Claims (13)
1. Rekombinanten-DNA-Molekül, enthaltend eine Nucleotidsequenz,
die für ein Protein oder Polypeptid codiert, welches dieselbe IgG-Spezifizität wie Protein G aus
Streptococcus G148 besitzt.
2. Plasmid oder Phage, enthaltend eine Nucleotidsequenz, die für ein Protein oder Polypeptid codiert, welches
dieselbe IgG-Spezifizität wie Protein G aus Streptococcus G148 besitzt.
3. Mikroorganismus, enthaltend mindestens ein Rekombinanten- -DNA-Molekül nach Anspruch 1.
4. Mikroorganismus, enthaltend mindestens ein Plasmid oder mindestens einen Phagen nach Anspruch 2.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Proteins oder Polypeptids, welches dieselbe IgG-Spezifizität wie Protein G aus
Streptococcus G148 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens ein Rekombinanten-DNA-Molekül nach Anspruch 1 in einen Mikroorganismus eingeschleust
wird,
- der Mikroorganismus in einem geeigneten Medium gezüchtet wird,
das so gebildete Protein durch affinitätschromatographische
Reinigung, mit Hilfe von an einen unlöslichen Träger gebundenem IgG, isoliert wird.
6. Rekombinanten-DNA-Molekül nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass es eine oder mehrere der folgenden Nucleotidsequenzen enthält:
