Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en jetbrændstofsammensætning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af et råmateriale, der omfatter naturlig olie eller fedtsyremethylestere afledt deraf; tilvejebringelse afen lavvægtsolefin valgt fra gruppen bestående af ethylen, propylen, 1- buten, 2-buten, isobuten, 1-penten, 2-penten, 3-penten, 2-methyl-1 -buten, 2-methyl- 2- buten, 3-methyl- 1-buten og cyclopenten; omsætning af råmaterialet med lavvægtsolefinen i nærværelse af en metatesekatalysator under betingelser, der er tilstrækkelige til dannelse af et metateseret produkt; og hydrogenering af det metateserede produkt under betingelser, der er tilstrækkelige til dannelse af en jetbrændstofsammensætning, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen omfatter carbonhydrider med en fordeling af antallet af carbonatomer på mellem 5 og 16 antal carbonatomer.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen har en energitæthed, der er større end 40 MJ/kg.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der endvidere omfatter isomerisering af jetbrændstofsammensætningen, hvor en fraktion af normal-paraffinforbindelser i jetbrændstofsammensætningen isomeriseres til iso-paraffinforbindelser.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, der endvidere omfatter separation af Ci8+-forbindelser og vand fra jetbrændstofsammensætningen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor Ci8+-forbindelserne fjernes ved hjælp af mindst én af følgende: destillation, filtrering eller centrifugering.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen er et jetbrændstof af petroleumstype, og hvor fordelingen af antallet af carbonatomer er på mellem 8 og 16 antal carbonatomer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor jetbrændstoffet af petroleumstype har: et flammepunkt på mellem ca. 38°C og 66°C; en selvantændelsestemperatur på ca. 210°C og et frysepunkt på mellem ca. -47°C og -40°C.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen er et jetbrændstof af naphthatype, og hvor fordelingen af antallet af carbonatomer er på mellem 5 og 15 antal carbonatomer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor jetbrændstoffet af naphthatype har: et flammepunkt på mellem ca. -23°C og 0°C; en selvantændelsestemperatur på ca. 250°C og et frysepunkt på ca. -65°C.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor den naturlige olie er valgt fra gruppen bestående af algeolie, canolaolie, rapsolie, kokosolie, majsolie, bomuldsfrøolie, olivenolie, palmeolie, jordnøddeolie, saflorolie, sesamolie, sojaolie, solsikkeolie, hørfrøolie, palmekerneolie, tungolie, jatrophaolie og ricinusolie.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor den naturlige olie er sojaolie.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvor lavvægtsolefinen omfatter mindst én lavvægtsolefin valgt fra gruppen bestående af ethylen, propylen, 1-buten og 2-buten.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvor lavvægtsolefinen omfatter mindst én forgrenet olefin med et antal carbonatomer på mellem 4 og 10.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen har mere end 20 vægtprocent C-io-forbindelser.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor jetbrændstofsammensætningen har mere end 80 vægtprocent (Cg-CisJ-alkaner.
