Abstract
【課題】標的抗原の検出法に用いる標識化抗体(抗体に標識物質を固定した抗体)を作製するにあたり、カップリング法等の化学結合法を用いる必要がなく、かつ非特異結合を十分に抑制することが可能な、アンカー物質を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明の融合タンパク質は、プロテインG又はその一部からなるタンパク質と、アビジン類又はその一部からなるタンパク質とを含む融合タンパク質である。本発明の標識化抗体は、IgG抗体、本発明の融合タンパク質、及びビオチン化標識物質を含んでなるものである。
