背景技术

如图1至5所示,单元3包括一旋转式传送鼓15,其被同轴地安装在驱动轴16上,驱动轴16的轴线17平行于轴线9。

所述站23包括一种公知类型的捆绑带放置装置23a,其并非严格地构成本发明的一部分。
所述装置23a与多个销28(图2)一起形成前述图案,所述销循环地凸起,穿过形成于外围表面20上的各个孔。
位于外围表面20上的销28的位置和捆绑带的图案的构造在图7中示出。
如图3和5所示,第一密封器24具有双密封头29,其面对路径P,并被设计成在如图7所示的两个点30和31处将按照前述图案布置的捆绑带7附着到标签6上;组26中的其它每个密封器24仅有一个密封头32,所述密封头也面对路径P,并经按照前述图案布置的捆绑带7和每个标签6在如图7所示的三个点33,34和35处附着到扁平网过滤纸5上。
四个密封器24的同时动作与捆绑带放置装置23a与销28的接合动作相协同,且发生于网5被折叠成过滤袋4的所有操作之前。
所述密封器24驱动装置27包括一凸轮轴36(图2)。该轴36具有一中心水平轴线37,且也被连接到动力源18上。更具体的是,如图5所示,轴线37平行于轴16的轴线17,后者被定位在轴36附近。
所述轴36被运动地联接到轴16,且更具体的是,其通过一带38以这样一种方式被运动地联接到动力源18,即,围绕其轴线37与轴16围绕轴线17的转动同步地转动。
驱动装置27进一步包括一定位在轴36和四个密封器24之间的传动元件39。
在图3中,所述由所有密封器24共享的传动元件39包括用于每个密封器24的由轴36驱动的四杆联动装置40,该联动装置用于沿着各闭合回路C移动第一密封器24的双头29和组26的其它密封器24的单头32,所述闭合回路C包括一基本上与路径P一致的密封部分S和一延伸到路径P外侧的返回部分R。所有路径C基本上是相同的。
如图3和5所示,每个四杆联动装置40包括:安装各密封器24的一第一联杆41,一第二联杆42和两个曲柄43,44,借助其轴线平行于轴线17和37的三个筒式铰链45,它们全部都以链式彼此相联,从而传递平面运动。
更具体的是,所述曲柄43在其一端通过第一铰链45可旋转地联接到第一联杆41的第一端46,而在另一端被同轴且可旋转地联接到轴16的传动元件39的轴套47支撑。
曲柄44在一端通过第二铰链45可旋转地联接到第二联杆42的第一端48,而在另一端被同轴且可旋转地联接到轴16的传动元件39的轴套49支撑。
第一联杆41和第二联杆42通过第三铰链45,在与前述第一端46,48相反的各自第二端50,51处彼此铰联。
轴套49通过位于轴16和轴套49之间的轴套47,同轴且可旋转地联接到轴16,并且同轴且可旋转地将两个轴套49联接到轴16。
轴套47,49沿着外围定位到鼓15附近的各第一冕状轮47a,49a,以扇状布局径向支撑四个曲柄43,和四个曲柄44。这样,曲柄43可围绕轴线17旋转,且在轴36的驱动作用下同时围绕后者摆动,这将在下文中更加详细地说明。
类似地,曲柄44可绕轴线17旋转,且在轴36的驱动作用下同时并独立于曲柄43绕轴线17摆动。
如图5所示,轴套47,49分别沿定位在与相应第一冕状轮47a,49a同轴相对的侧面上的第二外围冕状轮47b,49b,径向支撑各臂52和53。
臂52具有一呈叉形且支撑两个与轴36上的各凸轮57,58联接的随动滚轮55,56的径向端54。更具体的,当轴36旋转时,滚轮55和凸轮57以这样一种方式一起工作,即,由相应四杆联动装置40支撑和驱动的所有密封器24沿方向V同时移动,而当轴36旋转时,滚轮56和凸轮58以这样一种方式一起工作,即,密封器24沿与方向V相反的方向同时移动。
臂53具有一径向端59,该径向端呈叉形且支撑与轴36上的各凸轮62,63联接的两个随动滚轮60,61。
更具体的,当轴36旋转时,滚轮60和凸轮62以这样一种方式一起工作,即,所有由相应四杆联动装置40支撑并驱动的密封器24,被朝着外围表面20同时移动,而当轴36旋转时,滚轮61和凸轮63以这样一种方式一起工作,即,密封器24同时移离所述外围表面20。
四个凸轮57,58,62,63使得四个密封器24沿着各路径C同时且同步运动,且以这样一种方式成型,即,每个密封头29,32沿着各密封部分S的运动与鼓15沿着路径P的外围表面20的运动同步。
换言之,每个密封器24逐渐朝着外围表面20移动,然后,在密封步骤期间,沿着方向V跟随外围表面20,最后,沿着部分R逐渐移离外表面20,返回到其起始位置。
在鼓15的下游侧,工作单元3包括一个站64,该站用于由扁平过滤纸网5形成过滤袋4,其中所述标签6和捆绑带7已经按照如图7所示和如上文所述的方式被施加到所述过滤纸上。
所述站64从一通常的供给单元65(例如一给料斗)接收泡制产品,且一旦过滤袋已经形成,将它们传送到包装单元66的方式也是通常的类型。
机器1的单元65和66不构成本发明的一部分,因此,落在本说明书的范围之外。
构成机器1的整体部分的单元3的操作可以从上文的说明中容易地推断出来,且更加具体地,包括以下步骤:沿着路径P传送过滤纸的扁平网5;将标签6连续地供给到路径P;将捆绑带7供给到路径P;根据上文所限定的图案将捆绑袋7布置在路径P上;将按照所述图案布置的捆绑带7和标签6彼此接在一起,并被封接到过滤纸的扁平网5上;最后,形成,即完成了由过滤纸的扁平网5形成的过滤袋4,且标签6和捆绑带7已经被施加到该过滤袋上。
应当注意,将按照前述图案布置的捆绑带7和标签6接到过滤纸的扁平网5上的步骤,在所述卷纸被实际折叠成过滤袋4之前执行,这样就简化了随后的密封操作,且特别简化了密封器24驱动装置27的操作,并使其结构更加紧凑。
这种简化和装置27的减小的尺寸均是源自,后者通过单独的传动元件39和从与鼓15相同的动力源18接收驱动的单独的凸轮轴36为所有密封器24提供同时的同步的运动。
这种解决方案虽然是为制造锥状过滤袋的机器而特别设计的,但根据前述的说明,其优点当然很明显,即也可以被应用于其它类型的过滤袋制造机器。
这样,本发明可有利地被应用于其它类型的过滤袋,特别是其它类型的立体过滤袋,而且可被应用于更加常见的传统的具有单室或双室的基本上呈扁平状的过滤袋,允许减小机器的整个尺寸,并提高标签和捆绑带的施加精度。
可以理解,在不背离发明概念的范围的情况下,所述发明可以以几种方式被改变和修改。此外,本发明的所有细节可以由技术上等价的成分代替。

Claims (22)

1.一种用于制造泡制产品的过滤袋(4)的方法,每个过滤袋(4)由过滤纸的扁平网(5)制成,一标签(6)和一将所述标签(6)与过滤袋(4)相连的捆绑带(7)已经被施加到所述过滤纸上;该方法的特征在于,其包括以下步骤:将所述过滤纸的扁平网(5)沿着第一规定路径(P)传送;连续地将标签(6)供给到所述第一路径(P);将捆绑带(7)供给到所述第一路径(P);按照规定图案将捆绑带(7)布置在第一路径(P)上;将按照所述图案布置的捆绑带(7)和标签(6)彼此连接到一起、并利用密封而封接到过滤纸的扁平网(5)上;由其上已经施加标签(6)和捆绑带(7)的过滤纸的扁平网(5)形成所述过滤袋(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述密封为超声波密封。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述密封为热密封。
4.如前述权利要求1至3中任何一个所述的方法,其特征在于,所述过滤袋(4)具有四面体或锥体形状。
5.用于制造泡制产品的过滤袋(4)的机器(1),每个过滤袋(4)由过滤纸的扁平网(5)制成,且在其上施加了一标签(6)和一将所述标签(6)与过滤袋(4)相连的捆绑带(7),所述机器的特征在于,其包括:用于沿着由传送装置(15)本身限定的第一路径(P)的至少一部分供给过滤纸的扁平网(5)的传送装置(15);用于将运动沿着第一路径(P)传递给传送装置(15)的第一驱动装置(16,18);用于将过滤纸的扁平网(5)供给到第一路径(P)的第一站(25);用于将连续的标签(6)供给到第一路径(P)的第二站(21);用于将捆绑带(7)供给到第一路径(P)的第三站(22);用于按照规定图案将捆绑带(7)布置在第一路径(P)上的第四站(23);面对第一路径(P)且被设计成借助密封将按照所述图案布置的捆绑带(7)和标签(6)彼此连接在一起、并连接到过滤纸的扁平网(5)的密封装置(24);用于将一规定运动朝着和远离密封位置传递给密封装置(24)的第二驱动装置(27,18);由第一和第二驱动装置(16,18;27,18)共享的动力源(18);和用于将已经施加标签(6)和捆绑带(7)的过滤纸的扁平网(5)形成过滤袋(4)的装置(64)。
6.如权利要求5所述的机器,其特征在于,第一和第二驱动装置(16,18;27,18)分别包括,被连接到共享动力源(18)的第一和第二驱动轴(16,36)。
7.如权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,第一和第二驱动轴(16,36)以这样一种方式被彼此运动地联接,从而围绕彼此平行的第一和第二中心轴线(17,37)旋转。
8.如权利要求7所述的机器,其特征在于,第一传送装置(15)由旋转鼓(15)构成,所述旋转鼓被同轴地安装到第一驱动轴(16)上,以围绕所述第一轴线(17)旋转。
