Abstract

Un aparato para cristalizar sustancias a partir de soluciones o dispersiones que contienen estas sustancias, en un cristalizador que contiene una zona de clasificación (3), comprende:a) Un sistema de circulación interno y un externo (1; 2), el sistema de circulación interno (1) esta presente en el cristalizador, la entrada del sistema de circulación externo (2) esta conectada a sistema de circulación interno (1) por medio de la zona de clasificación (3), el sistema de circulación externo (2) está presente por fuera del cristalizador, en la salida del sistema de circulación externo (2) está conectado al sistema de circulación interno (1) del cristalizador, y un medio para disolver cristales está dispuesto en el sistema de circulación externo (2), antes de su salida,b) un flujo hacia adentro (4) para la solución y/o dispersión, dicho flujo hacia adentro está en el cristalizador o sobre el sistema de circulación externa (2), c) un flujo hacia fuera (5) para las dispersiones, dicho flujo hacia fuera está dispuesto en el cristalizador o sobre el sistema de circulación externo (2),En donde una línea (8) que conecta los sistemas de circulación externo e interno (1; 2) uno con el otro y que tiene el propósito de transportar (reciclar) la dispersión y/o una línea (8) para transportar (reciclar) la dispersión esta adicionalmente presente, en la cual tanto su entrada como su salida están conectadas al sistema de circulación interno (1).<EMI FILE="01042218_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
