Description

  • Aus der DE-A-2 537 899 ist eine Schwelle gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt. Diese bekannte Schwelle besteht aus zwei L-Profilen, zwischen welchen in veränderbarer Höhe ein Tragprofil festgeschraubt ist, sowie einer Deckleiste. Zur Montage werden die beiden L-Profile mit dem Tragprofil auf den rohen Boden aufgeschraubt. Nun wird auf beiden Seiten bis annähernd zur Oberkante des Tragprofils der Unterlagsboden eingebracht. Auf den Unterlagsboden kann allenfalls noch ein Fertigbodenbelag aufgebracht und schliesslich die Deckleiste mit dem Tragprofil verschraubt werden.
  • Bei dieser bekannten Schwelle muss die Dicke des Fertigbodenbelags bereits beim Zusammenbau von L-Profilen und Tragprofil vor dem Einbringen des Unterlagsbodens mitberücksichtigt werden. Dies ist aber häufig nicht erwünscht, z. B. wenn man die Art des Fertigbodenbelags den Kundenwünschen anpassen möchte. Ausserdem entsteht durch das unmittelbar unter dem Fertigbodenbelag mit den L-Profilen verschraubte Tragprofil eine Schallbrücke zwischen den an sich durch die Schwelle getrennten Unterlagsböden. Dies hat eine merkliche Schallübertragung von der einen zur andern Türseite bei sonst gut isolierender Türe zur Folge.
  • Eine weitere Schwelle ist aus der DE-A-1 509 827 bekannt. Hier ist allerdings die akustische Trennung noch mangelhafter.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Flaschschwelle für eine Tür der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, welche eine akustische Trennung des Fussbodens, d. h. des Unterlagsbodens bewirkt und welche gleichzeitig und in einfacher Weise an verschiedene Dicken des Fertigbodenbelages zur Abdeckung seiner Ränder anpassbar ist. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Das in den Unterlagsboden eingelassene Schwellenprofil, dessen äussere Längsseiten zudem mit je einem Isolierstreifen versehen sein können, trennt mit seinem Hohlraum den auf der einen Seite der Flachschwelle befindlichen Unterlagsboden akustisch von dem auf der anderen Seite befindlichen Unterlagsboden. Das Deckprofil kann nach dem Verlegen des Fertigbodenbelags in einfacher Weise ohne Schraubbefestigung und ohne Rücksicht auf die jeweilige Dicke des Fertigbodenbelags in das Schwellenprofil eingesetzt, insbesondere eingerastet werden, um einerseits eine Kontaktfläche für die Dichtungsanordnung der Tür und andererseits eine nahezu niveaugleiche Abdeckung der im Abstand der Breite des Schwellenprofils liegenden Ränder des Fertigbodenbelags zu bilden.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Flachschwelle werden nachstehend anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen :
    • Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine in einen Unteriagsboden eingebaute Flachschwelle mit einem Schwellenprofil und.einem eine ebene Oberfläche aufweisenden Deckprofil, und
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch ein eine gewölbte Oberfläche aufweisendes Deckprofil für das Schwellenprofil der Fig. 1.
  • Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Flachschwelle weist ein Schwellenprofil 1 auf, welches einem U-förmigen Oberteil 2 und einen mit seitlichen Schenkeln 3 versehen Fussteil 4 hat. Das Schwellenprofil 1 ist in einen Unterlagsboden 5 eingebettet, wobei es vorgänig der Einbringung des Unterlagsbodens 5 auf einem darunter befindlichen Betonboden mittels angedeuteter Schrauben 6 befestigt wurde. Die Oberkante des U-förmigen Oberteils 2 ist bündig mit der Oberfläche 7 des Unterlagsbodens 5. Die beiden Längsaussenseiten des Schwellenprofils 1 sind mit je einem Isolierstreifen 8 belegt, an welche der Unterlagsboden 5 nach seinem Einbringen grenzt. Die Oberfläche 7 des Unterlagsbodens 5 ist mit einem Fertigbodenbelag 9, z. B. einem Teppichboden oder einem Kunststoff-Bodenbelag, bedeckt, der beidseitig ungefähr bis an das Schwellenprofil 1 heranreicht.
