Abstract
公开了含有下列成分的组合物:
(A)有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物,
(B)数均分子量50万以下的聚四氟乙烯,和
(C)从由硅油、硅树脂和沸点在100℃以上的高度氟代化合物(除成分(A)和(B)中所含的化合物外)组成的一组中选择的至少一种化合物。
该组合物具有适合于作为脱模剂、防粘剂、电线剥离剂等,能赋与物品之间以非粘着性的性质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及含有氟化合物、具有能赋与物品之间以非粘着性的性质的组合物。本发明进一步涉及以该组合物为有效成分的防粘剂、电线剥离剂和脱模剂。
先有技术
人们需要能防止同种物质或不同种物质之间彼此粘着的物质。例如,合成树脂或橡胶等高分子物质或水泥、陶瓷等的成形物制造时,多数情况下需要一种能使成形物容易从(金属)模具中脱出的脱模剂。
此外,对于在绝缘电线上形成了由细金属丝编织而成的屏蔽层的同轴电缆来说,也希望在屏蔽层与绝缘电线之间有良好的分离性,从而便于进行终端处理作业。在数根绝缘电线集中在一起然后施加保护性被覆而形成的电缆的情况下,使绝缘电线和保护性被覆层之间具有良好的分离性,对于使终端处理作业容易进行也是重要的。
而且,如果硫化前的橡胶或硫化后的橡胶是重叠堆放,则橡胶会依靠自身的粘着性相互粘合在一起,使得难以剥离。这就是说,发生了粘结现象。为了防止这种现象,多数情况下需要防粘剂。
高分子物质等成形时,为了使之容易与(金属)模具分离而使用的脱模剂,以往采用诸如硅油、矿物油、石蜡、脂肪酸衍生物、二醇等天然或合成化合物,或者滑石粉、云母等无机物。一般来说,这些脱模剂是在被成形物导入之前涂布在模具中的,而在脱模寿命短的情况下,通常是每次都在导入物上涂布。
滑石粉、云母等无机物难以均匀地附着在金属模具内,不能得到充分的脱模性,而且据说有因粉末飞扬而恶化周围作业环境这样的问题。
硅油由于脱模性能良好而成为最普遍使用的脱模剂,即使如此,在用于聚氨酯或环氧树脂这样一些粘结性强的物质的情况下,也需要大量涂布一种添加氧化硅微细粉末以提高脱模剂膜强度的脱模剂。如此大量涂布会导致脱模剂转移到被成形物上,不仅使被成形物表面的后处理如涂装或包覆处理成为不可能,而且从成本的角度来看也不是所希望的。
此外,如果依靠大量涂布脱模剂来用一个金属模具连续进行成形加工,则在金属模具表面上会残留脱模剂残渣或被成形物残渣。因而需要经常清洗金属模具,成为成形加工能力降低的原因。
而且也已知用具有全氟烷基的醇的磷酸酯和硅油等配制的脱模剂(特公昭53-23270号公报)能有效地用作环氧树脂等粘着力强的树脂的脱模剂。
但上述专利中所述脱模剂无论是作为使电线终端处理作业容易进行的剥离剂,还是作为硫化或未硫化橡胶的防粘剂,都不能十分有效地使用,也与硅油或滑石粉、云母等无机物质一样,除滑石粉或云母性能不够好外,有与其作为脱模剂使用时同样的问题。
发明概要
本发明的目的是提供可作为脱模剂、电线剥离剂、合成树脂或者硫化或未硫化橡胶的防粘剂使用的非粘着性组合物。
本发明涉及能赋与基材以非粘着性的组合物,其中包含:
(A)有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物,
(B)数均分子量50万以下的聚四氟乙烯,和
(C)从硅油、硅树脂和沸点在100℃以上的高度氟代化合物(除成分(A)和(B)外)组成的一组中选择的至少一种化合物。
本发明进一步涉及以上述组合物为有效成分的防粘剂,电线剥离剂和脱模剂。
发明的详细说明
作为本发明组合物的成分,有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物可以列举有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的磷酸酯或其盐、膦酸衍生物和次膦酸衍生物,以及有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的单取代乙烯或(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物或共聚物。其中特别好的是含有全氟烷基或链烯基的磷酸酯或其盐。
本发明使用的含有全氟烷基或链烯基的磷酸酯或其盐中较好的,可以列举磷酸(正磷酸,化学式H3PO4或PO(OH)3)的3个羟基氢原子中1~2个被部分地具有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基的有机基团所取代的、如下通式的化合物或其盐:
(RfRO)nPO(OH)3-n[式中Rf是碳原子数4~20的全氟烷基,n是1~2的整数,R代表-CH2CH(Z)CmH2m-或-SO2N(R′)C1H21-所表示的二价有机基团(式中Z是H、CH3、C2H5、Cl或OR″(R″是H、CH3、C2H5、COCH3、COC2H5或-CH2COOH或其盐),m是0或1~4的整数,R′是碳原子数1~4的烷基,1是1~4的整数)]。盐的具体实例可以列举诸如碱金属盐、铵盐、胺盐等。
