在WO 03/022318中公开了一种包含纤维基材和水溶性粘结剂的水可分散的纤维织物,其中,小于约20%的织物包含长度约6-10mm的纤维基材;其中,所述粘结剂是离子敏感的组合物,它包含磺酸阴离子改性的丙烯酸三聚物和非交联的聚(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯),所述组合物在包含至少约0.3重量%盐的中性盐溶液中不溶,所述盐包含一种或多种单价离子,所述粘结剂约小于25重量%所述纤维织物,所述纤维基材约大于75重量%的所述纤维织物,其中,所述织物可分散在包含最多至约200ppm的一种或多种二价和/或单价离子的水环境中。WO 03/022318中所述的织物认为是可以冲洗的、可水分散的,并且是包含不会降低产品润湿性的,并同时在使用时保持所需湿强度水平。对于非织造的织物而言,可以使用天然和合成纤维。WO 03/022318中所述的非织造织物可以结合到体液吸收产品如卫生巾、尿布、外科绷带或手巾纸中。 
根据JP2003095868A,当含有单纤维细度小于0.5分特(dtex)的超细纤维制成化妆用无纺织物软纸巾时,该揩布应能有效去除化妆品而不刺激皮肤。该超细纤维必须占有约20%的无纺织物的表面积。 
根据US 5,626,571非织造织物或织品的柔软性可通过机械后处理,例如通过递增拉伸非织造织物改善。这可以采用反压敷料器获得,它具有三维表面,其中至少某种程度相互互补,或通过在横机方向永久性拉伸无弹性非织造基布。然而,这些非织造织物仍呈现相对低的抗磨性,且在使用中往往成毛状。根据WO 02/31245,这种缺点经非织造织物通过热粘合而获得至少30%的固结区而加以克服。采取这种改进,该织物的柔软性不应受到影响。 
此外,如US 5,964,742中揭示的粘合图案被用来改善非织造织物的耐磨强度,同时保持它的柔软性。 
与机织布或纸基的衬垫相比,改进了柔软性的软纸巾对皮肤较少粗糙,且比根据EP750 062 A1的棉基非织造软纸巾强度更大,此揩布由具有织物单位重量为20-130g/m2的非织造织物提供。这些软纸巾必须呈现特殊的磨擦系数,且必须由水缠结法(hydroentangling)或针刺法生产。 
WO 03/022116揭示了皮肤用化妆片产品,它具有高的活性剂吸附能力,良好的被吸附活性剂的释放能力,且具有良好的柔软性和强度的组合。这种柔软的非织造纤维化妆品软纸巾材料必须含有非织造纤维层,在该非织造纤维层材料粘接到背层处以至少0.5mm的背层有Z-方向膨松(loft)。这种Z-方向膨松是通过非织造层的粘合到背层区域之间的弧形部分形成的,该弧形部分构成20-99%的软纸巾截面擦拭面积。这种软纸巾由各式各样的非织造织物与纤维形成,不再限于使用具有至少每时两卷曲的共轭纤维或如US 5,605,749所要求的在所有纤维交叉点上粘合的非织造织物。根据后面这篇元件所获得的个人用或工业用的衬垫显示良好压缩回弹性、高物理强度和耐磨性,必须满足颇复杂和特殊的要求。 
根据US4,775,582,熔喷法非织造软纸巾适用于个人护理。 
EP 750062 A1要求非织造织物的织物单位重量为20-130g/m2,且为了用作皮肤清洁软纸巾,采用水缠结法或针刺法生产。 
US 5,928,973揭示了可获得的非织造针刺织物由具有长度为2.54-15.32cm的60-90重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维,具有长度为2.54-15.32cm的10-40重量%的聚酯纤维和0-30重量%的其它纺织纤维组成,其中所述溶纺纤维素纤维在原纤维化之前的纤度为0.75-6旦尼尔,且所述纤维经梳理,交叉铺网与针刺而形成织物。特别优选的纤维包含卷曲的溶纺纤维素和聚酯纤维。然而,根据US 5,928,973的织物仍颇粗糙和紧密,且缺乏足够的柔软度配以所需的蓬松度。US 5,928,973揭示的织物因而主要用于汽车或电池,如WO 96/13071所述的那样。 
