Abstract

Se describen los nuevos métodos para la expresion y secrecion aumentadas de lactasa a partir de hongos filamentosos. Específicamente, el nuevo proceso provoca la produccion aumentada de lactasa de un Apergillus, y preferentemente la produccion aumentada de lactasa de A. oryzae proveniente de cepas huésped de A. oryzae transformadas con el ADN necesario. También se describen la secuencia de ADN que codifican para el gen de la lactasa proveniente de A. oryzae, y la secuencia deducida de aminoácidos de la lactasa proveniente del mismo.
