Claims (12)

Patentansprüche
1. Antigenes Polypeptid des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus,codiert vom env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus.
2. Rekombinantes Plasmid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein DNA-Fragment eingesetzt ist, welches das env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus enthält.
3. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rekombinante Plasmid den P-60-Promotor trägt.
4. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es pATYE307 ist.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antigenen Polypeptids des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen ein rekombinantes Plasmid, in das ein DNA-Fragment eingesetzt ist, welches das env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus enthält,tragenden Mikroorganismus in einem Medium kultiviert, das vom env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus codierte antigene Polypeptid in der Kultur ansammelt und das Peptid daraus wiedergewinnt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rekombinante Plasmid den P-60-Promotor trägt.
1 7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroorganismus zur Gattung Saccharomyces gehört.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 5 der Mikroorganismus zu Saccharomyces cerevisiae gehört.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rekombinante Plasmid pATYE307 ist.
10 10.Mikroorganismus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein rekombinantes Plasmid trägt, in das ein DNA-Fragment eingesetzt ist, welches das env-Gen des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus enthält.
15 11.Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rekombinante Plasmid den P-60-Promotor trägt.
12.Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mikroorganismus zu Saccharomyces cerevisiae gehört. 20
