Description

用于燃料箱的燃料附件以及内部连接该燃料附件的方法
技术领域
本发明大体涉及燃料箱及其燃料附件。更具体地,本发明旨在一种用于以不渗透燃料的方式将燃料附件连接在燃料箱内的方法。本发明还涉及适于通过这种方法连接到燃料箱上的燃料附件。
在说明书和权利要求书中所使用的术语“燃料附件”用于表示通常连接在燃料箱(即,燃料系统构件)内的各种装置/配件中的任一种,例如:各种阀(通风阀、翻转阀、过充间歇阀等)、集液器、量具、过滤器等,还表示连接到燃料箱上而各种阀部件又连接到其上的座/承载件。
背景技术
车辆的燃料箱内通常装配有各种阀和各种其它装置。通常的做法是通过形成大小适合容纳阀壳的孔并通过各种手段(例如,焊接、热焊、不同的紧固件等)固定地连接该阀而将这些燃料附件连接在燃料箱内。
然而,这种结构具有一些缺陷。首先,由于上述结构,燃料附件的一部分从燃料箱外表面伸出,并且通常会有一些管道在燃料附件之间延伸,这些燃料附件还延伸连接到燃料箱的外表面。
其次,有必要在壳体和燃料附件壳体之间设置密封结构,燃料附件壳体通常具有与其相关的一些电线或管道。
因而,正在发展的趋势是在燃料箱中形成尽可能小的开口(理想的是只形成一个),并且通风系统及其相关阀和连接器因此尽可能远地重定位到燃料箱内。
与车辆燃料箱有关的另一重要考虑是,环保组织和权威人士日益增长的要求需要燃料箱及其相关的燃料附件的燃料渗透率最小。这一要求的结果使得需要新的连接装置以确保燃料附件和燃料箱之间的基本无渗透连接。
据此,逐渐形成的标准做法是:制造具有对于烃类燃料具有极低渗透率的多层塑料燃料箱,通过合适的密封结构将阀装配到这样的箱上或者将阀热焊到该箱的内壁表面上。
与阀和车辆燃料箱的连接相关的另一问题是阀的有效操作液位,也就是阀关闭的液位(有时称作切断液位或截止液位)以及阀的重开液位。影响所述操作液位的考虑因素之一是空间占用,特别是在车辆中这具有重要意义。因而要求将“死区”(即,“最大燃料液位”和燃料箱顶壁之间的空间)降低到最小,并且必须注意不增加死区。
一些专利与提供阀与燃料箱的不渗透燃料连接有关。例如,美国专利No.5,404,907、No.6,035,883以及No.6,289,915公开了不同的可焊接阀组件,它们包括:延伸穿过形成在燃料箱中的开口的阀体;以及紧固到阀体上或与阀体成一体的可焊接连接部,以用于焊接到聚合体燃料箱的外表面上。
将阀连接到燃料箱内的另一种方法是:热成形燃料箱的两个配合半部,并在局部仍熔融的同时紧接着成形之后将阀及任何其它燃料附件挤压到箱壁上。然后,连接燃料箱的两半部分并使它们彼此焊接。该方法很费时间,而且即使这样也存在通过两半燃料箱的焊接线泄漏或渗透的严重风险。
国际专利申请WO0107806A1中公开的一种不同思想同样涉及最小化死区,其中公开了一种包括完全容纳在燃料箱内的壳体的燃料阀,根据一种应用,该阀的壳体在其最上部形成有杆件,以用于固定地容纳在形成于燃料箱顶壁处的相应容器内。根据第二种应用,该阀的壳体在其顶部形成有适于与相应的第二连接件接合的第一连接件(例如,搭扣型连接),所述第二连接件与燃料箱的顶壁成一体。
在美国专利申请序列号No.US20010013516A1中公开了用于将燃料附件连接到燃料箱上的又一种方法,该专利申请旨在所谓的“瓶中造船”技术,其中:在燃料箱的吹塑期间,由支撑配件(承载件)支撑一个或多个阀以及其它燃料附件,从而当形成燃料箱时其通过热焊接与该支撑配件成一体。这是复杂而昂贵的工序。
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种用于以基本不渗透燃料的方式在燃料箱内连接燃料附件的思想。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用于以基本不渗透燃料的方式连接到燃料箱上的燃料箱或装置及其实现方法。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种燃料箱,其由塑性材料制成并装配有至少一个连接到其壁的内表面上的燃料附件,其中:通过熔焊将所述燃料附件连接到所述内表面的预定部位,在所述元件之间延伸的熔融元件便于所述熔焊。根据具体实施例,燃料附件和燃料箱内表面的所述部位的其中一个装配有熔融元件(有时称作“焊接插入件”),其可与所述部件中的任一个成一体或添加到该部件上。