清洁地板用揩布也经常使用非织造基布。在WO 03/050230中描述了这种清洁地板用揩布,其中水不溶的基布浸渍不是乳液的液体组分。该水不溶的基布由两层构成,其中第一层为非织造聚酯织物,第二层由针刺非织造纤维素织物制成。 
US 6,569,828 B1揭示了用于碗碟洗涤的清洁巾,其中水不溶基布如由聚丙烯纤维制成粗纤维的顶层,由纤维素纤维制成中间吸收层,如由聚酯制成纤维的底层所组成。只有中间吸收层浸渍清洁成分,除了表面活性剂、增溶剂和防腐剂外,它还包括水溶性纤维素聚合物。 
WO 02/072052描述的化妆品软纸巾浸渍的是水包油乳液,它也是含有C12-30 羧酸甘油单酯或甘油二酯的PIT乳液。优选由非织造物如木浆、聚烯烃、聚酯或聚酰胺制成片材料。优选采用纤维素浆与粘合材料的混合物。这种非织造片材料可以采用各种工艺,如气流成网、湿法成网或梳理制成。根据WO 02/072052的软纸巾应该柔软,且在使用后也提供更柔软的感觉,而无需在成品或用作原料的纤维中添加特种织物柔软剂。 
DE 199 17 275 B4是关于由微人造短纤维与吸收二级人造短纤维制成的非织造清洁软纸巾,其中所述微人造短纤维是至少两种不同聚合物的多组分裂膜纤维,而二级人造短纤维是由粘胶溶纺纤维素纤维根据化学纤维纺丝工艺制成。在由一层以上非织造物层组成的清洁巾情况中,这些层可以通过缠结、层压、或针刺连接。这些清洁巾显示高耐磨性,以及高吸污秽能力和高强度。 
与传统的非织造软纸巾材料有关的问题仍是当它们浸渍洗液或受潮时,不能很好保持其结构,且会破裂。此外,最好是可使用的非织造物擦拭皮肤时,不需要使用大量材料而又不失去其柔软接触感觉。 
本发明目的是提供一个吸收产品,如适用于甚至在颇敏感区域如眼睛周围皮肤涂沫化妆品的衬垫,它柔软与松散,不刺激皮肤,能有效吸收化妆品,适用于化妆品洗液与皮肤病用洗液,而不会因纤维散开而造成危险,且当浸渍所述洗液或受潮、或吸收除去的化妆品时仍能维持其原来结构。 
本发明另一目的是提供吸收产品,它在保留液体如化妆品洗液皮肤洗液方面占优势,尤其是保持液体,如上述洗液被处置在吸收产品之上或浸渍入吸收产品之中,从而这种液体避免由于重力而向下运动。 
发明内容
上述的目的已经通过权利要求1中所述的吸收个人护理和/或清洁产品来解决。因此,本发明涉及吸收个人护理和/或清洁产品用于化妆品和/或皮肤病施涂,它包含至少由10-100重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维和0-90重量%的至少一种其它天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维的至少一种非织造吸收片,其中所述溶纺纤维素纤维纤度为0.5-2.0分特,而吸收片的织物单位重量为20-500g/m2,而轴向和横向上的拉伸强度为5-100N/5cm。 
吸收片含有40-80重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维与20-60重量%其它天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维,尤其是合成纤维。 
在本发明另一个实施方式中,吸收片含有10-50重量%,特别是10-40重量%溶纺纤维素纤维,10-40重量%天然纤维,优选是棉制纤维,和10-80重量%,尤其是20-80重量%人造天然和/或合成纤维。 
提供吸收产品,其中所述吸收产品的至少一部分层天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维包括尤其是至少一种永久亲水表面。 
在某些实施方式中,本发明所述吸收片采用成网技术进行梳理与织物粘合技术进行针刺而制成,其中梳理的纤维在针刺之前进行交叉舖网。 
特别优选的是所述合成纤维包含聚酯纤维,特别是PET纤维。 
在另一特定实施方式中,吸收片的至少一部分纤维显示的纤维纤度≤1.3分特。 
根据本发明另一较佳实施方式,吸收片的厚度较好为1.5-3mm,更优选为1.8-2.8mm。 
在一个特定的较佳实施方式中,吸收片包含50-65重量%溶纺纤维素纤维和35-50重量%聚酯纤维,两者的纤维纤度为1.7分特,优选为1.4分特,或更小。 
