Abstract
1. Способ получения топлива для реактивных двигателей, включающий следующее:наличие исходного сырья, содержащего натуральное масло;наличие легкого олефина;проведение реакции между исходным сырьем и легким олефином в присутствии катализатора реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования продукта реакции обмена; игидрирование продукта реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования топлива для реактивных двигателей,где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит углеводороды с распределением углеродного числа между 5 и 16 углеродными числами.2. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей имеет плотность энергии более 40 МДж/кг.3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий изомеризацию топлива для реактивных двигателей, при которой фракция соединений - нормальных парафинов в составе топлива для реактивных двигателей подвергается изомеризации в соединения - изопарафины.4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий сепарирование соединений Cи воды от топлива для реактивных двигателей.5. Способ по п.4, где соединения Судаляются посредством, по меньшей мере, одного из следующего: дистилляции, фильтрации или центрифугирования.6. Способ по п.4, дополнительно включающий изомеризацию топлива для реактивных двигателей после сепарирования, при которой фракция соединений -нормальных парафинов в составе топлива для реактивных двигателей подвергается изомеризации в соединения - изопарафины.7. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей является топливом для реактивных двигателей керосинового типа и где распределение углеродных чисел находится в интервале от 8 до 16 углеродных чисел.8. Claims (20)
1. Способ получения топлива для реактивных двигателей, включающий следующее:
наличие исходного сырья, содержащего натуральное масло;
наличие легкого олефина;
проведение реакции между исходным сырьем и легким олефином в присутствии катализатора реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования продукта реакции обмена; и
гидрирование продукта реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования топлива для реактивных двигателей,
где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит углеводороды с распределением углеродного числа между 5 и 16 углеродными числами.
2. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей имеет плотность энергии более 40 МДж/кг.
3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий изомеризацию топлива для реактивных двигателей, при которой фракция соединений - нормальных парафинов в составе топлива для реактивных двигателей подвергается изомеризации в соединения - изопарафины.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий сепарирование соединений C18+ и воды от топлива для реактивных двигателей.
5. Способ по п.4, где соединения С18+ удаляются посредством, по меньшей мере, одного из следующего: дистилляции, фильтрации или центрифугирования.
6. Способ по п.4, дополнительно включающий изомеризацию топлива для реактивных двигателей после сепарирования, при которой фракция соединений -нормальных парафинов в составе топлива для реактивных двигателей подвергается изомеризации в соединения - изопарафины.
7. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей является топливом для реактивных двигателей керосинового типа и где распределение углеродных чисел находится в интервале от 8 до 16 углеродных чисел.
8. Способ по п.7, где топливо для реактивных двигателей керосинового типа имеет следующие характеристики:
температура вспышки в интервале от приблизительно 38°С до 66°С;
температура самовоспламенения приблизительно 210°С; и
температура замерзания в интервале от приблизительно -47°С до -40°С.
9. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей является топливом для реактивных двигателей лигроинового типа и где распределение углеродных чисел находится в интервале от 5 до 15 углеродных чисел.
10. Способ по п.9, где топливо для реактивных двигателей лигроинового типа имеет следующие характеристики:
температура вспышки в интервале от приблизительно -23°С до 0°С;
температура самовоспламенения приблизительно 250°С и
температура замерзания приблизительно -65°С.
11. Способ по п.1, где исходное сырье содержит одно или несколько масел, выбранных из следующей группы: масло из водорослей, каноловое масло, рапсовое масло, кокосовое масло, кукурузное масло, хлопковое масло, оливковое масло, пальмовое масло, арахисовое масло, сафлоровое масло, кунжутное масло, соевое масло, подсолнечное масло, льняное масло, косточковое пальмовое масло, тунговое масло, ятрофное масло, касторовое масло и производные натурального масла одного или более из указанных выше масел.
12. Способ по п.1, где исходное сырье содержит соевое масло, производное соевого масла или их комбинацию.
13. Способ по п.1, где легкий олефин содержит, по меньшей мере, один легкий олефин, выбранный из группы, состоящей из этилена, пропилена, 1-бутена и 2-бутена.
14. Способ по п.1, где легкий олефин является альфа-олефином.
15. Способ по п.1, где легкий олефин содержит 1-бутен.
16. Способ по п.1, где легкий олефин содержит, по меньшей мере, один разветвленный олефин с углеродным числом, находящимся в интервале от 4 до 10.
17. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит циклические 6-углеродные соединения.
18. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит приблизительно более 20 вес.% соединений С10.
19. Способ по п.1, где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит приблизительно более 80 вес.% C9-C15 алканов.
20. Способ получения топлива для реактивных двигателей, включающий следующее:
наличие исходного сырья, содержащего натуральное масло;
наличие легкого олефина;
проведение реакции между исходным сырьем и легким олефином в присутствии катализатора реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования продукта реакции обмена; и
гидрирование продукта реакции обмена в условиях, достаточных для образования топлива для реактивных двигателей,
сепарирование воды от топлива для реактивных двигателей, где топливо для реактивных двигателей содержит углеводороды с распределением углеродного числа между 5 и 16 углеродными числами; и
после сепарирования - изомеризация топлива для реактивных двигателей, при которой фракция соединений - нормальных парафинов в составе топлива для реактивных двигателей подвергается изомеризации в соединения - изо-парафины.
