Claims (10)

1. Procédé de réunion d'objets dans une machine d'emballage, en particulier d'introduction du contenu d'un emballage dans cet emballage caractérisé par le fait que les objets à réunir (fourreau 11, tiroir 12) sont transportés suivant le même axe et à la même vitesse le long de trajectoires circulaires coaxiales de même diamètre et sont réunis par déplacement axial d'au moins l'un d'eux.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que pour l'introduction du contenu d'un emballage (tiroir 12) dans cet emballage (fourreau 11 ), ceux-ci sont transportés l'un en face de l'autre suivant le même axe, le long de trajectoires circulaires de même diamètre et le contenu est introduit dans l'emballage ouvert par déplacement axial pendant un mouvement circulaire partiel.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que, pendant le transport le long de la trajectoire circulaire, l'emballage, en particulier un fourreau (11) d'un emballage du type à tiroir et fourreau, est redressé à partir d'un état initial plat.
4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que pour que l'introduction d'objets, en particulier d'emballages ou de tiroirs (12), sur la trajectoire d'une tourelle (19) tournant de façon continue et pourvue de poches (21), les objets (tiroirs 12) étant amenés à une vitesse différente de la vitesse de la tourelle (19), en particulier pas à pas, l'objet (tiroir 12) est accéléré jusqu'à la vitesse de la tourelle (19) le long d'une trajectoire l'amenant à la tourelle (19), et, sa vitesse étant momentanément la même que celle de la tourelle (19), est transféré à la tourelle (19), plus précisément à la poche (21) de celle-ci.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par la fait que les objets sont mus le long d'une trajectoire circulaire dont l'axe est parallèle à celui de la tourelle (19), en particulier le long d'au quart de cercle, laquelle trajectoire circulaire, au moins dans la zone de transfert de l'objet à la tourelle (19), coupe la trajectoire de la tourelle (19), plus précisément de la poche (21 ) de celle-ci.
6. Dispositif de réunion d'objets dans une machine d'emballage, en particulier d'introduction du contenu d'un emballage dans cet emballage, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux tourelles (19, 20), montées sur le même axe et tournant de façon continue et à la même vitesse, qui comportent chacune une série de poches (21) ou de supports (22) destinés à recevoir des objets, en particulier le contenu de l'emballage (tiroir 12) ou l'emballage (fourreau . 11), et qu'il comporte des organes de transport dirigés axialement (poussoirs 23) destinés à déplacer axialement les objets.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'à chaque poche (21) de la tourelle (19), est adjoint un poussoir (23) mobile axialement qui peut faire sortir l'objet (tiroir 12) de la poche (21 ) et le conduire à un objet voisin, en particulier l'introduire dans un emballage ouvert (fourreau 11) se trouvant dans un support (22).
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas d'emballages en forme de fourreau (fourreau 11), des guides de coin (52), entrant dans l'ouverture de chaque fourreau ( 1 1 sont prévus du côté de l'entrée du contenu de l'emballage (tiroir 12).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que chaque support (22) comporte un socle d'appui (40) monté sur le pourtour extérieur d'un disque tourelle (39) et sur lequel l'objet (fourreau 11) peut être fixé par aspiration.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'au support (22) sont adjoints des guides latéraux de guidage de l'objet, en particulier des limiteurs latéraux (45) mobiles radialement, comportant des branches d'appui (46, 47) guidant les côtés de l'objet.