根据本发明另一个较佳实施方式,吸收片的织物单位重量为在30-400g/m2,优选为50-250g/m2,更优选为150-200g/m2。 
在进一步方面,吸收片的轴向以及横向拉伸强度为20-800N/5cm,优选为80-400N/5cm,更优选为100-250N/5cm。 
根据本发明另一实施方式,吸收片的伸长率为20-160%,优选为70-120%,更优选为80-100%。 
进一步开发提供吸收产品特别是吸收片的弯曲扭矩根据Kawabata测试法,特别在轴向与横向中测得的弯曲扭矩≤0.20,优选≤0.17,且优选≤0.15gxcm。 
特别优选的是,至少一个吸收片的至少一个表面包含至少一个三维表面图案,特别是至少一个浮花装饰。 
吸收产品的三维表面图案如可以采用针刺技术获得。例如,由于每面积的针密度、针刺深度与强度和/或针大小和/或形状的变化,所以可以获得凹凸区域的图案。而且,吸收产品表面的构造或图案可以通过使用轧光辊或其它已知的常规浮雕技术获得。 
在本发明一个较佳实施方式中,吸收片的密度低于0.09g/cm3。 
而且,吸收产品可以采取化妆品和/或皮肤衬垫、毛巾、小毛巾、纸巾或揩布或它们的部分形式。 
在另一较佳实施方式中,根据本发明的吸收产品还包含化妆品、皮肤、清洁和/或皮肤护理组合物。 
根据另一方面,吸收产品组合包含本发明二个、三个或更多吸收产品,它们至少部分直接或间接相互加上,特别是至少按排成一堆或卷成一卷。 
具体实施方式
除非另有说明,本专利说明书与权利要求中采用的任何百分比是重量/重 量。 
本发明涉及吸收个人护理和/或清洁产品,用于化妆品和/或皮肤病施涂,它包含这里指定的至少一种非织造吸收片。该非织造吸收片包含约40-80重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维和约20-60重量%的至少一种其它天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维。 
例如,当非织造吸收片包含约50重量%溶纺纤维素纤维和约50重量%聚酯纤维,尤其是PET纤维时,可以得到尤其在柔软性、强度与弯曲特性等方面的特别有利的结果。 
溶纺纤维素是由联邦贸易委员会在1996年批准的一种纤维属名。溶纺纤维素可以鉴定为所谓的人造纤维。它由木浆制成,因此具有纤维素基础,通过N-氧化叔胺水溶液,如N-氧化N-甲基吗啉中的纤维素溶液的挤压,通过合适模具到含水凝结浴中产生长丝的组合(“溶剂纺丝”)。这些长丝用水洗去溶剂,随后干燥。例如,根据US 5,094,690,纤维素悬浮在氧化叔胺的水溶液中,然后边搅拌边加热至90-120℃。 
在许多方面,溶纺纤维素比人造丝更类似棉花。然而,象其它纤维素纤维,如粘胶,它是透气的、能吸收,通常穿着舒服。溶纺纤维素具有高的湿强度。 
例如,溶纺纤维素纤维可以从Acordis纤维素纤维公司购得,其商品名为Tencel,或从Lenzing纤维公司购得,其商品名为Lenzing溶纺纤维素。 
一般说来,本发明使用的天然材料包括蚕丝,角蛋白(keratine)和纤维素纤维。可以与溶纺纤维素纤维组合使用的合适的天然纤维可选自如棉、羊毛、蚕丝、亚麻布、波罗麻、大麻、苧麻、亚麻和黄麻以及它们的混合物。 
合适的人造天然纤维可选自如再生纤维素,特别是粘胶,铜铵法纤维素纤维(cupro)和/或莫代尔纤维、聚交酯酸、藻酸盐以及它们的混合物。特别优选的是象粘胶的再生纤维素。 
本发明使用的合成纤维材料的非限制性例子包括那些选自乙酸酯纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、聚酰胺纤维,如尼龙、聚酯纤维,如对苯二甲酸聚乙烯酯(PET)纤维、聚烯烃纤维,如聚丙烯与聚乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚氨基甲酸乙酯纤维或泡沫以及它们的混合物。合适的人造纤维还包括诸如PE/PET纤维或PP/PE纤维等二组分或三组分纤维。例如,这些纤维可以是所谓的皮-芯型纤维、并列型纤维或天星型纤维。 
本发明的吸收产品除了溶纺纤维素纤维外,还有纤维的至少一部分纤维呈现特别是永久亲水表面。特别是这种永久亲水表面可以通过如上所述的涂覆天然、天然人造或合成纤维获得,如聚酰胺纤维,如尼龙、聚酯纤维,如对苯二甲酸聚乙烯酯(PET)纤维、聚烯烃纤维,如聚丙烯与聚乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚氨基甲酸乙酯纤维、诸如PE/PET纤维或PP/PE纤维等二组分或三组分纤维、粘胶纤维、棉纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝纤维、亚麻布纤维、波罗麻纤维、大麻纤维、苧麻纤维、亚麻纤维和黄麻纤维以及它们的混合物,尤其是具有永久亲水油剂。 
根据WO 96/33303特别是永久亲水油剂可以通过涂覆包含至少一种含有聚二有机基硅氧烷的亲水润滑剂的第一纺丝油剂,拉伸后再涂覆包含至少一种也含有聚二有机基硅氧烷的阳离子抗静电剂的第二纺丝油剂而得到。根据WO97/00351所述的纤维具有永久亲水表面油剂可以通过使用一种水性分散液获得,它含有聚氧乙烯二酯和聚亚烷基二酯的重复链段与烷基或酯基封盖在一端或两端的聚环氧丙烷聚合物的亲水共聚物,其中所述聚合物有4个以上氧化丙烯单元,并且平均分子量至少约300。此外,揭示的永久亲水油剂的成分包含有机溶剂、具有聚氧乙烯二酯和聚亚烷基二酯的重复链段与烷基或酯基封闭在一端或两端的聚环氧丙烷聚合物的亲水共聚物,其中所述聚合物有4个以上氧化丙烯单元,并且平均分子量至少约300。而且,WO 97/00351揭示的分散液包含具有聚氧乙烯二酯和聚亚烷基二酯的重复链段与具有平均分子量大于1100的聚丙二醇的亲水共聚物。此外,WO 97/00351揭示了机溶剂、具有聚氧乙烯二酯和聚亚烷基二酯的重复链段的亲水共聚物和具有平均分子量大于1100的聚丙二醇的混合物。 
还有或替换的合成纤维材料是优选的,它们制成后分布在纤维材料内的亲水化合物迁移到这些纤维的表面以形成特别永久亲水纤维油剂。例如,聚酯纤维,尤其是PET纤维、聚丙烯纤维与如上述的二组分纤维特别优选作为这种永久亲水表面的基材或芯材。 
根据WO 98/42898,永久亲水纤维表面可以通过加工获得如将包含聚烯烃,诸如具有极性残基,如羧基、羟基、氨基、噁唑啉、咪唑啉、环氧化物、异氰酸酯、酯、醚、酰胺、链烷醇胺与链烷醇酰胺等化合物的两亲物和过渡金属化合物如选自铅、镍、锆、铬、钛与锡盐的混合物挤压、轧光或注射塑模。还有US 6,699,922 B2揭示了具有永久亲水表面的非织造织物是获得自由含有效量的聚乙烯醇的C10-12的二脂肪酸酯的聚合物组成的合成纤维。 
例如,合适的具有永久亲水油剂的聚酯纤维在杜邦公司有售,其商品名为Hydrofix

特别是提供的天然、天然人造和合成纤维的整个表面用永久亲水油剂表面处理。 
上述纤维至少具有一部分特别永久亲水表面,它们或者与溶纺纤维素纤维单独混和,或者与溶纺纤维素纤维以及上述任何天然、天然人造和合成纤维或它们的任何组合物混和,形成本发明的吸收片。这些吸收产品包含呈现特别永久亲水表面的纤维特别适于避免处置在吸收产品让或浸渍在吸收产品之中的任何液体由于重力的穿过吸收产品向下迁移。根据本发明优选特别是那些除了溶纺纤维素纤维还包含呈现永久亲水表面纤维的吸收产品。这种具有永久亲水表面的纤维即使数次暴露在潮气或水洗时通常仍保留其亲水特性。例如,根据EDANA标准编号ERT150.2-93可测定亲水表面或涂层的耐久特性。另外,还可以采用改进的EDANA方法,如WO 96/33303中所述。与标准方法相比,改进的地方在于要在吸收产品上的同一点精确地进行三次刺穿测定。该吸收产品在测试进行之间既不以任何方式干燥,也不擦掉。三次测试进行的三个顺序之后,计算每次测量的平均与标准偏差。为了对永久亲水表面/涂层进行分类,第三次刺穿时间应该最大为20秒,优选为10秒,更优选为5秒。或者,亲水表面的耐久特性可通过重湿润性能,如通过EDANA方法ERT151.0-93测定,即当充分湿润的纤维网承重4kg时,测量返流入叠加的干滤纸的液体的量(以克为单位)。还可采用EDANA10.3-99测试方法测定吸收性与保留特性。采用后者测试方法,本发明的吸收产品,尤其以衬垫或软纸巾形式的产品,呈现的吸收率与保留能力高达1200重量%以上,特别对于稳定的油/水洗液高达1500重量%以上,涂覆到吸收产品时至少不会显示肉眼可见的相分离。 