当使塑性部件,即均由合适的塑性材料(例如,热塑性塑料)制成的燃料箱的内壁部位和燃料附件的一部分彼此连接,并使相邻表面中至少一个的温度上升到高于所述材料的熔点时,发生熔焊。其冷却时,这些部件保持彼此焊接。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种用于连接到塑性材料燃料箱内壁部的某一部位处的燃料附件,其包括形成有可连接到所述部位上的接合面的壳体;其中所述接合面的至少一部分由塑性材料制成并装配有用于将燃料附件熔焊到燃料箱上的熔融元件。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种用于将燃料附件连接到由塑性材料制成的燃料箱上的方法,其中燃料附件和燃料箱内表面的某一部位的其中一个装配有熔融元件,并且通过熔焊实施燃料附件的连接。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供了一种用于通过熔焊将燃料附件引入并连接到燃料箱内壁的某一部位处的操作器(manipulator),所述操作器被构造成用于通过形成在燃料箱中的开口引入到该燃料箱内部空间中的臂。
下列特征可应用于本发明以上方面中的任一方面:
A)熔融元件可装配或预装配在燃料附件的壳体或燃料箱的所述壁部位中的任一个上。可替换地,可单独将熔融元件布置在燃料附件的壳体和燃料箱的所述壁部位中间。还可容纳在可焊接的承载件内,例如,嵌入布置在燃料附件的壳体和燃料箱的所述壁部位之间的盘状件内,从而加热该熔融元件导致熔化承载件,以在它们的两个表面处焊接而形成连接。
B)熔焊元件是以卷绕或波状图案形成的、可能会嵌在相应形状的槽内的细丝。然而,熔融元件还可以是呈不同形状(例如,盘状元件、平面环形元件等)的片材形式。
C)熔融元件由通过从熔融元件延伸的导线而施加于其上的电流激活。通常所述导线易于从熔融元件上拆除。
D)熔融元件由通过感应施加于其上的电流激活。
E)燃料附件和燃料箱的所述部位的其中之一可装配有可磁化部件,从而在熔焊处理期间,通过磁力使燃料附件吸引到燃料箱的所述部位上。感应电流也可用于产生磁场,该磁场用于将燃料附件吸引并接合到所述壁部位上,以用于对它们进行熔焊。
F)熔融元件可由通过导电元件施加于其上的电流激活,该导电元件可由燃料附件敷贴器的相应电流插口接合。
G)燃料附件通过燃料附件敷贴器引入到燃料箱的所述部位并在熔焊处理期间被可支撑地保持,根据一个实施例,所述燃料附件敷贴器呈被构造成臂的操作器的形式,该臂用于通过形成在燃料箱中的开口引入燃料箱内部。根据其它实施例,所述操作器为适于支撑燃料附件并使其抵靠壁部定位的装置的形式,该装置具有合适的供电结构,并且该装置的另一部分适于支靠燃料箱的相对壁部。任选地,所述操作器包括电插口,用于与燃料附件的相应插口相连从而施加电流。
H)燃料附件可以是装配在燃料箱内的下列多种元件中的任何一个或多个元件,例如,不同类型的阀(通风阀、翻转阀、过充间歇阀等)、燃料收集器、量具、过滤器等,以及连接到燃料箱上而其又连接有各种阀部件的座/承载件。
I)至少燃料附件的壳体顶部以及燃料箱的所述壁部位部分由可热焊接的合适塑性材料(例如,聚乙烯(PE))制成,从而适于熔焊。
J)可选的是燃料附件可利用压力感测装置(例如,应变片或微型开关)与燃料箱的壁表面接合,从而确定燃料附件与燃料箱壁紧密而恰当的接合。
K)可设置控制组件,用于控制若干焊接参数,还用于控制多重熔焊连接,例如,几个燃料附件或连接到燃料箱上而其又连接有各种阀部件的座/承载件的同时焊接。
因而,本发明的目的是提供一种用于通过熔焊将燃料元件连接到燃料箱内表面的壁部位的方法,还提供一种适于这种连接的燃料附件和燃料箱,并且提供一种用于实施这种连接的方法以及有益于该方法的设计。
尽管以下将参照燃料阀来详细说明描述本发明,然而应当理解,并非旨在将本发明的范围限制于该实施例,而是旨在覆盖可能落在如权利要求所限定的本发明的范围和精神内的所有修改例和实施例。

具体实施方式
首先将注意力指向图1A,图1A表示由热塑性材料制成的燃料箱(未整体示出)的带有燃料附件的顶壁部10,燃料附件即总体由附图标记20表示的翻转阀,其在由附图标记22表示的壁部位连接到该顶壁部10上。
以下,在附图和说明中将参照阀形式的燃料附件以及连接到所述燃料箱上且又支承阀部件等的承载件,不过应理解到,术语“燃料附件”应按照指不同类型的阀、集液器、量具、过滤器等的广泛含义来理解。
