Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Plgmcnl-Co-Kondensate, worin jede einzelne Im Gemisch vorliegende
Pigment-Verbindung der Formel I

entspricht, '
worin Ri Chlor, Brom, Fluor, Methyl, Methoxy oder Aethoxy bedeutet und
wobei mindestens zwei der Im Co-Kondensat vorliegenden Verbindungen In Mengen von 0,1 Mol oder darüber,
pro Mol des Molekül-Gemisches vorliegen.
Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Plgment-Co-Kondensate enthalten zwei Verbindungen, insbesondere zwei
Verbindungen Im Verhältnis von 20 bis 70 Mol-96 der einen und 80 bis 30 Mol-% der anderen Verbindung.
In den bevorzugten Co-Kondensaten, die aus zwei Verbindungen bestehen, bedeuten Ri Chlor oder Methyl
und Rj Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Methyl.

Wasserstoff bedeuten. Besonders wertvoll Ist hler das erste Co-Kondensat aus 0,3 Mol der Verbindung a) und
0,7 Mol der Verbindung b).
Die Herstellung der neuen Co-Kondensate Ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verbindung der Formel

kondensiert,
wobei mindestens zwei dieser Diamine In Mengen von 0,1 Mol oder darüber, bezogen pro 2 Mol der Verbindung
der Formel II, eingesetzt werden.
Die Plgment-Co-Kondensate sind auch ohne die bei Pigmentfarbstoffen übliche Konditionierung, z. B. zum
Farben von Kunststoffmissen, worunter lösungsmittelfreie und lösungsmlttelhaltlge Massen aus Kunststoffen
oder Kunstharzen verstanden werden (In Anstrichfarben auf öliger oder wäßriger Grundlage, In Lacken verschiedener
Art, /um Spinnfärben von Viscose oder Celluloseacetat, zum Pigmentieren von Polyäthylen, Polystyrol. >■<
Polyvinylchlorid, Kautschuk und Kunstleder), geeignet. Sie können auch In Druckfarben für das graphische
Gcweroe, für die Paplermassefürbung, für die Beschichtung von Textillen oder für den Pigmentdruck Vervendune
finden.
Die durch Kondensation mit einem Gemisch von Dlamlnen der Formel III hergestellten Pigmente unterscheiden sich In der Farbstarke sehr vorteilhaft von einer Mischung der aus DE-OS 23 22 777 bekannten Einzelkomponenten.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die größere Farbstarke der Co-Kondensate aus der besseren Verteilbarkelt In Kunsts stoff- oder Lackmedlen resultiert.
Die mit den Pigmentgemischen erhaltenen Färbungen sind migrier- und lichtecht, haben eine sehr gute Überlacklerechthelt und zeichnen sich durch gute Transparenz und Hitzebeständigkeit aus.
In den folgenden Beispielen sind unter den angegebenen Teilen Gewichtsteile und unter Prozenten Gewichtsprozente zu verstehen. Die Temperaturen sind In Celsiusgraden angegeben.
Ein Gemisch, bestehend aus 5,3 Teilen 2,5-Dlchlor-l,4-dlamlnobenzol und 10 Teilen 2-Chlor-l,4-dlamlnobenzol (In einem Molverhältnis von 30:70), wird in 300 Teilen Trichlorbenzol suspensdlert und durch Einleiten
von 7,3 Teilen Chlorowasserstoffgas in eine feine Suspension der Dichlorhydrate Obergeführt. Nun werden 32
Teile 3-Imlnolsolndollnon zugefügt. Der ganze Ansatz wird auf 150" erhitzt und 16 Stunden lang bei 150°
gerührt. Das ausgefallene gelbe Pigment wird bei 100° abfiltriert, nacheinander mit heißem Trichlorbenzol,
