Als säurebindende■Mittel kommen in Frage: tertiäre Amine,
z.B. Trialkylamine, Pyridin., Di alkyl aniline;'
anorganische Basen, wie Hydride, Hydroxide; Karbonate und Bikarbonate
von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen. Bei den Umsetzungen ist
es manchmal notwendig, Katalysatoren, wie z.B.. Kupfer oder Kupfer
chlorid, zu verwenden» Die Verfahren la und Ib, 2 und 3a'und 3D
werden bei einer Reaktionstemperatur zwischen 0°-130°C, bei normalem
Druck und in Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt.
Als Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel eignen sich z.B. Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen, wie Diäthyläther, Dipropyläther,
Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Amide, wie N,N-dialkylierte Carbonsäureamide;
aliphatisch^, aromatische sowie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chloroform, Chlorbenzol;
Nitrile wie Acetonitrile; Dimethylsmlfoxyd
Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthyliceton/ Wasser (mit Ausnahme
von Verfahren 2). Für die Verfahren 3a und 3b eignet sich
auch Aethanol.
Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln II,, V.f VI, Vl und
XIII können analog bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I können zur Bekämpfung der
verschiedenartigsten tierischen und pflanzlichen Schädlinge eingesetzt
werden. Vorallem zeigen sie gute Wirkung gegen Insekten
und Vertreter der Qr^nimg Akarina.. So können sie gegen alle SSnt-Wicklungsstadien
wie z..B. Kier, !»arven. Poppen, Pyropli-en wxti.

Bruchidae, Tineidae^, Noctuidae, Lymatriidae, Pyralidae, Culcidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Trypetidäe, Muscidaej Calliphoridae und Pulicidae, sowie Akariden der Familien Ixodidae, Argasidae,
Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae.
Bruchidae, Tineidae^, Noctuidae, Lymatriidae, Pyralidae, Culcidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Trypetidäe, Muscidaej Calliphoridae und Pulicidae, sowie Akariden der Familien Ixodidae, Argasidae,
Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae.
Insbesondere v/eisen die Verbindungen der Formel I
gegenüber analogen Verbindungen aus dem Stand der Technik eine überraschend bessere und langhaltigere Wirkung gegen fressende Insekten und auch gegen Spinnmilben auf.

Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem
man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel
löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.Be Attapulgit, SiOp, Granicalcium, Bentonit usw. aufbringt
und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren
Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff/Formaldehydj Dicyandiamid/
Formaldehyd; Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende
Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen unberührt bleiben, und v/obei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung
vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate
(Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester
und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus be-' stimmbarem Adsorptions/Desorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirl-stoffen
z.B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel)
zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen» Derartige Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrogranulaten mit
Schüttgewjchten von vorzugsweise 3°0 g/Liter bis 600"g/Liter" auch
mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von
Flugzeugen durchgeführt v/erden. , ~~
.Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials
mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich»

Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende
Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationafc-tive
Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft-.und
Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel)
sowie Eispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten,,
Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/
Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthyleriglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen
mit 5-15 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäure, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze,
Polyäthylenglykoläther (Carbowachs), Pettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit
5-20 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-I8 Kohlenstoffatomen im
•Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Aethylenoxid, Propylen-,
oxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Pormaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
In V/asser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzenträte, d.h.
Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate (
•'stellen - Mittel dar, die mit V/asser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff,

Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werden erhalten,
indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen
Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise
die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen, erwähnten

Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgernischen oder V/asser gelöst^
Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlen Wasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alky!naphthaline,
Mineralöle allein oder als Mischimg untereinander verwendet werden.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95λ>, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der"
Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5$ oder sogar reiner
Wirkstoff eingesetzt werden können.

Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5$igen Granulates werden die folgenden
Stoffe verwendet:

0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin,

3^50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol - · '
Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3 - 0,8 mm).
Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelost, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und
Cety!polyglykolether zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf
Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40$igen, b) und c) 25#igen
d) 10 $&igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:
a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff .
5 Teile Ligninsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz,
1 Teil Dibutylnaphthalinsulfohsäure-Natriumsalz,
54 Teile Kieselsäure;
•b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff
4,5 Teile Calcium-Ligpinsulfonat,
1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/lIj'-droxyäthylcellulose-
Gemisch (l:l),
1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat, 19,5 Teile Kieselsäure,
19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide,
28,1 Teile Kaolin;
1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat, 19,5 Teile Kieselsäure,
19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide,

Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den
Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt .und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und
Walzen vermählen." Man erhält Spritzpulver, die.sich mit Wasser zu
Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen. Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) !Obigen und
b) 25/£igen emulgierbaren* Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe
verwendet:

13,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus
Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylarylsulfonat-Calcium-Salz,

Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser-Emulsionen
jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden. Sprührnittel: Zur Herstellung eim s 5 ^igen Sprühtoittels

■Beispiel 1·
0~Aethyl-S-n-propyl-0-(3-Cyanophenyl)thiolphosphat

Zu einer Lösung von 14^,3 g 3-Cyanophenol in 100 ml Benzol
werden 12,23 g Triäthylamin zugefügt» Bei 10-15 C werden unterständigem Rühren 24 ,,4 g O-Aethyl-S-n-propylthiolphosphorsäure-
chlorid zugetropft. Das Rühren wird dann 12 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur
fortgesetzt, und anschliessend mit V/asser, CO^-Lösung und wieder mit Wasser gewaschen. Nach dem Trocknen
über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat wird· das Benzol abdestilliert und der Rückstand mittels Molekulardestillation gereinigt
(l4O°C/0j005 Torr). Man erhält die Verbindung der Formel

Insektizide Frässgift-Wirkung -
Tabak- und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer 0,05%igen .
wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht»
Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Tabakpflanzen mit Larven von Spodoptera littoralis (L.-.-Stadium) und von
Heliothis virescens (L„-Stadium) und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer-Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt.
Der Versuch wird bei 24°C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test
gute Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodoptera littoralis, Heliothis virescens'und Leptinotarsa decemlineata.
Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfe,
die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen, verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die
Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (L. ,· 3-4 mm lang)
erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform
(Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgte
10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten gute Wirkung im
obigen Test gegen Ghilo suppressalis.

Wirkung gegen Zecken
A) Rhipicephalüs bursa
Je 5 adulte Zecken oder 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrehen
gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml.einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je I00s
10j 1 und O3I ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde
dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der
• Watte aufgenommen werden konnte„
Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen
Wiederholungen.
B) Boophilus microplus (Larven)
Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden
mit je 20 sensiblen Larven Versuche durchgeführt.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten gute Wirkung in
diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipieephalüs
bursa und sensible Larven von Boophilus microplus.

Wirkung gegen Spinniailbeii
Phaseolus vulgar is (Buschbohnen) morden 12 Stunden vor dem

- Patentansprüche 1. Verbindungen der allgemeinen FormelR-, 0worin EL Methyl oder Aethyl, R2 n-Propyl, (i)-Butyl, sek.-Butyl, n-Amyl,Methoxyäthyl oder Aethoxyäthyl und X Wasserstoff, Methyl, Chlor oder Brom bedeuten.
- 2. Verbindungen gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R, Methyl oder Aethyl,R2 Isobutyl, sek.-Butyl, n-Amyl, Methoxyäthyl oder Aethoxyäthyl undX Wasserstoff, Methyl, Chlor oder Brom bedeuten,309882/1429

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formelworin R, Methyl oder AethyI,R„ n-Propyl, (i)-Butyl, sek.-Butyl, n-Amyl,Methoxyäthyl oder Aethoxyäthyl und X-" Wasserstoff, Methyl, Chlor oder Brombedeuten,.dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel309882/1429entweder mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (R-)oN oder mit einer Verbindung der Formel MeSH umsetzt und die Zwischenprodukte mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel R2HaI weiter reagieren lasst, worin R.s Ro und X die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und R, für einen Alkylrest, Hai für ein Halogenatom steht und Me für ein Alkalimetall, Ammonium oder Alky!ammonium steht.

Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welche als Wirkstoff eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formelworin R-, Methyl oder Aethyl,R? n-Propyl, (i)-Butyl, sek.-Butyl, n-Amyl,Methoxyäthyl oder Aethoxyäthyl und X Wasserstoff, Methyl, Chlor oder Brombedeuten und geeignete Träger und/oder andere Zuschlagstoffe enthalten.303882/1429■2323625