在本示例中,燃料附件20是翻转阀,其包括由热塑性材料制成的壳体24以及使阀构件保持在适当位置中的搭扣型闭合件28。
在图1A中还注意到,不需要连接装置将阀连接到燃料箱的壁部10上,从而使有效死区(即,最大燃料液位和燃料箱顶壁之间的空间)保持最小,此外出口喷嘴30接近燃料箱的顶壁10的底面32下方向右延伸。然而注意到,在燃料箱的壁上未形成有任何孔,因而使得燃料蒸汽保持为最少。
如已提到的,阀20通过熔焊连接到燃料箱的顶壁10上,螺线形熔融元件36便于所述熔焊,在具体示出的实施例中,该螺线形熔融元件36容纳在形成于阀20的顶部接合面40的相应螺线形路径38内。
注意到,顶部接合面40具有与所述壁部位相对应的轮廓,从而确保充分的接触面,在本例中所述壁部位是平坦的。
在图1B和图2A中还注意到,螺线形熔融元件36具有两个相应的导电腿部件42A和42B,用于向螺线形细丝施加电流。阀20的壳体24在其上部配备有槽44A和44B,所述导电腿部通过这些槽伸出,从而导电腿部于是可与下文所述的导线或其它导电装置接合。
根据另一选择(未示出),所述熔融元件也可容纳在可焊接承载件内(例如,嵌入布置在燃料附件壳体和燃料箱的所述壁部位之间的盘状件内),从而,加热该熔融元件导致熔化该承载件以在其两个表面处焊接并形成连接。
在图3A中示出了总体由附图标记50表示的阀,其中熔融元件52以波状细丝的形式容纳在形成于阀壳56的顶壁部的相应槽54内,并且导电腿部58A和58B延伸通过沿壳体56的一部分形成的相应槽60A和60B并分别延伸至电插口62A和62B,从而与如将在下文参照图6A说明的电流施加器接合。
图3B指向阀50’,其与以上关于图3A公开的类似,只不过熔融元件63呈沿壳体边界延伸的由导电材料制成的开口环状片形式,并可借助于通过壳体的外周部65伸出的腿部64与电源接合。然而,应意识到也可使用呈片形的其它形状的熔融元件。
还应注意到,壳体(图1和图2A中的附图标记24,图3中的附图标记56)装配有环形突肩70,在下文中参照图6A和图6B将清楚其用途。
在图2B的视图中,可看到如何通过熔焊在附图标记66处将阀20焊接在燃料箱顶壁10的底面32的壁部位22处。这样实施熔焊,即:通过熔融元件(即,金属线圈36)施加电流从而将热塑性材料加热到超过其熔点的温度,同时保持阀20抵靠表面32,并且使熔融材料冷却,从而实现焊接。
影响熔焊处理的参数有多种,例如:熔融元件细丝的粗细和密度、线圈或波状体的图案和密度、相应元件内的容纳槽的深度、塑性材料的类型、可焊接部分的大小、以及通过熔融元件施加的电流量。此外,根据燃料附件的形状和大小可采用一个或多个熔焊焦点,即,在大承载件的情况下可在多个焊接部位进行。
现在将注意力指向图4,其中示出了根据另一实施例的燃料阀76的实施例,在壳体78顶部处装配有螺线形熔融元件80,在其下方设有嵌入壳体78的所述顶部内的金属件82(在当前示例中为一盘)。该结构使得在熔焊处理中,通过经由感应线圈部件86施加的感应激发通向熔融元件80的电流,还产生作用在盘82上的磁力,从而吸引整个壳体78与燃料箱顶壁部92的底面90紧密接合。
根据该实施例的修改例(未示出),盘82不嵌入燃料附件的壳体78内,而是装配在该阀的空间96内,于是可以在完成熔焊处理后移除。
图5A和图5B中所示的实施例与在前实施例的不同之处在于:燃料附件即阀100的总体构造;再有,燃料箱的顶壁部102形成有突出的阀容纳结构104,该阀容纳结构104被装配成紧贴地容纳阀100的壳体顶部,从而在焊接处理期间不必支撑该阀。
在该实施例中,熔融元件为在阀100的壳体的顶部108周围同轴延伸的螺线形细丝106。任选地,顶部108形成有相应的用于容纳熔融元件106的螺线形路径(未示出)。
图5A和图5B所公开的结构确保了在燃料箱顶壁102的底面110与阀100内的最大燃料液位之间的死区最小。
图6A表示使用操作器148将附图标记140所表示的燃料附件熔焊到燃料箱顶壁部144的底面142上的处理。
燃料附件140对应于图1B和图2A的阀20,并包括形成有环形肩部150和螺线形路径154的壳体148,所述螺线形路径154用于容纳螺线形熔融元件156,该熔融元件156的导电腿部158A和158B通过形成于壳体148顶部的槽160A和160B横向伸出。
在熔焊处理期间,阀140被放置在操作器148的燃料附件敷贴器168的容器166内。