根据本发明的呈现永久亲水表面的吸收产品特别适于保留在该吸收产品内所需区域施涂这些产品的液体或洗液。甚至当用皮肤护理组合物处理时,且将各个吸收产品叠成堆时,皮肤护理组合物仍保持在其各自吸收产品内,并不会向下迁移,由此可避免堆放在顶部的那些吸收产品干燥,而堆放在底部的吸收产品过了一会儿被皮肤护理洗液湿透。 
根据本发明永久亲水表面可以这种方式定义,即当重复暴露在潮湿或水洗后,它的亲水特性不会消失。 
本发明的吸收产品可以是单层或多层。例如,它可以由这里所述的两层、三层或以上的非织造吸收片组成。或者,非织造吸收片本身可以是单层或多层,如可以由两层、三层或以上单独吸收片组成。 
特别优选的是非织造材料,具有纤维状或细丝状的丝网结构。其中纤维或细丝是随意分布的,或按某种程度取向。非织造棉网结构可通过气流成网工艺或湿法成网工艺获得。吸收片是通过使用成网技术中的梳理制成。特别优选的是由最终制成吸收片的非织造材料呈现至少某种程度的取向。这种取向的非织造材料是经梳理工艺获得。 
梳理的非织造织物材料的纤维最好主要取轴向定向,而非横向定向。 
多层片状材料在这里被定义为包含两层或以上相同或不同非织造材料和/或通过不同技术得到的层,只要一层吸收片符合本发明权利要求1所述的限制。最好,此非织造吸收片是多层片材料的顶层和/或底层。 
根据本发明另一个实施例,多层片材料最好通过使用至少一种选自针刺、树脂粘合、化学粘合、热粘合、水缠结或它们的混合物的网粘合技术制成。最优选,这些多层片状材料是通过使用水缠结张和/或针刺法形成,即相邻排列的片/层通过上述技术连接。 
采用水缠结工艺,通常许多很细水喷射器施加于承载在支撑上的非织造基布。代替这些水喷射器,也可以采用同时加压的空气喷射器。 
非织造材料在成网工艺步骤之前是交叉舖网。交叉舖网是本领域技术人员熟知的。例如铺在带或载体上时,梳理的织物材料向前向后后移动,同时拉其下前部分与此前后移动垂直,由此棉网材料以Z样方式重叠。 
采用针刺工艺,例如藉助于一个或多个针刺机,散纤维网,如梳理纤维网转换成粘合的非织造织物。采用针刺工艺,纤维是经过绵网进行机械定向。针可以非直线方式排列在针具上,如针板或织机。在针刺步骤中最好采用至少一个针具,该针具有约50-300针/dm2,优选约70-250针/dm2,更优选约90-110针/dm2。在较佳实施方式中,每分钟冲击数、每织机针数、垫的前进速率以及尤其是针的刺穿度要采用这样一种方式调节,即施加在针床的力尽可能小,同时仍得到不脱层的粘合织物系统,最好不使用粘合剂材料。 
已发现通过采用针刺工艺,当使用溶纺纤维素纤维时,可以得到高强度的 绵网,仍具有优异的柔软性与膨松性。 
根据本发明的吸收产品采用的溶纺纤维素纤维,优选具有的纤维纤度低于1.7分特,尤其是低于1.4分特。特别优选的不仅是溶纺纤维素纤维,而且是该非织造吸收片使用的天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维符合相同的一般和优选的纤维纤度范围。 
尤其是根据本发明吸收产品的吸收片具有织物单位重量为20-500g/m2,尤其为30-400g/m2,更优选为50-250g/m2,尤其为150-200g/m2。 
而且,该吸收片呈现的拉伸强度为轴向和横向上为5-1000N/Scm,优选的拉伸强度值为20-800N/5cm,优选为80-400N/5cm,更优选为100-250N/5cm。 
该吸收片呈现优异的机械强度,尤其是该吸收片的湿强度非常满意。因此,本发明的吸收产品抗湿破损,且能吸收足量的皮肤护理组合物,如乳液或洗液,或去除的化妆品和/或碎屑,而不降低片状材料的膨松性。 
本发明所述吸收片的厚度为0.4-5mm。甚至厚度为1.5-3mm,更优选为1.8-2.8mm,片状材料对皮肤产生柔软与膨松的感觉。因此有可能获得这种感觉而无需使用过量的纤维,尤其是溶纺纤维素。 
