Claims (7)

1. Un poêle en faïence fixe avec plusieurs carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée, qui sont séparés par des murs de refend (3) horizontaux, dans lequel les murs de refend (3) laissent une ouverture (4) libre alternativement à l'un ou l'autre bout desdits carneaux (2) pour relier lesdits carneaux (2) en retournant le gaz de fumée en sens inverse, caractérisé en ce que chaque carneau (2) est constitué de facon autoportante d'au moins deux éléments de construction (6, 13; 26,213,213'; 36, 36'; 46, 413, 418; 518, 518', 513) à section en U différents et, le cas échéant, de plaques (11) mises sur lesdits éléments en forme d'U et formant lesdits murs de refend (3) entre lesdits carneaux (2) de cheminée pour la gaz de fumée.
2. Un poêle en faïence fixe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque carneau (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée se compose de deux éléments (36, 36') en forme d'U différents formant ses deux frontons et ses deux faces latérales, tandis que lesdits murs de refend (3) se forment de plaques (11), lesdits éléments (36') en forme d'U ayant des encoches (12) sur ses traverses (39') pour tenir lesdites plaques (11 ).

Un poêle en faïence fixe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que d'autres éléments (13; 213, 213'; 413; 513) à section en U sont prévus entre lesdits éléments (6; 26; 46; 418; 518, 518') en forme d'U aux bouts desdits carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée, et les traverses (14; 214, 214'; 414; 514) desdits autres éléments (13; 213,213'; 413; 513), les faces latérales et leurs dos (15; 215, 215'; 415; 515) forment lesdits murs de refend (3) (les figures 1,8,21 et 27).
4. Un poêle en faïence fixe selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément (6) en forme d'U aux bouts desdits carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée s'étend sur deux carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée et est prévu d'encoches (16) sur ses traverses (9) jusqu'au dos (8), et lesdits évidements (16) tiennent les traverses (14) de l'élément en forme d'U voisin (13) (la figure 1).
5. Un poêle en faïence fixe selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément (26) en forme d'U aux bouts des carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée s'étend sur deux carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée, chacun s'enclenchant avec ses traverses (29) dans des encoches (217) qui s'étendent des traverses (214') de l'élément (213') en forme d'U voisin jusqu'au dos (215') de celui-ci (la figure 8).
6. Un poêle en faïence fixe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures (21) à fermeture sont prévues dans les dos (8; 28; 38; 48; 519) desdits éléments en forme d'U (6; 26; 36, 36'; 46,418; 518, 518') aux bouts desdit carneaux (2) de cheminée pour le gaz de fumée pour nettoyer ceux-ci.
7. Un poêle en faïence fixe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les dimensions desdits éléments en forme d'U (6, 13; 26, 213, 213'; 36, 36'; 46, 413, 418; 513, 518,518') sont un multiple de la dimension modulaire des carreaux de faïence du poêle.
