Claims (29)
1. Suspension mit einer hohen Lagerstabilität, die eine
wäßrige Silicatlösung und ein Füllstoffmaterial umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Suspension einen
Silicatgehalt von wenigstens 20 Gew.-% aufweist, das
Füllstoffmaterial eine mittlere Teilchengröße von 0,8 bis 15 um und
ein spezifisches Gewicht von unterhalb 2,75 kg/l aufweist,
der Füllstoff ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, die besteht
aus a) Zeolithen, b) einem feinen teilchenförmigen oder
faserigen amorphen anorganischen Material, das in einer
alkalischen wäßrigen Lösung relativ inert ist, das amorphes
Alkalimetallaluminosilicat umfaßt, c) feinem
Teilchenmaterial aus Graphit oder Ruß, oder d) Mischungen davon,
wobei die genannte Suspension eine hohe Lagerstabilität in
der Abwesenheit eines Stabilisators aufweist.
2. Suspension nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der
Zeolith vom P-Typ ist.
3. Suspension nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
amorphe anorganische Material synthetisches amorphes
Alkalimetallaluminosilicat umfaßt.
4. Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der vorausgehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere
Teilchengröße des Füllstoffmaterials zwischen 0,8 bis 10
um, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,8 bis 5 u, stärker bevorzugt
zwischen 0,8 bis 4 um und am stärksten bevorzugt zwischen
0,8 bis 2 um liegt.
5. Suspension nach irgendeinem oder mehreren der
vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehalt an
Füllstoffmaterial zwischen 2 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise
zwischen 10 bis 40 Gew.-%, stärker bevorzugt zwischen 10
bis 30 Gew.-% liegt.
6. Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der vorausgehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
SiO&sub2;/M&sub2;O-Molverhältnis, worin M ein Alkalimetall oder Ammonium ist, der
wäßrigen Silicatlösung zwischen 1 bis 4,5, vorzugsweise
zwischen 2 bis 4, und stärker bevorzugt zwischen 2,6 bis 4
liegt.
7. Suspension nach einem oder mehren der vorausgehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige
Silicatlösung einen Silicatgehalt von wenigstens 25 Gew.-%
aufweist.
8. Suspension nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die
wäßrige Silicatlösung einen Silicatgehalt aufweist, der so
hoch wie möglich ist.
9. Klebstoffzusammensetzung, die eine Suspension nach einem
oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
10. Klebstoffzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das SiO&sub2;/M&sub2;O-Molverhältnis, worin M ein
Alkalimetall oder Ammonium ist, der wäßrigen Silicatlösung
zwischen 2,8 bis 4,2 liegt.
11. Klebstoffzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Teilchengröße des
Füllstoffmaterials unterhalb 3 um liegt.
12. Bohrflüssigkeit, die eine Suspension nach einem oder
mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
13. Bohrflüssigkeit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Füllstoffmaterial ein feines Teilchenmaterial aus
Graphit oder Ruß ist.
14. Kanalisations-Reparaturfluid, das eine Suspension nach
einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
15. Bindemittelzusammensetzung, die eine Suspension nach einem
oder mehreren vier Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
16. Abfallfixierungszusammensetzung, die eine Suspension nach
einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
17. Fixier- und Verfestigungszusammensetzung für
Erdoberflächen, die eine Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
18. Betonzementzusammensetzung für Bauzwecke, die eine
Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
19. Zusammensetzung für eine Beschichtung durch Spritzen, die
eine Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1
bis 8 umfaßt.
20. Papier-Füllstoff-Zusammensetzung, die eine Suspension nach
einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfaßt.
21. Verwendung einer Klebstoffzusammensetzung nach einem oder
mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 zur Herstellung von
Papiergegenständen.
22. Verwendung einer Klebstoffzusammensetzung nach einem oder
mehren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 als Bindemittel für
Steinwolle oder Glasfasern.
23. Verwendung eines Härtersystems zur Aushärtung einer
silicathaltigen Zusammensetzung nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
24. Verwendung einer amorphen Kieselsäure als Härtungsmittel
zur Aushärtung einer Silicat enthaltenden Zusammensetzung
nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
25. Verwendung eines amorphen Metallsilicats als Härtungsmittel
zum Härten einer Suspension nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
26. Suspension nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die
Suspension Graphit- oder Ruß-Teilchenmaterial in einer
Menge zwischen 1 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 bis
35 Gew.-%, enthält.
27. Suspensionen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Füllstoffmaterial eine Mischung aus feinen Teilchen von
Zeolith des P-Typs und von Graphit oder Ruß umfaßt.
28. Suspensionen nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das teilchenförmige Füllstoffmaterial eine Mischung aus
Zeocros CG180 (einem Zeolithen des P-Typs, der von
Crosfield vermarktet wird) und Graphit oder Ruß umfaßt.
29. Bohrflüssigkeit, die eine Suspension nach einem oder
mehreren der Ansprüche 13, 26 bis 28 umfaßt.
