Claims (8)

  1. PAT E N T K RAV
    1. Kapsel, som nedbrydes specifikt i tyktarmen, omfattende et indhold omfattende et hovedmiddel, og en skal, som dækker indholdet, omfattende en naturlig vandopløselig polymer som et skalbasismateriale og chitosanpulver fordelt i den naturlige vandopløselige polymer, hvor den naturlige vandopløselige polymer er en blanding af en første naturlig vandopløselig polymer og en anden naturlig vandopløselig polymer, hvor den første naturlige vandopløselige polymer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af gelatine, carrageenan, stivelse, agar, pullulan, modificeret stivelse, algininsyre, mannan og blandinger deraf, og den anden naturlige vandopløselige polymer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af pectin, gellangummi, curdlan og en blanding deraf, og hvor den første vandopløselige polymer foreligger i en mængde på 1 til 98%, den anden naturlige vandopløselige polymer foreligger i en mængde på 1 til 24%, og chitosan-pulveret foreligger i en mængde på 1 til 27%, idet disse mængder er baserede på den totale vægt af en tørret skal.
  2. 2. Kapsel ifølge krav 1, hvor skallen yderligere omfatter et blødgøringsmiddel.
  3. 3. Kapsel ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor chitosanpulveret stammer fra dyr eller plante.
  4. 4. Kapsel ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor den naturlige vandopløselige polymer er en kombination af gelatine som den første naturlige vandopløselige polymer og pectin som den anden vandopløselige polymer.
  5. 5. Kapsel ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvor et eller flere mellemlag foreligger imellem indholdet og skallen.
  6. 6. Kapsel ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, hvor hovedmidlet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polypeptidmedikament, bifidobakterium, lactobacillus, lactoferrin og nattokinase.
  7. 7. Kapsel ifølge krav 6, hvor hovedmidlet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af bifidobakterium og lactobacillus.
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af kapslen ifølge krav 1, omfattende udskydning i en køleopløsning af en opløsningsdråbe af en indholdsopløsning indeholdende et hovedmiddel fra en inderste dyse og en skalopløsning indeholdende en naturlig vandopløselig polymer som et skalbasismateriale og chitosanpulver fordelt i den naturlige vandopløselige polymer fra en yderste dyse, hvor den naturlige vandopløselige polymer er en blanding af en første naturlig vandopløselig polymer og en anden naturlig vandopløselig polymer, hvor den første naturlige vandopløselige polymer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af gelatine, carrageenan, stivelse, agar, pullulan, modificeret stivelse, algininsyre, mannan og en blanding deraf, og den anden naturlige vandopløselige polymer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af pectin, gellangummi, curdlan og en blanding deraf.