在操作中,通过形成在燃料箱中的开口(通常为形成在燃料箱中的燃料泵孔或者其它任何合适的这种开口)将操作器臂与以环形肩部150抵靠敷贴器的顶面170而容纳在容器166内的阀140一起引入,同时导电腿部158A和158B与操作器148的电插口172A和172B接合,所述电插口又分别通过合适的导线176A和176B连接到电源180上。
在将阀壳体148的顶面贴(apply)到燃料箱的顶壁144的底面142上时,通过插口172A和172B分别向熔融元件156的导电腿部158A和158B施加电流,从而使线圈发热,直至塑性材料融化。然后,停止电流以使熔融的塑性材料冷却,从而实现熔焊。

在图6A和图6B的实施例中,在熔焊区冷却后分别将操作器148和186移除。
现在转向图6C,其示出了总体由附图标记200表示的燃料阀,其装配有根据本发明任何实施例所公开的熔焊元件202。为使阀200正确地定位在焊接部位并确保与燃料箱的内壁表面204适当的表面接触,设置活塞组件210,其中活塞组件的一端212支靠燃料箱的底壁214,而其上部可伸缩件216装配有阀容器218以及合适的导电装置(未示出)。该结构使得上部件216通过螺旋弹簧220弹簧偏压,从而向阀200施加轴向力,因此在焊接处理期间阀200与燃料箱的内壁表面204恰当接合。可通过例如电磁、液压、气动等不同手段操作所述活塞组件。
在图6D的实施例中,阀220和相关的熔焊元件222容纳在可延伸的“剪刀型”机构228的容器224内,其中该机构的一个腿部具有支靠燃料箱的底壁部232的支撑件230,因而该机构的腿部缩回引起容器224的垂直移动以用于将阀220定位成紧贴燃料箱的内壁表面236,同时施加适当的力,由此向熔焊元件施加电流而引起熔焊,如上所述。
现在进一步参照图7。为了确定在熔焊处理期间燃料附件(例如,阀240)与燃料箱的相应壁部242恰当并紧密地接合,可以设置例如呈应变片或微型开关形式的压力指示器246,在本实施例中该压力指示器安装在操作臂250的端部上。然而,这种压力指示装置或传感器可以安装在操作臂的其它部位。
图8的视图例示出如何将两个燃料附件(即,阀260A和260B)同时装配到燃料箱的内壁表面264上。该结构使得两个感应线圈部件266A和266B与相应的阀260A和260B的焊接位置对齐地定位,并且还设置用于同时向感应线圈部件266A和266B以及阀260A和260B施加电流的控制器C。应意识到,该结构也适于大型燃料附件(而不是单独的阀),例如,在承载件连接到燃料箱的内壁上,而各燃料附件又连接到所述承载件上的情况下。
虽然已示出并描述了若干实施例,然而应理解不旨在藉此限制本公开,而是旨在覆盖落在所附已作必要修改的权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围内的所有实施例、修改例和结构。
例如,可预先在燃料元件或燃料箱的壁部位的其中一个内集成熔融元件,或者可将熔融元件引入在燃料附件或壁部位的其中一个中形成的适合容器内。按照不同替换,仅仅将熔融元件引入燃料附件和壁部位之间。

Claims (50)

1、一种燃料箱,其由塑性材料制成并装配有至少一个连接到其壁的内表面上的燃料附件,其中所述燃料附件通过熔焊连接到所述内表面的预定部位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述燃料附件和所述燃料箱内表面的所述部位的其中一个预装配有熔融元件。
3、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件是细丝。
4、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件是导电片材。
5、根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件集成在所述燃料附件的壳体的顶部。
6、根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件为集成在所述燃料箱的所述部位处的插入件的形式。
7、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件由通过从该熔融元件延伸的导线施加于其上的电流激活。
8、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件由借助于感应而施加于其上的电流激活。
