Abstract

Изобретение относится к производству LiOHH2O из литиеносных поликомпонентных гидроминеральных сырьевых источников. Способ включает фильтрацию загрязненного взвешенными частицами литиеносного рассола с регенерацией фильтров и переработкой отработанного регенерата и получением продуктивного литиеносного рассола, выделение из рассола хлорида лития в виде первичного концентрата на сорбционно-десорбционных модулях, нанофильтрационную очистку первичного литиевого концентрата от магния, кальция и сульфат-ионов. Первичный литиевый концентрат путем обратноосмотического, электродиализного концентрирования, реагентной, ионообменной очистки от примесей с последующим термическим концентрированием доводят до продуктивного хлоридного литиевого концентрата, который путем мембранного электролиза конвертируют в раствор LiOH. Раствор LiOH упаривают, кристаллизуя LiOHH2O. Изобретение исключает потери лития при производстве, позволяет производить в качестве побочных продуктов концентрированную соляную кислоту и карбонат лития батарейного качества, обеспечивает повышение выхода товарного продукта при снижении эксплуатационных расходов, сокращение количества твердых отходов производства и расширение диапазона литиеносных сырьевых источников, пригодных для производства LiOHH2O.