  • In den nach oben offenen Hohlraum 10 des U-förmigen Oberteil 2 des Schwellenprofils 1 ist ein Deckprofil 11 eingesetzt, das eine obere Deckleiste 12 und zwei gegenüber den Längsrändern der Deckleiste 12 nach innen versetzte Schenkel 13 hat, welche in den Hohlraum 10 greifen. Die Deckleiste 12 bildet mit ihrer Oberseite eine Sichtfläche und Kontaktfläche 14 für eine an der Türblattunterkante der Tür angebrachte, vertikal verschiebbare Dichtungsanordnung. Die Unterseiten 14' der über die Schenkel 13 vorstehenden Längsränder der Deckleiste 12 liegen auf dem Fertigbodenbelag 9 auf und decken dessen Ränder ab.
  • Zur Fixierung des Deckprofils 11 im Hohlraum 10 des Schwellenprofils 1 sind im Hohlraum 10 mehrere über die Länge des Schwellenprofils 1 verteilte Einsatzstücke 15 verankert. Die Einsatzstücke 15, die beispielsweise aus einem Kunststoff bestehen, weisen einen nach unten offenen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf. Die Längsränder der Schenkel 16 sind mit je einer nach innen vorstehenden Rippe 17 versehen, wobei jede Rippe 17 einen zugehörigen, im Querschnitt nasenförmigen, inneren Vorsprung 18 des Oberteils 2 des Schwellenprofils 1 untergreift. Somit brauchen die Einsatzstücke 15 zu ihrer Verankerung im Hohlraum 10 des Schwellenprofils 1 bloss in den Hohlraum 10 hineingedrückt zu werden.
  • Die Schenkel 16 der Einsatzstücke 15 bilden mit den Innenflächen der Schenkel 13 des Schwellenprofils 1 je einen Spalt 18', in welchen der betreffende Schenkel 13 einführbar ist. Die Aussenflächen der Schenkel 16 der Einsatzstücke 15 sind mit im Querschnitt zahnförmigen Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen 19 versehen. Mit entsprechenden, im Querschnitt zahnförmigen Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen 20 sind auch die Innenflächen der Schenkel 13 des Deckprofils 11 versehen. Dadurch rasten die Schenkel 13 des Deckprofils 11 bei dessen Einsetzen in den Hohlraum 10 des Schwellenprofils 1 in die Schenkel 16 der Einsatzstücke 15 in veränderlicher Höhe entsprechend dem Aufliegen der Deckleiste 12 auf dem Fertigbodenbelag 9 ein, so dass das Deckprofil 11 durch die im Schwellenprofil 1 verankerten Einsatzstücke 15 festgehalten wird. Um zu verhindern, dass ein sehr weicher Fertigbodenbelag 9 an seinen Rändern durch das Deckprofil 11 zusammengedrückt wird, was insbesondere im Laufe der Zeit beim Begehen des Deckprofils 11 erfolgen könnte, und um das Niveau der Oberfläche 14 der Deckleiste 12 des Deckprofils 11 im Hinblick auf die Türabdichtung unverändert zu erhalten, ist zwischen die Einsatzstücke 15 und die Innenseite der Deckleiste 12 eine Ausgleichsleiste 21, z. B. aus Holz, eingelegt.
