein Rohr schräg nach innen erstreckt. Die Öffnung und das Rohr sind derart bemessen, daß eine Waschpistole mit angesetzter kurzer Sprühlanze eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Der KÄRCHER-Katalog '82, Drucknummer 0182.165000cb1/600 der Firma Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co., 7057 Winnenden (BRD) zeigt auf Seite 9 eine tragbare Pumpeneinheit mit kubischem Gehäuse und einen davon getrennten Handgriff, der sich von einer senk­rechten Säule etwa in der Mitte der Pumpeneinheit in hori­zontaler Richtung erstreckt. Der Handgriff ist an seiner Unter­seite gerundet und besitzt an seiner Oberseite eine zylindrische Vertiefung zum Einlegen der Sprühlanze einer Waschpistole. Das kubische Gehäuse ist platzaufwendig; der Griff muß an einer eigenen Säule angebracht sein und das Gehäuse muß eine der­artige Form haben, daß es um die Säule herumgelegt werden kann.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Pumpeneinheit mit einem Gehäuse mit reduzierten Raumbedarf anzugeben, das bei einfachstem Aufbau und einfachster Herstellung die Pumpenein­heit leicht tragbar macht und außerdem Möglichkeiten bietet zur Anbringung der in Betrieb benötigten Elemente.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung gelöst durch eine Pumpen­einheit mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die beiden Halbschalen des Gehäuses besitzen eine einfache Form und lassen sich einfach herstellen; sie sind den Konturen der Pumpeneinheit in idealer Weise angepaßt, wobei der sich hori­zontal erstreckende Handgriff an den Gehäusehälften integriert ist.
  • Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Pumpeneinheit sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile ergeben sich aus der nachfol­genden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels an Hand der Zeichnung. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 eine Perspektivansicht der Ausführungsform der er­findungsgemäßen Pumpeneinheit,
    • Fig. 2 eine Perspektivansicht ähnlich Fig. 1, die das Innere der Pumpeneinheit erkennen läßt.
  • Die Figuren zeigen eine Pumpeneinheit 10, mit einem erfin­dungsgemäß ausgebildeten Gehäuse 12, das bevorzugt aus Kunst­stoff besteht. Das Gehäuse 12 setzt sich aus zwei Halbschalen 14 und 16 sowie einem vorderen Abschlußteil 20 zusammen, die längs ihrer Berührungskanten 18 bzw. 22 mittels im Inneren der Halbschalen bzw. des Abschlußteiles angebrachten bzw. aus­gebildeten Klemmvorrichtungen zusammengehalten werden, so daß sich ein stabiles Gehäuse ergibt.
  • Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, umschließt das Gehäuse 12 einen Motor 24 mit daran angeflanschter Pumpe 26, einen Schaltkasten 30 für den Motor 24, einen Kondensator 28 sowie allgemein mit 32 bezeichnete Armaturen.
  • Andererseits gibt das Gehäuse 12 die Sicht auf ein Manometer 34, den Zugriff zu dem Deckel eines Schmiermittelbehälters 36, einen Handgriff 38 für ein Steuerventil, einen Ausgangsanschluß 40 und einen Eingangsanschluß 42 frei. Am Ausgangsanschluß 40 kann noch eine Waschmittelzuführung 78 angeschlossen sein.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist das Gehäuse 12 nun so ausgebildet, daß das im Zusammenhang mit dem Betrieb der Pumpeneinheit erfor­derliche Zubehör am Gehäuse 12 anbringbar ist.
  • Bei zusammengesetzten Halbschalen 14 und 16 ist im Bereich über dem Elektromotor 24 ein Ansatz 46 nach oben gezogen, an den sich ein im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse der Pumpen­einheit erstreckender Handgriff 48 anschließt. Der Handgriff 48 ist an seiner Unterseite der menschlichen Hand angepaßt und etwa mit halbkreisförmigem Mantel ausgeführt. Auf der Oberseite des Handgriffs 48 ist eine in Längsrichtung ver­laufende Vertiefung 50 mit etwa ebenfalls halbkreisförmigem Querschnitt eingelassen, in die ein Ausgangsrohr 52 einer Waschpistole 53 paßt. Der Rücken 55 (Fig. 2) besitzt ebenfalls eine (nicht gezeigte) Vertiefung zur Aufnahme des Schutzbügels der Waschpistole 53. Die Ausbildung und Abmessung der Ver­tiefungen sind so gewählt, daß sich eine gewisse Klemmwirkung zwischen der Waschpistole 53 bzw. ihres Rohres 52 in den Ver­tiefungen ergibt.
