Definitions

  • the invention relates to a track for driving toys with an arcuately curved jump ramp and an arcuately curved jump ramp arranged at a distance therefrom, the track of which lies in the extension of the trajectory of the driving toy determined by the jump ramp.
  • Such tracks are e.g. B. from German patents 456401, 472 333 and 826 863 known.
  • the invention has for its object to design the jump and jump ramps so that the driving toy changes its original direction of travel by 180 ° and the fre ; en flight between the two ramps in the supine position.
  • this object is achieved in that the ramp tracks of the ramps each have an arc with a vertical change in angle in the direction of travel between 90 ° and 180 °, and that the ramps are offset from one another transversely to the track direction by at least one track width, so that the toy vehicle undergoes a complete looping, with part of the looping path being covered freely by the toy in the back position.
  • the path of the jump ramp is curved so far that the toy leaving the path goes through a complete looping, a part of the looping path being traversed freely by the driving toy. So that with this arrangement the toy vehicle can continue its path after passing through the loop, it is necessary to offset the ramps by at least one path width.
  • the path of the jump ramp is expediently extended approximately tangentially at its free end, as a result of which a better directional effect is achieved.
  • the path of the jump ramp should also be extended approximately tangentail at its free end and expediently widened in a funnel shape in this area.
  • At least the jump ramp consists of flexible material, preferably a flexible plastic, and its path can be deflected transversely to the direction of the path.
  • Such a jump ramp can be manually adjusted by the player and thus the direction of flight of the vehicle can be influenced. If necessary, the jump ramp can be locked in the desired position.
  • the free end of the jump ramp path is also proposed to design the free end of the jump ramp path as a flexible tongue, the angle of inclination of which can preferably be changed by means of a slide arranged on the jump ramp. Visor noses or the like can be provided on the slide and flexible tongue in the manner of the rear sight and front sight.
  • the ramps are arranged so that they can be displaced in the direction of the path, which makes it possible to adapt the jump ramp to the respective trajectory in order to achieve optimum jump distances with the greatest possible functional reliability with different vehicles and different driving speeds.
  • the construction according to the invention offers a new game variant if several pairs of ramps, preferably two, are arranged in such a way that the trajectories determined by them cross over in free space. With this arrangement, it is the player's task to start two or more vehicles in succession on the track in such a way that they either meet in free flight or pass through the flight paths unhindered.
  • FIG. 1 shows the basic structure of the ramps according to the invention arrangement and training.
  • the flat roadway which is preferably double T-shaped in cross section, is generally numbered 3 in all drawings, although it can be divided into individual roadway rails.
  • a jump ramp 1 and a jump ramp 2 are arranged on two lane sections that are offset by at least one track width.
  • the roadway 1b of the jump ramp 1 is curved in an arc shape over the angle ⁇ , the angle having to be between 90 ° and 180 °. In the illustrated embodiment, it is preferably 130 °.
  • the web 1b is tangentially extended at its free end with a web section 1a which, as will be explained in detail below, is designed as a flexible tongue.
  • the driving toy 4 leaves the jump ramp 1 approximately in the supine position in order to fly through the dashed flight curve 5.
  • the toy 4 is caught with the jump ramp 2, which also has an arcuate curved track 2b, the arc angle, d. H. whose vertical angle change in the direction of travel, again between 90 ° and 180 °, preferably 130 °.
  • the free end of the jump ramp 2 also has a tangential extension 2a, which is expediently widened in a funnel shape, as can be seen in the illustration in FIG. 5.
  • Ramps 1 and 2 are, as shown in FIG. 1, arranged and designed such that a vehicle reaching the entry end of ramp 1 undergoes a complete loop or flies and, since ramps 1 and 2 against one another at least a web width in Are offset transversely, can continue on the track 3.
  • a major advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that the trajectory 5 of the driving toy 4 can be influenced in a variety of ways during the game.
  • the curved path 1b of the take-off ramp ends in a tangentially directed, elastic tongue 1d, the angle of inclination of which can be changed with the aid of a slide 7 mounted on the ramp body 1. If the slide is moved in the direction of arrow A, the tongue 1 d inclines in the direction of arrow B.
  • the ramp track 1b consists of a flexible material, it can be pivoted perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
  • a handle 1 c is provided which is to be gripped by the hand 6 of the player in the manner shown in FIG. 2.
  • the slide 7 is arranged in relation to the handle 1c in such a way that it can be actuated by a thumb rest 7a from the same hand, that is to say with one-hand operation.
  • Fig. 3 shows the arrangement and attachment of the rail 3.
  • connecting tongues 1g are inserted into a corresponding slot, onto which the feed rail can be pushed with a corresponding recess provided on the underside.
  • the rail 3 returning the vehicle from the jump ramp is fixed next to the ramp 1 by means of a connector 1f with a T-shaped cross section, which engages in a corresponding recess on the underside of the rail.
  • the jump ramp 2 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is connected to the flat rail tracks 3.
  • the ramp 2 is provided below the exit end of the ramp track 2b with an opening 2c which is open on both sides and through which the track 3 can be guided .
  • the support 2d which acts as a brake when the angle shown
  • the support 2d must be raised. For this purpose, it is equipped with a finger hole 2e.
  • the rail track piece 3 'guided laterally past the ramp track 2b is, as shown in FIG. 5, held in an upwardly open, U-shaped cross-section rail mount, so that the track rail parts 3 and 3' cannot migrate transversely to one another.
  • this arrangement is achieved by arranging a second arrangement of pairs of ramps perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in addition to the arrangement according to FIG.
