Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым биодеградируемым материалам на основе модифицированных полиаминокислот, используемым, в частности, для векторизации активного начала (АН). Настоящее изобретение также направлено на новые композиции, включающие фармацевтические, косметические, диетические пищевые продукты или препараты для защиты растений, основанные на этих полиаминокислотах. Целью настоящего изобретения является предоставление нового полимерного материала, который может быть использован в качестве исходного продукта для векторизации АН и который удовлетворяет всем требованиям: биосовместимости, биодеградируемости, способности легко ассоциировать или растворять многочисленные активные начала и высвобождать эти активные начала in vivo. Эта цель достигается настоящим изобретением, которое связано с новыми полиглутаматами, модифицированными катионными группами, которые, если они могут быть депротонированы, имеют pK, равное или большее 7, и гидрофобными группами, содержащими от 8 до 30 атомов углерода. Такие полиглутаматы, модифицированные катионными группами, легко и рентабельно превращают в частицы для векторизации активных начал, причём эти частицы сами способны образовывать стабильные водные коллоидные суспензии. Такие модифицированные полиглутаматы имеют то преимущество, что они являются менее вязкими, чем другие аналогичные полимеры, в то же время сохраняя способность ассоциировать с белками, например, с инсулином. Некоторые из них растворимы в воде при кислых рН и становятся нерастворимыми при физиологическом рН (7,4) и поэтому должны осаждаться при подкожном введении в месте инъекции.
