Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU HIBRIDNI INTERFERONI HUMANIH LEUKOCITA, s tim što aminokiselinska sekvenca pomenutog polipeptida obuhvata, u nizu, zasebne subsekvence koje po identitetu i broju aminokiselina odgovaraju subsekvencama različitih, prirodnih leukocitnih interferona i što se sekvenca aminokiselina pomenutog polipeptida razlikuje u ukupnom sastavu od sekvence aminokiselina prirodnih leukocitnih interferona, nazn ačen time, što obuhvata formiranje jednog fragmenta hibridne dvolančane DNK koji sadrži lanac koji šifruje za pomenuti polipeptid unutar replikabilnog plazmidnog eksprimirajućeg vektora, transformaciju nekog mikroorganizma sa tim fragmentom, gajenje ovog mikroorganizma i omogućavanje ekspresije polipeptida koji je u obliku šifre sadržan u tom fragmentu, liziranje rezultirajućeg mikroorganizma i izdvajanje pomenutog polipeptida iz njega. Prijava sadrži još 6 nezavisnih i 17 zavisnih zahteva.
