Die Herstellung der Verbindungen der Formel (I) erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch Umsetzen
eines Halogenacetamids der Formel

in einem Lösungsmittel. In diesen Formeln steht Hai für
Halogen, insbesondere Chlor, und Me für Alkali, insbesondere Natrium oder Kalium oder NH4. Die zu
verwendenden Lösungsmittel können Wasser oder prganisejie Lösungsmittel, wie niedere aliphatische
"Alkohole oder Ketone mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen in der aliphatischen Kette sein. Die Reaktionstemperatur
kann zwischen Zimmertemperatur und der Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels schwanken. Je nach Beschaffenheit
der Reaktionsteilnehmer kann der Zusatz eines Alkalihalogenide, z.B. Natrium- oder Kaliumjod, als
ίο Katalysator von Vorteil sein.
Man kann aber auch z. B. einen Ester einer Ο,Ο-Dialkyldithiophosphorylessigsäure, z. B. den Phenyl-,
Benzyl- oder Aethylenglycol-ester einer solchen
Säure mit dem gewünschten Heterocycle umsetzen. Es
ist auch möglich, ein gemischtes Anhydrid einer solchen Phosphorylessigsäure z. B. das Anhydrid mit Benzoesäure,
mit Kohlensäurehalbester mit einem Heterocyclus zur Umsetzung zu bringen. Man kann auch ein Salz,
vorzugsweise ein Alkalisatz, einer solchen Phosphorylessigsäure mit einem Carbonsäurechlorid eines N-Heterocyclus
reagieren lassen und bei erhöhter Temperatur CO2 abspalten.
Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können als solche oder in Kombination mit einem geeigneten Zusatz als
herbizide Mittel verwendet werden. Geeignete Zusätze sind beispielsweise Lösungs-, Verdünnungs- Dispergier-,
Emulgier-, Verdickungs-, Haft- und/oder Düngemittel.
Je nach Aufwandmenge ist eine total- oder eine
selektivherbizide Wirkung vorhanden. Die Selektivität
zeigt sich besonders im Vorauflaufverfahren in Baumwolle, Soja, Mais, Weizen, Reis und anderen Nutzkulturen
gegen breitblättrige Unkräuter. Dieser Befund ist überraschend, da vorbekannte, ähnlich gebaute Verbindungen
wohl eine insektizide, praktisch aber keine herbizide Wirkung zeigen. (Vgl. US-PS 29 59 610;
US-PS 3134 801; GB-PS 8 14 587; GB-PS 9 45 026.) Dithiophosphate mit herbizider Wirkung sind zwar
auch bekanntgeworden, besitzen aber deutlich abweichende Verbindungsstrukturen. Es sei auf die GB-PS
10 00 655 und die US-PS 31 02 018 verwiesen.
Die Mittel, welche Wirkstoffe der Formel (I) enthalten, können in verschiedener Form appliziert
werden, z. B. in Form von Emulsionen, Stäubepulvern, Dispersionen, Granulaten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) kommen
z. B. Mineralölfraktionen von hohem bis mittlerem Siedebereich, wie Dieselöl oder Kerosen, Kohlenteeröl
und öle pflanzlicher oder tierischer Herkunft, sowie
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie alkylierte Naphthaline, Tetrahydronaphthalin,
in Betracht, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von Xylolgemischen, Cyclohexanolen,
Ketonen, ferner chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie Trichloräthan und Tetrachloräthan, Tnchloräthylen
oder Tri- und Tetrachlorbenzolen. Mit Vorteil werden organische Lösungsmittel verwendet, deren Siedepunkt
über 1000C liegt.

zweckmäßig aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Pasten oder netzbaren Spritzpulvern durch Zusatz von Wasser
bereitet. Als Emulgier- und Dispergiermittel kommen nichtionogene, anionaktive und kationaktive Produkte
in Betracht. Nichtionogene Produkte sind in der Regel S Kondensationsprodlukte von aliphatischen Alkoholen,
Aminen oder Carbonsäuren, die einen langkettigen Kohlenwasserstoff rest von etwa 10 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen
aufweisen, mit Äthylenoxyd, wie ζ Β. das Kondensationsprodukt von Octadecylalkohol und 25 bis ι ο
30 MoI Äthylenoxyd, oder dasjenige von technischem Oleylamin und 15 Mo! Äthylenoxyd, oder das von
Dodecylmercaptan und 12 Mol Äthylenoxyd. Unter den anionaktiven Emulgiermitteln seien erwähnt: das
Natriumsalz des Dodecylalkoholschwefelsäureesters, das Natriumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, das
Kalium- oder Triäthanolaminsalz der ölsäure oder der
Abietinsäure oder von Mischungen dieser Säuren, oder das Natriumsalz einer Petroleumsulfonsäure. Als kationaktive
Dispergiermittel kommen quaternäre Ammo- zo niumverbindungen, wie das Cetylpyridiniumbromid,
oder das Dioxyäthylbenzyldodecylammoniumchlorid in Betracht.
Zur Herstellung von Stäube- und Streumitteln können als feste Trägerstoffe Talkum, Kaolin, Bentonit,
Calciumcarbonat, Calciumphosphat, Attapulgit, Bentonit, Kaolin, SiO2, Polyacrylnitril aber auch Kohle,
Korkmehl, Holzmehl, Attaclay und andere Materialien pflanzlicher Herkunft herangezogen werden; zweckmäßig
ist auch die Herstellung von Präparaten in granulierter Form. Die verschiedenen Anwendungsformen
können Zusätze von Stoffen enthalten, welche die Verteilung, die Haftfestigkeit, die Regenbeständigkeit
oder das Eindringungsvermögen verbessern. Solche Stoffe sind z. B. Fettsäuren, Harze, Leim, Casein oder
Alginate. Die Aufwandmengen können sich zwischen 1 bis 5 kg AS/ha bewegen.
530 g 0,0-Dipropyl-dithiophosphorsäure-Kaliumsalz
(95%ig = 2MoI) wurden in 100 ml Methanol suspendiert
und 316 g N-Chloracetyl-2-methyl-piperidin
(=1,8 Mol [Sdpkt. 81 -83°C/0,02Torr]) wurden zugetropft.
Die Temperatur wurde dabei durch leichtes Kühlen zwischen 25 und 30° gehalten. Der Ansatz
wurde 2 Std. bei Raumtemperatur und 1 Std. bei 40° nachgerührt und dann mit soviel Wasser versetzt, bis
alles ausgefallene Kaliumchlorid gelöst war. Das dabei abgeschiedene öl wurde dann in 100 ml Methylenchlorid
aufgenommen, die organische Phase abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet.
Nach dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels blieb die Verbindung als hellgelbes öl zurück.
Ausbeute 575 g = 90% d. Th.
In analoger Weise lassen sich die folgenden Wirkstoffe herstellen, wobei die Ausbeuten durchweg
über 80% liegen;