这样的含有全氟烷基的磷酸酯中特别好的是,上述通式中Rf是7~20个碳原子的全氟烷基、R是Z为OH或-OCOCH3的-CH2CH(Z)CmH2m-基或R′为CH3或C2H5的-SO2N(R′)C1H21-基的亚烷基的含全氟烷基磷酸酯。
这些含全氟烷基磷酸酯的实例,更具体地可以列举如下:(A)[(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)iCH2CH(OH)CH2O]n-PO(OH)3-n(式中、i是1以上的整数)(B)[C8F17SO2N(C2H5)CH2CH2O]nPO(OH)3-n(C)(C7F15CH2CH2O)nPO(OH)3-n(D)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)CH2CH2CH2OPO(OH)2(式中、i是1以上的整数)(E)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH(Cl)CH2OPO(OH)2(F)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH(CH3)OPO(OH)2(G)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH(OCH2COOH)CH2OPO(OH)2
本发明的含全氟烷基磷酸酯及其盐可以单独使用,也可以两种以上并用。
本发明使用的含全氟烷基或链烯基的膦酸衍生物和次膦酸衍生物,较好是以下通式所示的化合物:(式中Rf是4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或全氟链烯基,R1是氢原子、碱金属原子、铵基或1~5个碳原子的烷基,R2是1~10个碳原子的亚烷基或-CH2CH(OR3)CH2-(R3是氢原子或1~10个碳原子的烷基),但j、k、l是整数,且j≥1、k≥0、l≥0、j+k+l=3),或(式中Rf和R1同上,k和1是整数,且k≥0、l≥0、k+l=2)。上述膦酸衍生物或次膦酸衍生物也可以以盐的形式使用。盐的具体实例与磷酸酯的情况相同。
本发明使用的含全氟烷基的膦酸衍生物或次膦酸衍生物或其盐,可以单独使用也可以2种以上组合使用。
其次,本发明使用的含有全氟烷基或链烯基的单取代乙烯或(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合物或共聚物,包括这些单体的均聚物,这些单体2种以上形成的共聚物,以及这些单体和可以与其共聚的其它单体的共聚物。含有全氟烷基或链烯基的单取代乙烯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯可以列举诸如以下通式(1)~(5)所示的化合物:RfR2OCOCR1=CH2 (1)RfSO2NR3R4OCOR1=CH2 (2)RfR2CH=CH2 (5)(式中Rf是4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或全氟链烯基,R1是氢原子或甲基,R2是1~10个碳原子的亚烷基或-CH2CH(OR3)CH2-基(R3是氢原子或1~10个碳原子的烷基),R4是1~10个碳原子的亚烷基)。
上述通式(1)~(5)所示的含氟化合物的具体实例可以列举如下:

此外,可以与这些单体共聚的单体可以列举,例如,丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯、环己酯、苄酯、辛酯、2-乙基己酯、月桂酯、十三烷酯、鲸蜡醇酯、硬脂醇酯、甲氧乙酯、乙氧乙酯、丁氧乙酯、甲氧聚甘醇酯、2-羟基乙酯、2-羟基-3-氯丙酯、二乙胺基乙酯、缩水甘油酯和四氢糠酯,丙烯酰胺,甲基丙烯酰胺、2~18个碳原子的一元有机酸乙烯酯,1~18个碳原子的烷基的乙烯醚,氯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯,丙烯腈,甲基丙烯腈,(甲基)丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷等。
含有全氟烷基或全氟链烯基的单取代乙烯或(甲基)丙烯酸酯的均聚物或共聚物,或这些单体和可以与其共聚的单体的共聚物,可以采用任何一种常用的聚合方法获得,而且聚合反应的条件也可以任意选择。具体地说,可以包括例如溶液聚合法、乳液聚合法、悬浮聚合法、本体聚合法等。首先,把含有全氟烷基或全氟链烯基的单取代乙烯和/或(甲基)丙烯酸酯和任选地可以与其共聚的单体所组成的单体,溶解在适当有机溶剂中(溶液聚合)或用乳化剂分散在水中(乳液聚合),然后在这种溶液或分散液中借助于过氧化物、偶氮化合物、电离辐射等聚合引发源的作用,就可以得到聚合物。有机溶剂没有特别限制,可以包括诸如甲基氯仿、四氯二氟乙烷、1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯等卤代烃类溶剂等。由此得到的聚合物的平均分子量是大约2000~60000。此外,含有全氟烷基或全氟链烯基的单取代乙烯或(甲基)丙烯酸酯和可以与其共聚的单体的比例,通常较好是前者含量在30%(重量)以上。更好的是60%(重量)以上。