9、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述燃料附件和燃料箱的所述部位的其中之一装配有可磁化部件,从而在熔焊处理期间,该燃料附件通过磁力而被吸引到燃料箱的所述部位上。
10、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,感应电流产生磁场,以用于通过装配在所述燃料附件和燃料箱的所述部位的其中之一内的可磁化部件将所述燃料附件吸引并接合到燃料箱内的所述部位上。
11、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件通过可与燃料附件敷贴器的相应电流插口接合的导电元件施加于该熔融元件上的电流激活。
12、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述熔融元件通过燃料附件敷贴器引到燃料箱的所述部位并在熔焊处理期间被可支撑地保持。
13、根据权利要求12所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述燃料附件敷贴器呈可通过形成在所述燃料箱中的开口插入该燃料箱的内部空间中的操作器臂的形式。
14、根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱,其特征在于,所述燃料附件是阀。
15、一种用于连接到塑性材料燃料箱的内壁部的某一部位的燃料附件,其包括形成有可连接到所述部位上的接合面的壳体;其中所述接合面装配有用于将所述燃料附件熔焊到燃料箱上的熔融元件。
16、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述接合面具有与所述部位处的壁部相对应的形状,用于与其平贴接合。
17、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件接合嵌在形成于该附件壳体的所述接合面处的槽中。
18、根据权利要求17所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件为螺线形细丝。
19、根据权利要求17所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件为波状细丝。
20、根据权利要求17所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件呈片材形式。
21、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件通过从该熔融元件延伸的导线而施加于其上的电流激活。
22、根据权利要求21所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述导线易于从所述燃料附件上拆除。
23、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述熔融元件装配有可与敷贴器接合的电插口。
24、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,所述壳体装配有用于在熔焊处理期间吸引到燃料箱的所述部位上的可磁化部件。
25、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,通过产生磁场的感应电流激发熔焊,以用于通过装配在所述燃料附件和燃料箱的所述部位的其中之一内的可磁化部件将所述燃料附件吸引并接合到燃料箱内的所述部位上。
26、根据权利要求15所述的燃料附件,其特征在于,该燃料附件是阀。
27、一种用于将至少壳体部分由塑性材料制成的燃料附件连接到由塑性材料制成的燃料箱上的方法,其中所述壳体部分和燃料箱的壁部位的其中之一装配有熔融元件,该方法包括以下步骤:
(a)将所述燃料附件定位在所述燃料箱内表面的预定部位;
(b)使所述壳体的接合面接近所述部位;
(c)施加电流通过所述熔融元件以将其加热到适于熔化塑性材料的温度,从而将所述燃料附件焊接到所述燃料箱上。
28、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔融元件由通过可拆卸的导线施加到其上的电流加热。
