Claims (17)
1. Antigenes Polypeptid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es vom env-Gen des Erwachsenen—T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus
oder einem Teil davon codiert wird.
2. Fusionsprotein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem vom env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus oder
einem Teil davon codierten antigenen Polypeptid und einem Enzym besteht.
3. Fusionsprotein nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase ist.
4. Rekombinantes Plasmid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
ein DNA-Fragment enthaltend das env-Gen des Erwachsenen—
T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus oder einen Teil davon enthält.
5. Rekombihantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es ein zusätzliches für ein Enzym codierendes Gen enthält.
6. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase ist.
7. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es pEH9 oder pEA1 ist.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antigenen Polypeptids,
das vom env-Geh des Erwachsenen—T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus
oder von einem Teil davon codiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in einem Medium einen Mikroorganismus
züchtet, der ein rekombinantes Plasmid trägt, in welches
ein DNA-Fragment, enthaltend das env—Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus oder einen Teil davon,
eingesetzt ist, das vom env—Gen oder einem Teil davon codierte antigene Polypeptid des Erwachsenen—T-ZeIl-Leukämie-Virus
im Kulturmedium ansammelt und das Polypeptid daraus wiedergewinnt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rekombinante Plasmid zusätzlich ein für ein Enzym
codierendes Gen trägt.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase ist.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroorganismus zur Gattung
Escherichia gehört.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroorganismus zu Escherichia coli gehört.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das rekombinante Plasmid pEH9 öder pEA1 ist.
14. Mikroorganismus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein rekombinantes Plasmid enthält, in welches ein das env-Gen
des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus oder einen Teil davon enthaltendes DNA-Fragment eingesetzt ist.
15. Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das rekombinante Plasmid zusätzlich ein für ein Enzym codierendes Gen trägt.
16. Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase ist.

17. Mikroorganxsmus nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er zu Escherichia coli gehört.