本发明的非粘着性组合物是以含有聚四氟乙烯为必要条件的。其数均分子量必须在50万以下,较好在5万~30万的范围。数均分子量如果超过50万,则不能得到良好的非粘着性。
聚四氟乙烯的用量是相对于1份(重量)成分(A)的含全氟烷基或链烯基化合物为0.1~30份(重量),较好为0.5~20份(重量)。若在30份(重量)以上,则不能得到良好的非粘着性,而若在0.1份(重量)以下,则不能充分发挥非粘着性。
本发明的组合物还必须含有从由硅油、硅树脂和沸点100℃以上的高度氟代化合物(除含有成分(A)和(B)外)组成的这一组中选择的至少一种化合物。
本发明中使用的硅油是室温下呈液态或半固态的非固化性聚硅氧烷,较好是在侧链上有1~5个碳原子的烷基、1~5个碳原子的氟烷基、苯基等的化合物。
本发明中使用的硅树脂,可以广泛使用已知的化合物,例如可以列举甲基硅漆。甲基硅漆若是由SiO2、CH3SiO3/2、(CH3)2SiO、(CH3)3SiO1/2等结构单元的各种组合构成的共聚物,则具有三维网状结构。该共聚物可以有能发生交联的基团(例如羟基等),也可以没有。
沸点在100℃以上的高度氟代化合物是除上述成分(A)或(B)外的化合物,较好是有下列重复单元的聚氯三氟乙烯或全氟聚醚油:—(CF2CFCl)n— (式中、n=2~15)、(式中、n=2~200)、或(式中、n=2~200)具体地,可以列举Krytox(杜邦公司)、Fomblin(モンテフルォス公司)、ダィフロィル(ダィキン工业公司)、デムナム(ダィキン工业公司)等商品名的市售品。
成分(C)的化合物的用量是相对于1份(重量)成分(A)的含全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物为0.05~10份(重量),较好是0.2~5份(重量)。若为10份(重量)以上,则覆盖体表面的粘性增大,无法进行后处理,而在0.2份(重量)以下不能使非粘着剂产生必要程度的滑性。
以上组合物的各成分在作为介质的水或有机溶剂中溶解,分散或乳化成液体状,然后使用。
作为介质使用的有机溶剂,可以列举诸如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇等醇类,丙酮、甲基·乙基酮、甲基·异丁基酮等酮类,乙醚、异丙醚、二噁烷、四氢呋喃等醚类,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等酯类,四氯化碳、二氯甲烷、氯乙烯、三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、三氯三氟乙烷、四氯二氟乙烷等卤代烃类。这些有机溶剂可以单独使用,也可以组合使用。
在用水作为介质的情况下,为了使各成分在水中分散或乳化,要使用表面活性剂。适用的表面活性剂,可以列举常用阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型及两性表面活性剂中的任何一种,没有特别限制。这些表面活性剂的具体实例可以列举如下。
阴离子型表面活性剂:
高级脂肪酸碱盐,烷基硫酸盐,烷基磺酸盐,烷芳基磺酸盐,烷基磷酸酯,含氟羧酸,含氟磺酸等。
阳离子型表面活性剂:
高级胺、卤酸盐,卤化烷基吡啶鎓,季铵盐,聚氧乙烯烷基胺等。
非离子型表面活性剂:
聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基酯,脱水山梨糖醇烷基酯、糖酯类等。
两性表面活性剂:
含甜菜碱型、咪唑啉型等,二级胺、三级胺或四级铵盐型等。
阴离子基可以使用羧酸、硫酸酯、磺酸、磷酸酯型等。
本发明的非粘着性组合物可用于涂布在树脂、纤维、橡胶、纸、金属、陶瓷等的表面上,以防止这些物质之间的粘着。例如,本发明组合物的各成分在作为介质的水或有机溶剂中溶解、分散或乳化,由此形成的液状物用浸渍、喷涂、刷涂、浸在布上涂布等众所周知的方法涂布到被涂布物上,通常进行干燥以除去介质(水或有机溶剂)。涂布量按固形物计是2~100g/m2,较好是5~50g/m2。
本发明组合物不仅能防止同种物质之间的粘着,也能用来防止不同种物质之间的粘着。适合使用本发明非粘着性组合物的材质的较好组合,可以列举同种材质之间和树脂与橡胶、树脂与金属、树脂与陶瓷、橡胶与金属、金属与陶瓷等。按照本发明的组合物尤其可用来作为成形物成形时的脱模剂、电线剥离剂、合成树脂或者硫化或未硫化橡胶的防粘剂。
实施例
以下用实施例说明本发明的组合物,还进一步说明在把组合物涂布到基材上的情况下的非粘着性和电线的剥离性。