本发明的吸收产品在柔软性与强度方面是优良的。尤其是吸收材料的柔软感觉以及舒适感,或以干燥形式或浸渍洗液后用在皮肤上时,它能弯曲而产生良好的感觉。吸收产品,尤其是吸收产品采用的吸收片当具有弯曲扭矩不超过0.2g×cm时最适宜,优选不超过0.17g×cm,尤其不超过0.15g×cm。已发现那些在轴向以及横向上符合上述弯曲扭矩范围的吸收产品在柔软性方面尤其优良。 
本发明所述的弯曲扭矩采用Kawabata KES-FB2纯弯曲测试机进行测量。Kawabata弯曲测试是Kawabata系统的部分,它设计成测量非织造和其它织物材料的基本机械性能。采用这种测试,通过收集至少三个样品的结果,并从这些测试结果计算平均值而确定弯曲扭矩。样品大小为8.9cm×8.9cm。而且,校正质量为50g,仪器灵敏度等于5×1。前后移动爪(jaw)的间隙设定为1cm。没有样品的侧取向(side orientateon)。每次测量有四个弯曲循环。循环曲度等于0cm-1-+2.5cm-1到-2.5cm-1-0cm-1。循环速度为0.5cm-1/秒,测量数设定为8。弯曲扭矩(g×cm)表示力矩(g×cm/cm)对曲度(1/cm曲线)约0.5cm-1 与1.5cm-1之间的线性回归线的斜率。 
一般说来,本发明的吸收个人护理和/或清洁产品具有广泛的用途,如尿布、卫生巾、月经垫、婴儿软纸巾、清洁软纸巾、湿软纸巾、绷带、药用敷料带等。 
正如这里非织造织物所用的术语“轴向”指织物在商用非织造机上产生的如同非织造织布移动的织物方向。同样,术语“横向”指垂直于轴向的织物的平面方向。 
正如这里采用的术语“织物单位重量”指吸收产品或非织造吸收片的每单位面积重量,织物单位重量的单位通常以g/m2表示。 
已惊奇地发现,本权利要求的吸收产品具有高度优越的衬垫材料用于化妆品或皮肤施涂。这种片状材料不管其为干燥或已用皮肤护理组合物处理都对皮肤产生委柔软感觉,还非常致密,且呈现良好的机械强度,便于良好紧握。本吸收产品的吸收片有益的弯曲特性有助于其优异的柔软特性。尤其是即使采用本发明颇薄片状吸收产品,用来握住和移动垫产品的手指并未在皮肤上感觉。还非常有利的是,不同于原棉衬垫,本发明吸收产品即使强烈摩擦也不产生任何绒毛。而且,该吸收产品保持其形状,在使用期间不会分裂成两部分或多个部分或层。由于其柔软性与机械强度,通过使用吸收产品一步即可去除化妆品而无需摩擦皮肤。因此,采用本发明的吸收产品可以防止拖延或损伤眼周围区域的敏感皮肤。因此,采用本发明的吸收产品的一般效果是化妆品,甚至防水化妆品如防水睫毛膏可以以非常轻度与柔软方式除去。而且,使用这些产品没有观察到起绒。 
还惊奇地发现,采用本发明的吸收产品,其上涂覆的任何液体或洗液也不会由重力驱动而迁移穿过这些产品,而以原来浸渍的深度保留在这些产品内,甚至储存较长一段时间。 
下面更详细描述本发明吸收产品的吸收片的制备。 
取60重量%的Lenzing公司的溶纺纤维素纤维和40重量%的Trevira公司的对苯二甲酸聚乙烯酯(PET)先混合,再进行梳理步骤,由此打开纤维絮,使得各纤维基本上松开,并以轴向取向。溶纺纤维素纤维与PET纤维的纤维纤度为1.3分特。分特指长度为10.000m的纤维丝的重量,即上述的10.000m纤维重1.3g。然后纤维转入卷筒配置具有约10cm深的轻非织造层,它尚未经强化处理。此非织造层再在所谓的交叉铺网机上交叉铺网。取决于最终产品的重量,该非织造层一次,二次或数次放在交叉铺网机的顶部。同时,成层的非织 造材料以垂直方向从其底部拉,产生Z样构造的非织造材料层,从交叉铺网机上拉开。交叉铺网的非织造材料经历一次或多次的针刺单元,每次至少一个以上有约100针/cm2的针板。剌针将纤维穿刺入衬垫,并该纤维缠住。在针刺过程末尾,强化的非织造片状材料被剪切成如衬垫或软纸巾。取决于每分钟冲击数、每针板针数、针的刺穿度,这里仅指出几个参数,可以调节制得的非织造吸收片的柔软性。 
如同上面所述类似的方式,已制得的非织造吸收片包含20重量%棉纤维、20重量%溶纺纤维素纤维和60重量%PET纤维。 
