EMI1.2
worin X = NH, = (O-Alkyl)2, S oder Cl2 bedeutet, mit 1 Mol eines Diamins der Formel III
EMI1.3
kondensiert
3. Verwendung der Pigmente der Formel I gemäss
Patentanspruch 2 zum Färben von Kunststoffmassen.
Herstellung.
Die neuen Pigmente entsprechen der Formel I
EMI1.4
Beispiel 1
Tabelle Bsp. Ri R2 No.
2 Cl -CH3 3 Cl -CF3 4 Cl -OCHs 5 Cl -OC2Hs 6 Cl Br 7 Br -Cl
Anwendungsbeispiel
Zu einer Basismischung aus 63 Teilen Polyvinylchlorid-Emulsion, 32 Teilen Dioctylphthalat,
3 Teilen handelsüblichem Epoxyweichmacher,
1,5 Teilen Stabilisator (B arium-Cadmium-Stearat-

PATENT CLAIMS 1. Process for the preparation of pigments of formula 1
EMI1.1
wherein the symbols Ri independently of one another are chlorine or bromine and R2 is chlorine, bromine, methyl, ethyl, methoxy, ethoxy or trifluoromethyl, characterized in that 2 mol of a compound of the formula II
EMI1.2
where X = NH, = (O-alkyl) 2, S or Cl2, with 1 mol of a diamine of the formula III
EMI1.3
condensed
2. The pigments of the formula I prepared by the process according to claim 1.
3. Use of the pigments of the formula I according to
Claim 2 for coloring plastic masses.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that one produces the pigment of formula I, wherein R2 and all symbols R1 are chlorine.
The invention relates to new, organic pigment pigments, or a process for their
Manufacturing.
The new pigments correspond to Formula I.
EMI1.4
wherein the symbols R1 independently of one another are chlorine or bromine and R2 is chlorine, bromine, methyl, ethyl, methoxy, ethoxy or trifluoromethyl.
The pigments of the formula I in which all the symbols Ro and R 2 are chlorine are particularly preferred.
The process for the preparation of the new pigments is characterized in that 2 mol of a compound of the formula II
EMI1.5
where X = NH, = (O-alkyl) e, S or preferably, C12, with 1 mol of a diamine of the formula III
EMI1.6
condensed.
The condensation is carried out analogously to generally known working instructions. The starting materials of formulas II and III are known or can also be prepared analogously to known methods.
The pigments of the formula I prepared according to the invention are excellently suitable for coloring plastic compositions, which are understood to mean solvent-free and solvent-containing compositions made of plastics or synthetic resins (in paints on an oily or aqueous basis, in varnishes of various types, for spin-dyeing viscose or cellulose acetate, for pigmenting Polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, rubber and synthetic leather). They can also be used in printing inks for the graphic arts industry, for pulp dyeing, for coating textiles, or for pigment printing.
The dyeings obtained are distinguished by their excellent light and weather fastness, chemical resistance, their migration, efflorescence, t-paint and solvent fastness. The color strength and the very good applicative properties, e.g. B. Flocculation fastness, fastness to crystallization, fastness to dispersion and opacity are further properties worth mentioning of the new pigments.
It is a great advantage of the new pigments that they can usually be used without post-treatment, that is, directly after the synthesis and washing out of the insoluble pigment.
In the following examples, the parts mean parts by weight, the temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
In U.S. Patent No. 2,973,358, constitutionally similar pigments have been described. However, the closest comparable pigments known from the publication mentioned are inferior in light and weather fastness to the pigments according to the invention.
example 1
34 parts of 3,3,4,5,6,7-hexachlorisoindolin-1-one are dissolved in 275 parts of o-dichlorobenzene at 110. The solution of 7.2 parts of 2 chloro-1,4-diaminobenzene in 180 parts of o-dichlorobenzene (dissolved at 110 under a nitrogen atmosphere) is then added to this solution over a period of 12 minutes under a nitrogen atmosphere, and the yellow which has formed immediately is stirred Suspension under nitrogen atmosphere continued at 110 for 17 hours.
For the preparation, the filter is hot and the filter residue is washed with hot o-dichlorobenzene, methanol and hot water. After drying, the pure, strong, greenish-yellow pigment dye of the formula is obtained
EMI1.7
which has excellent migration, light and solvent fastness properties and can be used without further after-treatment.
The pigments in the following table are also prepared in a manner analogous to the above working procedure.
All of these dyes dye polyvinyl chloride in greenish-yellow tones with good fastness properties.
