- - Hybridisierung: Die Filter wurden bei 44°C in 100 ml 5 × Denhardt, 6 × NET, 0,1% SDS (Gew./Vol.), 0,1 mg/ml Lachssperma-DNA und den markierten Oligodesoxynucleotiden A und B (jeweils 40 pMol) inkubiert. Die Hybridisierung wurde 16 Stunden lang durchgeführt.
- - Waschbedingungen: Die Filter wurden dreimal in 50 ml 6 × SSC, 0,1% SDS (Gew./Vol.) bei 0°C 15 Minuten gewaschen.
Inkubationszeit: 16 Stunden bei 14°C oder 5 Stunden bei 25°C.