  • Die beschriebene schraubenlose Fixierung des Deckprofils 11 im Hohlraum 10 des Schwellenprofils 1 ermöglicht es, Fertigbodenbeläge 9 unterschiedlicher Dicke ohne jegliche Anpassarbeiten mit unverändertem Deckprofil 11 abzudecken. Mit 22 ist ein Deckprofil angedeutet, das sich in einer für einen verhältnismässig dicken Fertigbodenbelag ergebenden Endlage befindet, und mit 23 ist ein Deckprofil in einer Endlage für den Fall angedeutet, in welchem die Oberfläche 7 des Unterlagsbodens 5 gleichzeitig die Oberfläche des Fertigbelages bildet. Da über die ganze Länge des Schwellenprofils 1 mehrere Einsatzstücke 15 in jeweiligen Längsabständen angeordnet sind, müssen die gegenseitigen Höhenlagen der Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen 19, 20 nicht bei jedem Einsatzstück 15 die gleichen sein. Mit anderen Worten wird eine feste Fixierung des Deckprofils 11 im Schwellenprofil 1 auch dann erzielt, wenn das Deckprofil 11 an seinem einen Ende weniger tief in den Hohlraum eingesetzt ist als an seinem anderen Ende. Durch eine solche Massnahme kann ein gleichmässiger Abstand zwischen der Türblattunterkante und der Oberfläche 14 der Deckleiste 12 des Deckprofils 11 auch dann erzielt werden, wenn der Fussboden geneigt zur Türblattunterkante verläuft.
  • Die Breite der Deckleiste 12 des Deckprofils 11 kann je nach Anforderung bezüglich Abdeckung des Fertigbodenbelages 9 unterschiedlich sein. Während in Fig. 1 die Deckleiste 12 der Deckplatte 11 eine ebene Oberfläche 14 hat, ist bei dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Deckprofil 24 die Oberfläche 25 der Deckleiste 26 gewölbt. Im übrigen weist auch dieses Deckprofil die beiden Schenkel 13 auf, deren Innenflächen mit im Querschnitt zahnförmigen Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen 20 versehen sind.

Claims (5)

1. Flachschwelle für eine Tür umfassend ein in einen Unterlagsboden (5) bündig zu dessen Oberfläche einbringbares Schwellenprofil (1), das einen nach oben offenen Hohlraum (10) aufweist, sowie ein in den Hohlraum (10) des Schwellenprofils (1) in veränderlicher Höhe einsetzbares Deckprofil (11) mit einer Deckleiste (12), deren Oberseite eine Sichtfläche bzw. eine Kontaktfläche (14) für die Türblattunterkante hat und deren Unterseite mit Randteilen (14') zur Auflage auf einem längs des Schwellenprofils (1) getrennten Fertigbodenbelag (9) bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckprofil (11) zwei in den Hohlraum (10) des Schwellenprofils (1) greifende Schenkel (13) hat, wobei die Randteile (14') der Deckleiste (12) des Deckprofils (11) seitlich über die Schenkel (13) hinausragen, um auf dem Fertigbodenbelag (9) aufzuliegen, und dass im Hohlraum (10) des Schwellenprofils (1) mehrere Einsatzstücke (15) verankert sind, in welche die Schenkel (13) des Deckprofils (11) in veränderlicher Höhe einrastbar sind.
2. Flachschwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsatzstücke (15) einen U-förmigen, nach unten offenen Querschnitt haben und an den Aussenflächen ihrer Schenkel (16) im Querschnitt zahnförmige Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen (19) aufweisen, und dass die 'Innenflächen der Schenkel (13) des Deckprofils (11) mit gleichartigen Längsrippen bzw. Längsrillen (20) zum Einrasten in diejenigen der Schenkel (16) des Deckprofils (11) versehen sind.
3. Flachschwelle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsatzstücke (15) im Hohlraum (10) des Schwellenprofils (1) einrastbar sind.
4. Flachschwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen die Innenseite der Deckleiste (12) des Deckprofils (11) und die dieser Innenseite zugewandten Flächen der Einsatzstücke (15) eine Ausgleichsleiste (21) eingelegt ist, um die Einsetztiefe des Deckprofils (11) im Hohlraum (10) des Schwellenprofils (1) zu begrenzen.
5. Flachschwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Aussenflächen des Schwellenprofils (1) mit je einem Isolierstreifen (8) belegt sind.
