Description

The invention relates to a tiled stove, which has flue gas heating trains according to the preamble of claim 1.

The main types of fixed tiled stoves are the basic tiled stove and the insert stove. In an insert furnace, the interior furnace consists of an iron fire insert. In contrast, a basic tiled stove has an inner stove, which consists of a brick fireclay lower part, in which the combustion chamber and the ash room are located, and a fireclay upper part, which contains the flue gas heating cables, i.e. H. usually contains horizontal, stacked channels for emitting the heat of the flue gases. The inner stove of the basic tile stove is then provided with grate, fire door, ash pan and ash door, and clad with tiles.

Compared to insert stoves, basic tile stoves have the advantage of having a very large heat storage capacity due to the very large fireclay mass.

Tile stoves are generally designed very individually, especially with regard to the location, the size of the room to be heated and the desired style. The inner stoves of the basic tile stoves have therefore so far been built from fireclay bricks and slabs, which have to be cut accordingly. In view of the high wages, the installation of a basic tile stove is very expensive.

From DE-C-324 033 a heating furnace is known which has flue gas heating columns on both sides, which are formed from molded hollow bricks. From DE-C-401 640 a heating furnace is known as known, in which for the passage of air across the furnace and the flue gas heating flues, stacked hollow blocks are arranged in longitudinal and transverse layers. The design of the flue gas heating cables of the two known stoves is not suitable for tiled stoves.

From DE-C-675 269 is a furnace with several stacked flue gas heating trains, which are separated from each other by horizontal partitions, the partitions alternately leaving an opening at one and the other end of the flue gas heating trains to the flue gas heating trains by deflecting the flue gases known to connect in the opposite direction. The furnace is formed from shaped bricks which have recesses, each of which forms a flue gas heating train from the opening at one end to the opening at the other end, so that with stacked shaped bricks in the direction of flow of the flue gases, the heating trains with a width corresponding to the recesses zigzag extend upwards. However, these shaped stones only allow the stove to be designed to a very limited extent.

In another furnace, which is known from DE-C-388 080, three vertical flue gas heating trains are provided in two vertical heating columns. The outer walls of each heating column consist of two mutually opposite U-shaped components, between which plates are arranged, a fold being provided at the joints of the plates with the U-shaped parts.

The invention, as outlined in the claims, is based on the task of reducing the production costs, in particular the labor costs for the furnishing of the interior stove of a basic tile stove, and yet allowing extensive freedom in the design of the stove.

B. in 3-5 Stunden). According to the invention, all, or at least almost all, of the essential components of the flue gas heating trains have a U-shaped cross section. The U-shaped components can be manufactured very economically, for example, by extrusion. The recesses and openings in the U-shaped components, as specified for example in claims 2, 4 and 5 or in claim 6, can be extruded after the z. B. simply perform by punching. The dimensions of the U-shaped components can be standardized according to the grid dimensions of the stove tiles. By appropriate combination of the U-shaped components, it is possible to build the entire flue gas heating flues for almost any type of basic tile stove without cutting work, i.e. H. in a very short time (e.g. in 3-5 hours). All components of the inner furnace upper part of the basic tile stove according to the invention consist of refractory material, in particular fireclay.

In the upper part 1 of the inner furnace of a tiled stove shown in the drawing, several horizontally running flue gas heating flues 2 are arranged one above the other. The flue gas heating cables 2 are separated from one another by partitions 3. The partition walls 3, however, alternately leave openings 4 at one end or the other of the stacked flue gas heating flues 2. Through the openings 4, the flue gas heating flues 2 are connected to each other, so that the flue gases flowing from the (not shown) combustion chamber in the lower part of the furnace in the direction of arrow 5 (FIG. 1) from bottom to top through the flue gas heating flues 2 at the openings 4 each be redirected in the opposite direction.

Die Schenkel 9; 29; 39'; 49 der U-förmigen Bauteile 6; 26; 36, 36', 46,418; 518, 518' bilden die Seitenwände (Fig. 15) oder zumindest einen Teil der Seitenwände des Innenofen-Oberteils 1 bzw. der Rauchgasheizzüge 2 (Fig. 1, 8, 21 und 27).At the ends of the flue gas heating cables 2, at which the openings 4 are provided or the deflection of the flue gases takes place, the inner furnace upper part 1 consists of components 6 which are U-shaped in cross section; 26; 36, 36 '; 46, 418; 518, 518 '. The webs 8; 28; 38; 48; 519 of the U-shaped components 6; 26; 36, 36 '; 46, 418; 518, 518 'form the two end walls of the inner furnace upper part 1 or the flue gas heating cables 2. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the U-shaped components 6 at the ends of the flue gas heating cables 2 each extend over two flue gas heating cables 2, i. H. the components 6 are twice as long as the height of the flue gas heating cables 2 and the other U-shaped components 13. On their legs 9, the U-shaped components 6 are provided with cutouts 16. The cutouts 16 comprise approximately half the length of each leg 9 and extend as far as the web 8 of the U-shaped component 6. The adjacent U-shaped component 13 engages with its legs 14 in the cutouts 16.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 8, U-shaped components 26, each extending over two flue gas heating cables 2, are also provided at the ends of the flue gas heating cables 2.
