Abstract

Способ обработки биомассы содержит обеспечение материала, который содержит определенное количество остаточной влаги. Материал нагревается до температуры выпаривания в атмосфере с малым содержанием кислорода в реакторе высушивания, причем материал превращается в выпаренный материал. Материал с содержащейся остаточной влагой по существу полностью сушится в сушильной камере посредством испарения остаточной влаги. Реактор высушивания содержит камеру выпаривания, в которой высушивание этого сухого материала по существу выполняется. Материал транспортируется через реактор высушивания в направлении транспортирования. Сушка материала в сушильной камере выполняется посредством введения в нее горячего сушильного газа, который протекает через сушильную камеру в одном направлении с материалом. Высушивание материала в камере выпаривания реактора высушивания выполняется посредством введения в нее горячего газа выпаривания, который протекает через камеру выпаривания реактора высушивания в противотоке с материалом.