Methanol und Wasser ausgewaschen und bei 100° getrocknet. Das erhaltene Plgment-Co-Kondensat eignet sich
nach einer Pulverisierung In einer Labormühle (oder z. B. einer Stiftmühle) direkt zur Elnftrbung von Kunst-
stoffen und Lacken. Die Färbungen sind von hervorragender Licht-, Hitze-, Migrier- und Überlacklerechtheit.
und außerdem haben die Färbungen eine um 25-30* höhere Farbstärke als ein einheitliches Pigment, das aus
1 Mol 2,5-Dlchlor-l,4-dlamlnobenzol und 2 Mol 3-Imlno-lso-indollnon hergestellt wurde.
Gegenüber einem einheitlichen Pigment, hergestellt aus 1 Mol 2-Chlor-l,4-dlamlnobenzol und 2 Mol 3-Iminoisolndolinon, weisen die Färbungen mit dem Pigmentgemisch des obigen Beispiels eine um etwa 10% höhere
Farbstärke und eine bedeutend bessere Hitzebeständigkeit auf. Außerdem blüht es. In Kunststoffen gefärbt,
nicht aus.
Anwendungsbeispiel
Zu einer Basismischung bestehend aus,
63 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid-Emulsion,
32 Teilen Dloctylphthalat,
3 Teilen handelsüblichem Epoxywelchmacher,
1,5 Teilen Stabilisator (Barlum-Cadmlum-Komplex ebenfalls handelsüblich) und
0,5 Teilen eines Chelators (handelsüblich)
werden 0,5 Teile des Pigmentgemisches gemäß Beispiel und 5 Teile Titandloxydpigment gegeben und innig
miteinander vermischt.
Die Mischung wird In einem auf 160° geheizten Mischwalzwerk mit Friktionsrollen (die eine Walze mit 20,
die andere mit 25 Umdrehungen In der Minute) zur besseren Pigmentverteilung während 8 Minuten gewalzt
und hierauf die erhaltene Folie von 0,3 mm, die eine gelbe Nuance aufweist, abgezogen. Die Färbung Ist sehr
farbstark, sehr gut licht- und migrationsecht, sowie hitzebeständig.
Die Abhängigkeit der Farbstärke vom Mischverhältnis bezüglich der Diamine Ist aus den folgenden Tabellen
A, B, C und D ersichtlich. Die Herstellung der Co-Kondensate erfolgt In jedem Fall analog zu den Angaben Im
vorhergehenden Beispiel.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche:1. Die Plgment-Co-Kondensate, worin jede im Gemisch vorliegende Pigment-Verbindung der Formel I Ois entspricht,worin Ri Chlor, Bromo, Fluor, Methyl, Methoxy oder Aethoxy bedeutet undR2 für Wasserstoff oder eine der Bedeutungen von Ri steht,wobei mindestens zwei der Im Co-Kondensat vorliegenden Verbindungen In Mengen von 0,1 Mol oder darüber, pro Mol des MokekOl-Gemlsches vorliegen. 2 Die Plgment-Co-Kondensate gemäß Anspruch 1, die aus zwei Verbindungen bestehen.3. Die Plgment-Co-Kondensate gemäß Anspruch 2, worin die beiden Verbindungen Im Verhältnis von 20 bis 70 Mol-% der einen und 80 bis 30 Mol-» der anderen Verbindung enthalten sind.4. Die Plgment-Co-Kondensate gemäß Anspruch 3 der Formel I, worin Ri Chlor oder Methyl und R2 Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Methyl bedeuten.5 Das Plgment-Co-Kondensat gemäß Anspruch 4, worin In der einen Verbindung Ri und R2 Chlor und Inder anderen Verbindung R, Chlor und R2 Wasserstoff bedeuten.6. Das Plgment-Co-Kondensat gemäß Anspruch 4, worin In der einen Verbindung Ri und R2 Chlor und in der anderen Verbindung Ri Chlor and R2 Methyl bedeuten.7 Das Plgment-Co-Kondensat gemäß Anspruch 4, worin In der einen Verbindung Ri und R2 Chlor und In der anderen Verbindung R.