9.如前述权利要求6至8中任何一个所述的机器,其特征在于,第二驱动轴(36)为凸轮轴;第二驱动装置(27,18)进一步包括一位于所述凸轮轴(36)和密封装置(24)之间的传动元件(39)。
10.如权利要求9所述的机器,其特征在于,密封装置(24)包括多个沿着第一路径(P)定位的密封器(24),每个密封器具有一面对第一路径(P)的密封端(29,32);所述传动元件(39)由所有密封器(24)共享,且每个密封器(24)包括,由凸轮轴(36)驱动以沿着相应第二闭合回路(C)移动相应密封端(29,32)的四杆联动装置(40),所述闭合回路(C)包括基本上与第一路径(P)一致的密封部分(S)和延伸到第一路径(P)之外的返回部分(R)。
11.如权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于,第二路径(C)基本上是相同的;密封端(29,32)沿着各第二路径(C)的运动由所有的密封器(24)的同时、同步运动所确定,密封端(29,32)沿着各密封部分(S)的运动随着传送器装置(15)的沿着第一路径(P)的运动。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的机器,其特征在于,所述四杆联动装置(40)包括安装相应密封器(24)的第一联杆(41)、第二联杆(42)和两个曲柄(43,44);第一曲柄(43)在一端被可旋转地联接到第一联杆(41)的第一端(46),而在另一端被以这样一种方式安装成可围绕第一轴线(17)旋转,即,在凸轮轴(36)的驱动作用下可绕第一轴线(17)摆动;所述第二曲柄(44)在一端被可旋转地联接到第二联杆(42)的第一端(48),而在另一端被以这样一种方式安装成可围绕第一轴线(17)旋转,即,在凸轮轴(36)的驱动作用下可绕第一轴线(17)摆动;第一和第二联杆(41,42)在与各第一端(46,48)相反的各第二端(50,51)彼此铰连在一起。
13.如权利要求12所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件(39)包括同轴且可旋转地联接到第一驱动轴(16)上的第一轴套(47);该第一轴套(47)将第一曲柄(43)安装在与第一联杆(41)相对的一侧上,且沿着第一轴套(47)本身的第一外周冕状轮(47a)。
14.如权利要求13所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件(39)包括沿着第一轴套(47)的第二外周冕状轮(47b)并从第一轴套(47)径向延伸地安装在第一轴套(47)上的第一臂(52);该第一臂(52)具有安装至少一个与凸轮轴(36)上的相应凸轮(57,58)相联的随动滚轮(55,56)的径向端(54)。
15.如权利要求14所述的机器,其特征在于,第一臂(52)的径向端(54)呈叉形,且安装联接到凸轮轴(36)上的凸轮(57,58)上的两个随动滚轮(55,56)。
16.如前述权利要求12至15中任何一个所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件(39)包括同轴且可旋转地联接到第一驱动轴(16)上的第二轴套(49);该第二轴套(49)将第二曲柄(44)安装在与第二联杆(42)相对的一侧上,且沿着第二轴套(49)本身的第一外周冕状轮(49a)。
17.如权利要求16所述的机器,其特征在于,第二轴套(49)通过第一轴套(47)、同轴且可旋转地联接到第一驱动轴(16)上;所述第一轴套(47)被定位在第一驱动轴(16)和第二轴套(49)之间,且被同轴并可旋转地联接到所述第二轴套(49)上。
18.如权利要求16或17所述的机器,其特征在于,所述传动元件(39)包括沿着第二轴套(49)的第二外周冕状轮(49b)安装在第二轴套(49)上、并从第二轴套(49)本身径向延伸的第二臂(53);该第二臂(53)具有安装至少一个与凸轮轴(36)上的各凸轮(62,63)相联的随动滚轮(60,61)的径向端(59)。
19.如权利要求18所述的机器,其特征在于,第二臂(53)的径向端(59)呈叉形,且安装联接到凸轮轴(36)上的各凸轮(62,63)上的两个随动滚轮(60,61)。
20.如前述权利要求10至19中任何一个所述的机器,其特征在于,所述密封器(24)每个均包括一热密封部。
21.如前述权利要求10至19中任何一个所述的机器,其特征在于,所述密封器(24)每个均包括一超声波密封部。
22.如前述权利要求5至21中任何一个所述的机器,其特征在于,所述过滤袋(4)具有四面体形状或锥体形状。
