Claims (15)

1. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering, der danner en hældbar slush over et interval på mindst fem grader Celsius mellem -11 og -20 °C, hvilken drikkevareformulering omfatter: et totalt bestanddelsindhold for et givent ABV (Alcohol By Volume - alkoholindhold) inden for et interval beregnet ud fra ligningerne: minimalt totalt bestanddelsindhold (g/L) = (-14,3 x ABV) + 331,8 maksimalt totalt bestanddelsindhold (g/L) = (-15,5 x ABV) + 513,3 hvor bestanddele i g/L akkumuleres for at bidrage til det totale bestanddelsindhold, men først divideres med en værdi F afhængigt af bestanddelen, hvilke bestanddele er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af:

Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 1, hvor slushen er hældbar over det fulde ni graders Celcius-interval mellem -11 og -20 °C, og ligningerne erstattes for det indsnævrede interval af: minimalt totalt bestanddelsindhold (g/L) = (-12,3 x ABV) + 341,1 maksimalt totalt bestanddelsindhold (g/L) = (-18,7 x ABY) + 468,9
3. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken drikkevareformulering indbefatter en is-nukleatorbestanddel.
4. Alkoholisk drikkevare formulering ifølge krav 3, hvor is-nukelatorbestanddelen er stigmasterol.
5. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken drikkevareformulering indbefatter en iskrystalmorfologiændrende bestanddel.
6. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 5, hvor den iskrystalmorfologiændrende bestanddel er gelatinehydrolysat.
7. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 1, der pr. liter vandig opløsning består af: ethanol 120 til 140 mL fruktose 169 til 244 g syre 2 til 10 g
8. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 7, hvor fruktose delvist eller helt erstattes af glucose og/eller saccharose, der har erstatningsværdier på henholdsvis 1,2 og 1,4 gram for 1 gram fruktose, anvendt alene eller blandet.
9. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvilken drikkevareformulering endvidere indbefatter (pr. liter vandig opløsning): gelatinehydrolysat 5 til 30 g
10. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, hvilken drikkevareformulering endvidere indbefatter (pr. liter vandig opløsning). smagsstoffer 0 til 20 Ml
11. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 10, hvilken drikkevareformulering endvidere indbefatter (pr. liter vandig opløsning): stigmasterol 0,005 til 0,1 g
12. Alkoholisk drikkevareformulering ifølge krav 1, hvilken drikkevareformulering omfatter, pr. liter vandig opløsning: ethanol 120 til 140 mL emulsion 10 til 50 g sukker 150F til 214F gram hvor F = 1 for fruktose, 1,2 glucose, 1,4 saccharose gelatinehydrolysat 0 til 30 g smagsstoffer 2 til 10 mL demineraliseret vand til 1000 mL totalt volumen
13. Anvendelse af en alkoholisk drikkevareformulering, ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, for at danne en hældbar slush i en fryser, hvor fryseren ligger inden for temperaturintervallet fra -11 til -20 °C.
14. Fremgangsmåde til formulering af en alkoholisk drikkevare for at danne en hældbar slush over et temperaturinterval mellem -11 til -20 °C, hvilken fremgangsmåde indbefatter trinnene: tilsætning af mindst en minimal mængde fruktose afhængigt af alkoholindhold (ABV) ifølge ligningen: minimalt totalt bestanddelsindhold (g/L) = (-14,3 x ABV) + 331,8; eventuel erstatning af en mængde fruktose i det totale bestanddelsindhold med en mængde af en anden eller andre bestanddele, der har en tilsvarende effekt på slushens hældeevne ved ABV; bestemmelse eller fastsættelse af et ABV for drikkevaren og bestemmelse eller fastsættelse af det minimale totale bestanddelsindhold ifølge ligningen; formulering af drikkevaren ved at akkumulere bestanddele i g/L udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af:
og beregning af bidraget til det totale bestanddelsindhold ved at dividere hver bestanddel med dens F-værdi, hvor totalen ikke vil ligge under det minimum, der er bestemt ved ligningen.
15. Alkoholisk drikkevare formulering, der kan opnås ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14.