29、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔融元件由通过感应施加到其上的电流加热。
30、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔融元件由通过燃料附件敷贴器的电插口施加于其上的电流加热。
31、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料附件的壳体装配有用于在熔焊处理期间吸引到燃料箱的壁部位上的可磁化部件。
32、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,通过产生磁场的感应电流激发熔焊,以用于通过装配在所述燃料附件和燃料箱的壁部位的其中之一内的可磁化部件将所述燃料附件吸引并接合到燃料箱内的壁部位上。
33、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料附件通过燃料附件敷贴器引入所述燃料箱内、定位在所述部位处并在熔焊处理期间保持。
34、根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料附件敷贴器操作器呈可通过所述燃料箱中形成的开口插入该燃料箱的内部空间中的臂的形式。
35、根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于所述燃料附件敷贴器的电插口向所述熔融元件施加电流,所述电插口可与所述燃料附件的相应插口部件接合。
36、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料附件是阀。
37、一种用于将燃料附件连接到由塑性材料制成的燃料箱上的方法;其中所述燃料附件和所述燃料箱内表面的某一部位的其中一个预装配有熔融元件,并且通过熔焊实施所述燃料附件的连接。
38、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,利用压力感测装置使所述燃料附件与所述燃料箱的壁表面接合。
39、根据权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,所述压力感测装置是应变片。
40、根据权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,所述压力感测装置是微型开关。
41、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料附件通过敷贴器机构与所述燃料箱的所述壁部位接合,该敷贴器机构的一端支靠与所述燃料箱的上壁部的所述壁部位相对延伸的底壁部,而其另一端支撑所述燃料附件并将其偏压抵靠在所述壁部位上。
42、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,同时实施多个熔焊。
43、根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔融元件嵌入一可焊接承载件内,该承载件布置在所述燃料附件的壳体和所述燃料箱的所述壁部位中间,从而加热该熔融元件导致使该承载件溶化,以在它们的两个表面处焊接并形成连接。
44、一种通过熔焊将燃料附件引入并连接到燃料箱内壁的某一部位处的操作器,所述操作器被构造成用于通过形成在所述燃料箱中的开口引入该燃料箱的内部空间中的臂。
45、根据权利要求44所述的操作器,其特征在于,包括燃料附件夹持部,用于在熔焊处理期间使所述燃料附件牢固贴到所述壁部位上并将其压靠在该壁部位上。
46、根据权利要求44所述的操作器,其特征在于,包括用于与所述燃料附件的相应插口相连从而施加电流的电插口。
47、根据权利要求44所述的操作器,其特征在于,设置压力感测装置用以确定所述燃料附件紧密而恰当地与所述燃料箱的所述壁接合。
48、根据权利要求47所述的操作器,其特征在于,所述压力感测装置呈一个或多个应变片的形式。
49、根据权利要求47所述的操作器,其特征在于,所述压力感测装置呈一个或多个微型开关的形式。
50、根据权利要求44所述的操作器,其特征在于,设置压力感测装置用以确定所述燃料附件正确贴到了所述壁部位上,并确认在熔焊处理期间所述燃料附件向所述壁部位施加了正确压力。