Emulsionskonzentrat
A) Die in organischen Lösungsmitteln gut löslichen ι ο
Wirkstoff; können als Emulsionskonzentrat nach folgender Vorschrift formuliert werden:

eines Alkylphenols mit Äthylenoxyd und Calciumdodecylbenzolsulfonat.
werden gemischt. Beim Verdünnen mit Wasser auf die
gewünschte Konzentration entsteht eine spritzfähige Emulsion.
B) Der Wirkstoff Nr. 3 wird in Aceton gelöst, so daß eine 50%ige Lösung entsteht. Dazu gibt man eine
25%ige XyloUösung einer Emulgatormischung Toximul MP und Toximul Q im Verhältnis von 1 :1 und füllt mit
Xylol so weit auf, daß ein 20%iges Emulsionskonzentrat entsteht. Beim Verdünnen mit Wasser entsteht eine
spritzfähige Emulsion.
(Toximul MP besteht vorwiegend aus dodecylbenzolsulfosaurem Calcium und Toximul Q vorwiegend aus
dem Kondensationsprodukt von Glycerin-diricinoleat und Äthylenoxyd.)

Die Anwendung der Wirkstoffe erfolgte im Vorauflaufverfahren einen Tag nach der Saat mit Aufwandmengen
von umgerechnet 2 und 4 kg Wirkstoff/ha. Die Temperatur im Gewächshaus betrug 20-250C, die
Luftfeuchtigkeit 70-80%. Die Auswertung erfolgte nach 3 Wochen. Dabei wurden folgende Resultate im
Vergleich mit vorbekannten Verbindungen erhalten:

In einem zweiten Versuch wurden die bevorzugten Verbindungen Nr. 2 und 3 nochmals bei niedrigen
Aufwandmengen von umgerechnet 2 kg, 1 kg und 0,5 kg pro Hektar und gleichen Bedingungen geprüft. Als
Vereleichssubstanzen wurden die Verbindung C des
vorhergehenden Versuchs und die Verbindung D = S-(15 (Piperidino-carbonyl-methylJ-O.O-diäthyl-dithiophosphat (gemäß GB-PS 9 45 026) herangezogen. Die
Auswertung erfolgte nach 4 Wochen. Die Resultate sind in Tabelle 2 wiedergegeben.

Anwendungsbeispiel 4 A. Nachauf laufverfahren gegen
Echinochloa crusgalH in gesätem Wasserreis Im Gewächshaus wurden in die Erde von 60 χ 60 cm
großen Asbestzement-Behältern Reis und Echinochloa eingesät. Die Erde wurde sehr feucht gehalten, und nach
8 Tagen, als die Echinochloa-Pflanzen das sog. 2-Blatt-Stadium erreicht hatten, wurde die Kultur 2 cm
hoch mit Wasser überschichtet Danach wurde die Aktivsubstanz in Form eines 7,5%igen Granulats und in
einer Menge zugegeben, die Aufwandmengen von 0,5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg und 4 kg pro Hektar entsprach. 25 Tage
nach der Behandlung wurde der Versuch nach dem im Beispiel 3 gegebenen Schlüssel ausgewertet
Als Vergleichssubstanz E diente das unter dem Namen »ivlolinate« zum Schutz von Reiskulturen im
Handel befindliche Herbizid S-Äthyl-hexahydro-lH-azepin-1
-carbothioat (gemäß US-PS 31 98 786).
B. Nachauf lauf verfahren gegen Echinochloa in
verpflanztem Wasserreis
verpflanztem Wasserreis
In einem zu A. ähnlichen Versuch wurden 25 Tage alte Reispflanzen in 60 χ 60 cm große Asbestzement-Behälter
verpflanzt Echinochloa wurde dann zwischen diese Kultur gesät Die Erde wurde sehr feucht gehalten
und nach 12 Tagen, als die Hühneirhirse das 2- bis 3-Blattstadium erreicht hatte, wurde die Reiskultur
2,5 cm hoch mit Wasser überschichtet Der Wirkstoff wurde dann, entsprechend 0,5 kg, 1 kg und 2 kg pro
Hektar, in Form 7,5%iger Granulate in die Behälter gegeben. Die Auswertung erfolgte nach 25 Tagen nach
gleichem Schlüssel.
