Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpeneinheit mit einem Gehäuse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a pump unit with a housing according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Bei Reinigungsvorgängen, etwa von Kraftwagen und Maschinen finden elektromotorisch betriebene Hochdruckpumpen immer größere Anwendung. Bei derartigen Pumpen ist an den Elektromotor in Richtung der horizontalen Rotationsachse ein Pumpenblock angeflanscht, an den sich entsprechende Armaturen anschließen. Am Motor ist ferner der notwendige Schaltkasten und ein verhältnismäßig großer Kondensator angebracht. Der Einsatz derartiger Hochdruckpumpen erfolgt unter harten Bedingungen, so daß es oft zu Beschädigungen insbesondere des Schaltkastens und des Kondensators aber auch der Armaturen kommt. Bei einer derartigen Hochdruckpumpe werden verschiedene Elemente benötigt, wie ein elektrisches Kabel, eine Schlauchrolle, eine Waschpistole und entsprechende Sprühlanzen. Das mit dem Schaltkasten verbundene Kabel wird bei dem Tansport entweder mit der Hand zusammengelegt und gehalten oder mittels einer Klammer oder dergleichen befestigt. Die übrigen Teile besitzen im allgemeinen keine Verbindung zu der Pumpeneinheit, so daß sie oft vergessen werden oder verloren gehen.In cleaning processes, such as motor vehicles and machines, high-pressure pumps operated by electric motors are becoming increasingly popular.
