Claims (11)

Patentansprüche
1. Elastisches und zusammendrückbares Druckelement, der eine lithographische oder Druckschicht (1) aufweisenden Gattung, welcher ein, durch wenigstens eine einer Schicht (3) aus zellenförmigem Gummi zugeordnete Stoffschicht oder dergleichen (4) gebildetes Gefüge aus zusammendrückbaren Schichten zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Stoffschicht (4) zwischen zwei identische oder unterschiedliche Elastizitätsmodule besitzenden Schichten (3,5) aus zellenförmigem Gummi in Verbundbauweise gehalten wird.
2. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur lithographischen Schicht (1) hinliegende Schicht (3) aus zellenförmigem Gummi einen höheren Elastizitätsmodul beim Zusammendrücken als die andere Schicht (5) aus zellenförmigen Gummi besitzt.
3. Element nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte andere Schicht (5) mit schwächerem Elastizitätsmodul einer Grundschicht (6) aus Stoff oder aus einem anderen verstärkenden Werkstoff zugeordnet ist.
4. Element gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht mit dem schwächeren Elastizitätsmodul (5) selbst die Grundschicht bildet.

Element gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 ' bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine zwischen der lithographischen Schicht (1) und der bei der lithographischen Schicht (1) am nahesten liegenden Schicht (3) aus zellenförmigem Gummi gefügte und gegebenenfalls verstärkte harte Schicht aus Elastomer (2) umfasst.
6. Element gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Schicht aus Stoff oder dergleichen (4) zwischen ungefähr 0,1 und 1 mm liegt und die Dicken
der beiden Schichten aus zellenförmigem Gummi (3, 5) jeweils zwischen 0,1 und 0,8 mm liegen.

Element gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Schicht aus Stoff oder dergleichen (4) 0,35 mm beträgt, die Dicke der Schicht aus zellenförmigem Gummi (5) mit schwächerem Elastizitätsmodul 0,5 mm beträgt und die Schicht aus zellenförmigem Gummi (3) mit höherem Elastizitätsmodul 0,45 mm beträgt.
8. Element nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der vorgenannten harten Schicht (2) aus Elastomer zwischen ungefähr 0,5 und 0,05 mm liegt und vorzugsweise 0,15 mm beträgt.

Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die beiden vorgenannten Schichten aus zellenförmigem Gummi (3, 5) einen Elastizitätsmodul, der zwischen ungfähr 0,2 und 50 Megapascal (MPa) für die Schicht (3) mit höherem Elastizitätsmodul und zwischen ungefähr 0,1 und 25 MPa für die Schicht (5) mit schwächerem Elastizitätsmodul liegt, besitzen.
10. Element nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastizitätsmodul der zur lithographischen Schicht (1) hin liegenden Schicht (3) aus zellenförmigem Gummi 10 MPa und der Elastizitätsmodul der anderen Schicht (5) aus zellenförmigem Gummi 5 MPa beträgt.
11. Element gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenprozentsatz des in den beiden Schichten (3> 5) aus zellenförmigem Gummi, vorzugsweise in den geschlossenen Zellen eingeschlossenen Gases zwischen ungefähr 10 und 8055 liegt und vorzugsweise 30% für die Schicht (3) mit höherem Elastizitätsmodul und 35% für die Schicht (5) mit schwächerem Elastizitätsmodul beträgt.
