Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA PROTEìNA ANTICONGELANTE E COMPOSIçãO". A presente invenção trata de um método para aumentar a atividade específica de uma proteína anticongelante do tipo III quando a dita proteína é preparada por meio da expressão em uma espécie fúngica heteróloga de um gene que codifica a seq³ência da proteína, por meio da redução da extensão da glicosilação da proteína.
