Claims (4)
1. Изолированная последовательность ДНК, кодирующая пептидилглицинальфа-амидирующую монооксигеназу, содержащая в своем составе по крайней мере одну субчасть, выбранную из группы I, приведенной на c.
и гибридизующаяся с по крайней мере двумя олигонуклеотидными зондами, выбранными из группы II, приведенной на c.
2. Хозяйская клетка, трансформированная или трансфецированная экспрессирующим вектором, содержащим последовательность ДНК по п. 1.
3. Способ экспрессии рекомбинантной пептидилглицин-альфа-амидирующей монооксигеназы (PAM), отличающийся тем, что осуществляют культивирование хозяйских клеток по п. 2 в течение времени, достаточного для экспрессии PAM, и последующее извлечение PAM.
4. Способ получения амидированного пептида, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют контактирование предшественника пептида, имеющего C-концевой глицин, с пептидилглицин-альфа-амидирующей монооксигеназой, полученной способом по п. 3.
