Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA CRISTALIZAR SUBSTâNCIAS A PARTIR DE SOLUçõES OU DISPERSõES, E, FRAçãO DE CRISTAL". A invenção é relativa a um equipamento e a um processo para cristalizar substâncias a partir de soluções ou dispersões que contém dita substâncias, em um cristalizador que compreende uma zona de classificação (3) e que é ainda dotado de: a) um sistema de um circuito interno e um externo (1; 2), o sistema de circuito interno (1) sendo colocado no cristalizador, a entrada do sistema de circuito externo (2) sendo ligada com o sistema de circuito interno (2) através de uma zona de classificação (3), o sistema de circuito externo (2) sendo colocado do lado de fora do cristalizador, a saída do sistema de circuito externo (2) sendo ligada com o sistema de circuito interno (1) do cristalizador, e um equipamento para dissolver cristais que é colocado no sistema de circuito externo (2) a montante da saída; b) uma linha de alimentação (4) para a solução e/ou dispersão que é colocada no cristalizador ou no sistema de circuito externo; e c) uma saída (5) para dispersões que é colocada no cristalizador ou no sistema de circuito externo. O equipamento de acordo com a invenção é especialmente caracterizado pelo fato de ser dotado adicionalmente de uma linha (8) para retornar/guiar a dispersão que interliga o sistema de circuito externo e o interno (1; 2) e/ou com uma linha (8) para retornar/guiar a dispersão, cuja entrada e saída são ligadas com o sistema de circuito interno (1).
