Claims (17)

"Β="·Γ..Γ;':"'™^« 015207« EP 85101354.0 Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Co., Ltd. Patentansprüche (Deutsche Übersetzung nach Artikel 67 EPÜ)
1. Fusionsprotein eines antigenen Peptids des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus mit einem Enzym.
2. Fusionsprotein nach Anspruch 1, in dem das antigene Peptid des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus ein vom gag-Gen codiertes Peptid ist.
3. Fusionsprotein nach Anspruch 2, wobei das gag-Gen der p24-Bereich des gag-Gens ist.
4. Fusionsprotein nach Anspruch 3, in dem das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase, die Peroxydase oder die alkalische Phosphatase ist.
5. Rekombinantes Plasmid, in das ein DNA-Fragment eingebaut ist, das für ein Fusionsprotein eines antigenen Peptids des Erwachsenen T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus mit einem Enzym codiert.
6. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 5, in dem das Plasmid einen Tryptophan-Promotor oder Lactose-Promotor aufweist.
7. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 5, in dem das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase, die Peroxydase oder alkalische Phosphatase ist.
8. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es pAFA10 ist.
9. Verfahren zur darstellung eines Fusionsproteins eines antigenen Peptids des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus mit der ß-Galactosidase, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in einem Medium einen Mikroorganismus züchtet, der ein rekombinantes Plasmid nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8 trägt, das Fusionsprotein des antigenen Peptids des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus mit dem Enzym im Kulturmedium ansammelt und das Fusionsprotein daraus wieder gewinnt.

10. Mikroorganismus enthaltend ein rekombinantes Plasmid nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8.

Rekombinantes Plasmid enthaltend ein eingebautes DNA-Fragment, das für ein antigenes Peptid des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus codiert, erhältlich durch Entfernen eines für ein Enzym codierenden DNA-Fragments aus einem DNA-Fragment, das für ein Fusionsgen des antigenen Peptids des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus mit einem Enzym codiert.
12. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 11, in dem das Enzym die ß-Galactosidase, die Peroxydase oder die alkalische Phosphatase ist.
13. Rekombinantes Plasmid nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es pAFC6 ist.
14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antigenen Peptids des
Erwachsenen T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in einem Medium einen Mikroorganismus züchtet, der ein rekombinantes Plasmid nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13 enthält, das antigene Peptid des Erwachsenen-T-Zell-Leukämie-Virus im Kulturmedium ansammelt und das Peptid daraus wiedergewinnt.
