Description

  • Holzverbindung Die Anmeldung betrifft eine Holzverbindung, bei der die Stirn bzw. Stirnen eines Rant- oder Rundholzes einer Längsseite von Eantholz benachbart ist bzw. sind, wobei die Verbindung aus einer Holzschraube und einem Ringdübel in Form eines Rohrabschnitts oder dergl.besteht, die beide in das Kant- oder Rundholz von dessen Stirn her, also in Hirnholz einbinden und in das Langholz in Querrichtung einbinden können.
  • Die zueinander in rechtem Winkel und in einer Ebene oder etwas abweichend davon angeordneten Hölzer können z.B. Pfette und Stiel, Balken und Stichbalken, Gurt und Stab eines Fachwerkträgers, Hallenbinder und Pfette (oben bündig) sein.
  • Die Erfindung bezweckt bei der mit ihrem Gewinde in Hirnholz einbindenden Holzschraube und der Sicherung riurch einen rohrförmigen Ringdübel gegen Aufreißen bzw. Spalten im Bereich des Ringdübels,von der Stirn sich ausehnend (Trockenrisse usw.), eine bessere Befestigung der Holzschraube, als diese bei üblichem Einschrauben in Hirnholz gegeben ist.
  • Die Erfirdung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gewinde der Holzschraube in vorgebohrtem Hirnholz mittels Kunstharzmörtel befestigt ist.
  • Der Durchmesser der Vorbohrung. im Hirnholz entspricht zweckmäßig dem der Holzschraube. Die Lochtiefe wird zweckmäßig für ein Eindringen des vorderen Gewindeendes in nicht vorgebohrtes Holz bemessen, woraus beim Rinsehrauben ein stärker verdichteter und gespannter Kunstharzmörtel resultiert, der unter anhaltender Schraubspannung aushärten kann. Fur ein Herausschrauben nach dem aushärten kann die Menge an Kunstharz zur Lochwandung hin zunehmen.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch Holzverbindung, bei der die Stirn eines Kant- oder Rundholzes einer Längsseite von Kantholz benachbart ist, wobei die Verbindung aus einer Holzschraube und einem Ringdübel in Form eines Rohrabschnitts oder dergl. besteht, die beide in das Kant-oder Rundholz von dessen Stirn her, also in Hirnholz einbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewinde der Holzschraube in vorgebchrtem Hirnholz mittels Kunstharzmörtel befestigt ist.