而且,出于比较原因,根据上面阐述的方法,使用a)70重量%粘胶纤维和30重量%PET纤维(二者纤维纤度均为1.7分特);b)60重量%棉纤维和40重量%PET纤维(US棉细,PET 1.3分特);和c)100重量%棉纤维(US棉细)制成片状材料。测试结果从下表获得。

从上表可知,尽管本发明的吸收产品与比较的片状材料相比,呈现较低的 织物单位重量,可获得较高的轴向与横向拉伸强度。而且,所需的材料较少,可得到较厚衬垫。此外,根据本发明即使非常薄的片状产品,用类似厚度的传统衬垫材料不能获得柔软与膨松的感觉。还有,本发明的吸收产品具有优异的吸收特性。 
本发明吸收产品还有一个主要益处是容易吸收和保留大量的流体或洗液,而也能释放足量的浸渍在这些产品内的皮肤护理和/或清洁组合物,尤其是使用具有永久亲水表面的。采用EDANA10.3-99测试法测定吸收率与保留特性。在该测试中,通常将10cm×10cm纤维样品存放在液浴中直至浸透。然后将样品保持垂直方向,让其滴液2分钟,此后测定浸渍样品的重量与吸收液体的量。 
例如,根据上表的实施例2对10cm×10cm的纤维垫(它具有织物单位重量为185g/m2,厚度为2.43mm),经受EDANA10.3-99测试,保留约1200重量%的水和约1200-1300重量%的洗液。下面将描述洗液。而且,根据本发明10cm×10cm的纤维垫(它具有织物单位重量约185g/m2,厚度为2.4mm),包含50重量%溶纺纤维素纤维(1.3分特),30重量%PET纤维(1.3分特),和具有永久性亲水表面的20重量%聚丙烯纤维(HyEntangle WA,1.7分特),并按上表的方法制备衬垫,然后采用EDANA测试法进行测试,保留约700-800重量%的水和约1400-1500重量%的洗液(如后面所述)。并且,根据本发明10cm×10cm的纤维垫(它具有织物单位重量约185g/m2,厚度为2.4mm),包含50重量%溶纺纤维素纤维(1.3分特),30重量%PET纤维(1.3分特),和具有永久性亲水表面的20重量%聚丙烯纤维(HyEntangle WA,1.7分特),并按上表的方法制备衬垫,然后采用EDANA测试法进行测试,保留约1000-1100重量%的水和约1400重量%的洗液(如后面所述)。上述采用EDANA测试的稳定洗液是通过将73.395重量%的水,0.08重量%的EDTA四钠,0.275重量%的可可-葡糖苷,0.9重量%苯氧基乙醇,包含0.3重量%的对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的防腐剂(市售商品名为Nipastat),PIT乳液(10重量%),它包含水,十六/十八醇聚氧乙烯(12)醚、十六/十八醇聚氧乙烯(20)醚、十六/十八醇、异壬酸十六/十八烷酯、棕榈酸十六烷酯、甘油、硬脂酸甘油酯(市售商品名为Emulgade cm;十六/十八醇聚氧乙烯(12)醚是乙氧基化鲸蜡硬脂(或十六/十八醇),其具有12个乙氧单元。十六/十八醇聚氧乙烯(20)醚是乙 氧基化鲸腊硬脂醇,其具有20个乙氧基单元)、环戊硅氧烷(10%)、异十六烷(3%)、甘油(2%)和柠檬酸(0.05%)。 
显然,本发明所述内容中可能有各种修改与变化,因此可以理解除非这里另外指明,本发明可在所附权利要求范围内实施。 

Claims (23)

1.个人护理吸收产品,所述产品包括至少一种非织造吸收片,它包含溶纺纤维素纤维和至少一种其它天然、人造天然和合成纤维,其特征在于,所述溶纺纤维素纤维的纤度为0.5到2.0分特,所述吸收片的织物单位重量为20-500g/m2,厚度为0.4-5mm,轴向和横向的拉伸强度为5-1000N/5cm,所述吸收片是通过使用成网技术中的梳理和成网粘合技术中的针刺制成,其中梳理的纤维在针刺之前已交叉铺网,其中:
(i)所述吸收片包含30-90重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维,和10-70重量%其它天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维,至少一部分天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维包含至少一种永久亲水表面,或者
