Claims (9)
- Elastisches und zusammendrückbares Druckelement, derjenigen Gattung mit einer lithographischen bzw. Druckschicht (1), welcher ein zusammendrückbarer Aufbau aus drei Schichten, die eine zwischen zwei Schichten (3, 5) aus zelligem Gummi gefügte Stoffschicht (4) aufweisen, zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schicht (2) aus hartem Elastomer zwischen der lithographischen Schicht (1) und der Schicht (3) aus zelligem Gummi, die am nahesten von der lithographischen Schicht (1) gelegen ist, gefügt ist, und dass die besagte Schicht (3) aus zelligem Gummi einen zwischen ungefähr 0,2 und 50 Megapaskalen (MPa) liegenden Elastizitätsmodul besitzt, der höher als der schwächere und zwischen ungefähr 0,1 und 25 MPa liegende Elastizitätsmodul der zweiten auf der anderen Seite der Stoffschicht (4) gelegenen Schicht (5) aus zelligem Gummi ist.
- Element gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweiten Schicht (5) mit dem schwächeren Elastizitätsmodul eine Grundschicht (6) aus Stoff oder einem anderen verstärkenden Werkstoff zugeordnet ist.
- Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Stoffschicht (4) zwischen ungefähr 0,1 und 1 mm liegt und die Dicken der beiden Schichten (3, 5) aus zelligem Gummi jeweils zwischen 0,1 und 0,8 mm liegen.
- Element nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Stoffschicht (4)0,35 mm beträgt, die Dicke der Schicht aus zelligem Gummi (5) mit dem schwächeren Elastizitätsmodul 0,5 mm beträgt und die Schicht aus zelligem Gummi (3) mit dem höheren Elastizitätsmodul 0,45 mm beträgt.
- Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der vorgenannten Schicht (2) aus hartem Elastomer zwischen ungefähr 0,5 und 0,05 mm liegt.
- Element nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Schicht (2) aus hartem Elastomer 0,15 mm beträgt.
- Element nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastizitätsmodul der auf der der lithographischen Schicht (1) zugewandten Seite liegenden Schicht (3) aus zelligem Gummi 10 MPa beträgt und der Elastizitätsmodul der anderen Schicht (5) aus zelligem Gummi 5 MPa beträgt.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenprozentsatz des in den beiden Schichten (3, 5) aus zelligem Gummi eingeschlossenen Gases zwischen ungefähr 10 und 80% liegt.
- Element nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Volumenprozentsatz des in den beiden Schichten (3, 5) aus zelligem Gummi eingeschlossenen Gases gleich 30 % für die Schicht (3) mit dem höheren Elastizitätsmodul und gleich 35% für die Schicht (5) mit dem schwächeren Elastizitätsmodul ist.
