Abstract

Ein auch für Backöfen in Mikrowellenherden geeigneter Grillrost ist aus Glas oder Glaskaramik gefertigt und hat die Gestalt eines Wellblechs mit einer Vielzahl von Längsrillen, in deren Talsohlen vorzugsweise Locher vorgesehen sind, aus denen das abtropfende Fett ablaufen kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Auflagerost für Backöfen, insbesondere für Backöfen in Mikrowellenherden.
  • Die in Backöfen herkömmlicherweise verwendeten Backbleche und Roste oder Gitter bestehen üblicherweise aus Metall. Geräte aus Metall sind jedoch in Mikrowellenöfen wegen ihres zu hohen dielektrischen Verlustfaktors nicht zu gebrauchen und sogar aus Sicherheitsgründen verboten.
  • Ziel der Erfindung ist es, einen Auflagerost zu schaffen, der auch z.B. in Mikrowellenöfen eingesetzt werden kann. Es ist zwar bereits versucht worden, Gitter aus Glas als Auflageroste in Mikrowellenöfen zu verwenden. Derartige Glasgitter müssen aus einzelnen Glasstäben zusammengeschweißt werden. Das ist ein aufwendiges, teures Herstellungsverfahren, und das Produkt ist unter den Anwendungsbedingungen viel zu zerbrechlich.
  • Hier schafft die Erfindung Abhilfe. Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe, indem sie einen Grillrost schafft, der aus Glas oder Glaskeramik besteht und die Form eines Wellblechs hat.
  • Dieser neue Rost bietet insbesondere die folgenden Vorteile:
    • 1. Das verwendete Material ist dielektrisch;
    • 2. der Rost hat eine einstückige stabile Gestalt;
    • 3. der Rost ist leicht zu reinigen;
    • 4. vom Brat- oder Grillgut abtropfendes Fett kann durch die vorgesehenen Löcher in eine darunter befindliche Fettwanne tropfen;
    • 5. das Back-, Grill- oder Bratgut liegt nur mit wenigen Punkten oder Linien auf; die Heizßluft kann das Gut ungehindert umstreichen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Beispiel für einen Auflagerost gemäß-der Erfindung in einem seitlichen Schnitt (Figur 1), in Draufsicht (Figur 2), als Längsschnitt (Figur 3) und perspektivisch (Figur 4) dargestellt. Wie die Zeichnung zeigt, besteht der hier abgebildete Grillrost aus einer Wellblechartigen Glasplatte mit Auflagerippen 1, geneigten Fettablaufrillen 2, einer Griffmulde 3 und einem Fettablaufdurchbruch 4.

Claims (5)

1. Auflagerost für Koch-, Back-, Brat- und Grillgut in Backöfen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
1,1 - er besteht aus einer in den Backofen einschiebbaren Platte aus Glas oder Glaskeramik, und
1,2 - er hat im horizontalen Schnitt die Form eines Wellblechs.
2. Auflagerost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Vielzahl von Löchern in der Talsohle der Längsrillen aufweist.
3, Auflagerost nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen in der Horizontalen geneigt sind und nur einen Durchbruch an der tiefsten Stelle aufweisen.
4. Auflagerost nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Längs- und Querrillen aufweist.
5. Auflagerost nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus temperaturwechselfestem Glas besteht.