(ii)所述吸收片包含10-50重量%的溶纺纤维素纤维,10-40重量%的天然纤维,以及10-80重量%的人造天然和/或合成纤维,至少一部分所述天然、人造天然和/或合成纤维包含至少一种永久亲水表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述合成纤维包括聚酯纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述合成纤维包括PET纤维。
4.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的纤维呈现的纤度低于2.0分特。
5.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的纤维呈现的纤度等于或低于1.3分特。
6.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的厚度为1.5-3mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的厚度为1.8-2.8mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的织物单位重量为150-200g/m2
9.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的拉伸强度为20-800N/5cm。
10.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的伸长率为20-160%。
11.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片按照Kawabata测试法在轴向与横向的弯曲扭矩为≤0.20。
12.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,至少一种吸收片的至少一个表面包含至少一种三维表面图案。
13.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收片的密度低于0.09g/cm3
14.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述产品是化妆品或皮肤病用的衬垫、毛巾、手巾纸、或软纸巾或它们的一部分。
15.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述产品是化妆品或皮肤病用的小毛巾或它们的一部分。
16.如权利要求1所述的个人护理吸收产品,其特征在于,所述吸收产品还包含化妆组合物、皮肤病用清洁组合物或皮肤护理组合物。
17.一种吸收产品组件,它包含上述权利要求之一的两个或三个以上的个人护理吸收产品,它们至少部分直接或间接地相互叠加。
18.如权利要求17所述的吸收产品组件,其中,所述个人护理吸收产品至少叠成一堆或卷成一卷。
19.如权利要求1-16任一项所述的个人护理吸收产品作为化妆和皮肤施涂的粉扑、衬垫、软纸巾、手巾纸、毛巾、海绵、刷子、棉球、手套、棉尖药签或作为它们的一部分的应用。
20.如权利要求1-16任一项所述的个人护理吸收产品作为化妆和皮肤施涂的小毛巾、连指手套或作为它们的一部分的应用。
21.如权利要求1-16任一项所述的个人护理吸收产品作为其上涂覆或其中浸渍呈洗液形式的化妆品组合物、皮肤病清洁组合物或皮肤护理组合物的衬底的应用。
22.一种包括权利要求1所述吸收产品的化妆品或皮肤病用产品,它呈粉扑、衬垫、软纸巾、手巾纸、毛巾、海绵、刷子、棉球、手套、棉尖药签或作为它们的一部分的应用,所述吸收产品具有其上涂覆或其中浸渍的化妆品组合物、皮肤病清洁组合物、皮肤护理组合物及其两种或多种的组合。
