Claims (11)

1. Dispositif pour l'application parallèle, l'une contre l'autre, des parois de sacs, à l'extrémité supérieure ouverte de sacs (2) remplis, comportant une ligne de manutention (3) entraînée en continu, formant une voie de manutention, ainsi que deux doigts d'écartement (21) qui s'engagent depuis le haut dans l'extrémité ouverte du sac pour ressortir, toujours par le haut, après écartement, un élément de support (30) comportant les doigts d'écartement (21) ainsi que le mécanisme d'écartement (38 à 43) correspondant, étant monté parallèlement à la ligne de manutention (3) et se déplaçant dans un mouvement de va-et-vient sur un organe de guidage (17, 18), de telle sorte que lors d'un déplacement dans le sens du transport (4), un mouvement d'écartement s'effectue et que l'élément de support (30) soit entraîné, à la fin du mouvement d'écartement, à une vitesse au moins à peu près égale à celle de la ligne de manutention (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une boîte de paliers (32) s'articule à l'élément de support (30), sur un axe (31) parallèle à l'organe de guidage (17, 18), en ce que les doigts d'écartement (21) avec le mécanisme d'écartement (38 à 43) sont disposés sur la boîte de paliers (32) et en ce que la boîte de paliers (32) peut pivoter, au moyen d'un mécanisme de pivotement (33 à 35), d'une position des doigts d'écartement (21) à peu près perpendiculaire à la ligne de manutention (3), dans une position relevée dans laquelle les doigts d'écartement se trouvent à l'extérieur de la voie de manutention des sacs (2).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des sondes (E1 à E4), destinées à produire des impulsions de commande, sont disposées sur la voie de déplacement de l'élément de support (30) et sur la voie de manutention des sacs (2), afin de commander la marche ou l'arrêt des mécanismes cités ainsi que d'un mécanisme de l'élément de support (47).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fixé sur la boîte de paliers (32) un conduit d'air d'aspiration (46) qui, par un cône d'aspiration (45), aboutit directement au-dessus des doigts d'écartement (21) et est dirigé vers ceux-ci.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison de l'organe de guidage (17, 18) est réglable par rapport à un plan horizontal, afin de pouvoir orienter l'organe de guidage (17, 18) parallèlement à la ligne de manutention (3), même lorsque celle-ci est inclinée.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'après le mouvement d'écartement des doigts d'écartement (21), deux organes de guidage latéraux (23) sont déplacés vers les doigts d'écartement (21), à la manière de ciseaux, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient parallèles, et en ce que les extrémités libres des organes de guidage latéraux (23) se situent en amont de leurs extrémités montées pivotantes, dans le sens d'avance (4) de la ligne de manutention (3).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'écartement ou les doigts d'écartement (21) est ou sont monté(s) sur une colonne (9) qui est orientée perpendiculairement à la ligne de manutention (3).
7. Dispositif ou installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la colonne (9) est assemblée de manière fixe à la ligne de manutention (3) réglable en hauteur.
8. Dispositif ou installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la colonne (9) est télescopique.
9. Procédé de mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison de la ligne de manutention (3) est réglable de telle sorte que des variations de la hauteur des sacs soient compensées par un réglage unilatéral correspondant de la hauteur, côté arrivée de la ligne de manutention (3), une légère rotation autour d'un axe s'effectuant dans la zone du déchargement de la ligne de manutention (3).
10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison de l'organe de guidage (17, 18) est réglée en même temps que l'inclinaison de la ligne de manutention (3).
11. Procédé selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de pliage avec un poste de couture ou d'encollage est placé sur la colonne (9), de telle sorte que son plan de travail soit parallèle au plan de déplacement de la zone d'ouverture des sacs.