  • An der hinteren Stirnseite der beiden Halbschalen 14 und 16 ist eine nach oben offene, halbkreisförmige Trommel 60 mit nach innen gezogenem Außenrand 61 zur Aufnahme einer Schlauch­rolle 62 angeformt.
  • Es ist zu bemerken, daß der Ansatz 46 den notwendigen großen Kondensator 28 umschließt, der bei fehlendem Gehäuse nur schwierig am Außenumfang des Motors 24 anzubringen ist und bei fehlendem Gehäuse einer Beschädigung ausgesetzt ist.
  • Gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 ist die vordere Halbschale 16 im Be­reich des Schaltkastens 30 mit einem seitlichen Ansatz 64 ver­sehen, der beispielsweise ein oder zwei Vertiefungen 54 auf­weist. In ähnlicher Weise besitzt das vordere Abschlußstück 20 eine seitliche Fortsetzung 58 mit beispielsweise zwei zuein­ander parallelen Vertiefungen 56. Die Vertiefungen haben eine derartige Weite, daß übliche Sprühlanzen 66 in die Vertiefungen 54 und 56 eingeklemmt werden können.
  • Auf der Unterseite des Ansatzes 64 ist ein elektrisches An­schlußkabel 68 herausgeführt, das sich in Schlaufen gelegt in einer Vertiefung 72 unterbringen läßt, die quer zur Längsachse der Pumpeneinheit zwischen dem Schaltkasten 30 und dem Schmier­mittelbehälter 36 verläuft. In diesem Zusammenhang sei darauf hingewiesen, daß das Öffnen des Deckels des Schmiermittelbe­hälters 36 durch eine parallel zur Vertiefung 72 verlaufende Vertiefung 76 erleichert wird.
  • Die beiden Gehäusehalbschalen 14 und 16 besitzen einen stabilen Boden 82, der auf Füßen 80 ruht, so daß sich eine stabile Lage der Pumpeneinheit 10 ergibt. Die Stabilität wird noch da­durch erhöht, daß ein Motorsockel 84 mittels Befestigungsvor­richtungen etwa Schrauben 86 mit dem Boden 82 starr ver­bunden ist.
  • Im Inneren des vorderen Abschlußstückes 20 können in Abstand voneinander Haltemittel etwa Federn 88 vorgesehen sein, in die ein nicht gezeigtes Werkzeug, etwa ein Schraubenschlüßel ein­spannbar ist.
  • Im Einsatz wird die zuvor beschriebene Pumpeneinheit 10 in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Form am Handgriff 48 ergriffen und zum Einsatzort getragen. Es sei bemerkt, daß der Handgriff 48 derart in Längsrichtung positioniert ist, daß ein annäherndes Gleich­gewicht vorliegt.
  • Nun wird die Waschpistole 53 aus dem Handgriff 48 entfernt und die Schlauchrolle 62 an den Auslaß 40 angeschraubt. Das andere Ende der Schlauchrolle 62 ist entweder bereits mit der Wasch­pistole 53 in Verbindung oder wird an dieser befestigt. Als nächstes wird die gewünschte Sprühlanze 66 am Ausgangsrohr 52 der Waschpistole 53 befestigt und schließlich der Stecker des elektrischen Kabels 68 in eine Steckdose eingeführt. Der Ein­gang 42 wird mit einem nicht gezeigten Schlauch der Wasserab­gabequelle verbunden.
