LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN POLIPÉPTIDO PARA LA ESCISIÓN HIDROLÍTICA DE LA ZEARALENONA Y/O AL MENOS UN DERIVADO DE LA ZEARALENONA, DICHO POLIPÉPTIDO DE SER UNA HIDROLASA QUE TIENE UN AMINOÁCIDO DE SECUENCIA SELECCIONADA DEL GRUPO QUE CONSISTE ON SEQ ID NO: 1-15 O UNA VARIANTE FUNCIONAL DE LA MISMA, DONDE LA SECUENCIA DE LA VARIANTE FUNCIONAL ES AL MENOS 40% IDENTICA A AL MENOS UNA DE LAS SECUENCIAS DEL AMINOACIDO.