  • Mittels eines auf einem kleinen Steuerfeld neben dem Ventil 38 angeordneten Tastenschalter wird der Motor erregt und da­ mit die Pumpeneinheit 10 in Betrieb gesetzt. Nach Beendigung der Arbeiten wird der Schlauch zur Schlauchrolle 62 zusammen­gerollt und die Trommel 60 gelegt. Ferner wird die Sprühlanze 66 von der Waschpistole 53 entfernt und in die Vertiefungen 54, 56 eingeklemmt. Der elektrische Stecker wird herausge­zogen und das Kabel 68 in Schlaufen in die Vertiefung 72 ein­gelegt. Nach Einlegen der Waschpistole 53 in den Handgriff 48 ist die Pumpeneinheit 10 wieder transportbereit.
  • Aus der vorstehenden Beschreibung ergibt sich, daß das Ge­häuse 12 aus zwei Halbschalen 14 und 16 und einem vorderen Ab­schlußstück 20 besteht. Prinzipiell ist es möglich das vordere Abschlußstück als Teil der Halbschalen auszuführen. Die ver­anschaulichte Lösung hat jedoch den Vorteil, daß die ver­schiedenen überstehenden Elemente am einfachsten umschlossen werden können.
  • Beachtenswert bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Gehäuse ist auch, daß es in seiner Form eng den Außenkonturen der Pumpeneinheit an­gepaßt ist, was den Platzbedarf gegenüber kubischen Gehäusen wesentlich verringert und die Handhabung, insbesondere die Tragfähigkeit außerordentlich verbessert. Der Handgriff ist dabei derart angeordnet, daß er oberhalb des Schwerpunkts der Pumpeneinheit liegt.

Claims (11)

1. Pumpeneinheit mit einem Gehäuse, das einen Motor, einen daran angeflanschten Pumpenblock und dazugehörige Armaturen umschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Ge­häuses (12) eng den Außenkonturen der Pumpeneinheit (10) an­gepaßt ist, einen in eine parallele Lage zur Längsachse der Pumpeneinheit (10) nach oben gezogenen Handgriff (48) einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (12) aufweist, und daß am Ge­häuse (12) Ansätze (48, 58, 60, 64) zur Aufnahme von bei der Pumpeneinheit (10) benötigten Elemente (53, 62, 66, 68) angeformt sind.
2. Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach oben gezogene Handgriff (48) einen Kondensator (28) des Motors (24) umgibt.
3. Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß der parallel zur Längsachse der Pumpeneinheit verlaufende Teil des Handgriffs (48) eine längsverlaufende Vertiefung zur Aufnahme einer Waschpistole (53) besitzt.
4. Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß der horizontal verlaufende Teil des Hand­griffs (48) oberhalb des Schwerpunkts der Pumpeneinheit (10) angeordnet ist.
5. Pumpeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (10), insbesondere seiner rück­wärtigen Stirnseite eine vorzugsweise nach oben offene halb­kreisformige Trommel (60) zur Unterbringung einer Schlauch­rolle (62) geformt ist.
6. Pumpeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß seitlich am Hauptkörper des Ge­ häuses (12) in Längsrichtung in Abstand voneinander An­sätze (58, 64) als Halterung für Sprühlanzen (66) oder der­gleichen angeformt sind.

Pumpeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß eine quer zur Längsachse der Pumpeneinheit (10) verlaufende rinnenartige Vertiefung (72) im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Motor (24) und Pumpen­block (26) zur Aufnahme eines elektrischen Kabels (68) an der Oberseite des Gehäuses (12) ausgeformt ist.
8. Pumpeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) zwei miteinander durch Verbindungsmittel verbundene Gehäusehalbschalen (14, 16) aufweist, die bevorzugt aus Kunststoff bestehen.
9. Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halbschalen (14, 16) nach vorn durch ein Ab­schlußstück (20) abgeschlossen sind.
10. Pumpeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren des offenbarten Ge­häuses (10), insbesondere im Bereich des Abschlußstückes (20) Befestigungsvorrichtungen (88) für Werkzeuge ausge­bildet sind.
11. Pumpeneinheit nach Anspruch 8, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die beiden Halbschalen je eine Bodenhälfte (82) aufweisen, an denen der Motor (24), den Boden stabil zusammenhaltend befestigt.