实施例1
在0.25份(重量)表面活性剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺(ニッサンナィミンS-220,日本油脂(株)制)溶于100份(重量)水中形成的溶液中添加1份(重量)含有全氟烷基的磷酸酯[(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH(OH)CH2O]nPO(OH)3-n(n=1~3,平均1.4)、2份(重量)硅油(シリコンSH200,东レ·ダゥコ一ニングシリコ一ン(株)制)、5份(重量)聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分散液(ルブロンLDW-10,ダィキン工业(株)制,数均分子量20万),用搅拌器(Homomixer)搅拌,得到乳浊液。
实施例2
除用2份(重量)含氟油(ダィフロィルNo.1,以Cl(CF2CFCl)3Cl为主要成分,ダィキン工业(株)制)代替实施例1中的硅油外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
实施例3
除用1份(重量)其NH4盐代替实例1中所用的含全氟烷基磷酸酯、用0.25份(重量)聚氧乙烯辛基·苯基醚(ニッサンノニォンHS-208,日本油脂(株)制)代替表面活性剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺,用シリコンェマルジョンSH 7036(约38%的水乳液,东レ·ダゥコ一ニングシリコ一ン(株)制)代替シリコンSH 200外,与实施例1同样进行,得到乳浊液。
实施例4
除用1份(重量)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH2CH2OPO(OH)2的NH4盐代替实施例1中所用的含全氟烷基磷酸酯,用0.25份(重量)聚氧乙烯单油酸酯(ニッサンノニォン0-2日本油脂(株)制)代替表面活性剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺以外,与实施例1一样进行,得到悬浊液。
实施例5
除用1份(重量)(CF3)2CF(CF2CF2)3CH2CH(CH3)OPO(OH)2的NH4盐代替实施例1中所用的磷酸酯,用0.25份(重量)聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸酯盐(ニッサニトラックスK-40,约35%水溶液,日本油脂(株)制)代替表面活性剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺,用2份(重量)含氟油(デムナムS-20,ダィキン工业(株)制,平均分子量2900)代替シリコンSH200外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例1
除不用实施例1中的PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例2
除不用实施例1中的硅油外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例3
除不用实施例1中的含全氟烷基磷酸酯外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例4
除不用实施例1中的硅油和PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例5
除不用实施例1中的磷酸酯和PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例6
除不用实施例1中的磷酸酯和硅油外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例7
除用数均分子量350万的PTFE代替实施例1中所用的数均分子量20万的PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例8
除用四氟乙烯/全氟烷基乙烯醚共聚物(PFA)分散液(AD-1S,ダィキン工业(株)制)代替实施例1中的PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
比较例9
除用四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)分散液(ND-1,ダィキン工业(株)制)代替实施例1中的PTFE外,与实施例1一样进行,得到乳浊液。
实施例1~5和比较例1~9的组合物组成综合在表1中。
非粘着性试验
用以上制备的组合物进行如下所述的非粘着性试验。
1.试片制作
在2t(厚度)×30×100mm软聚氯乙烯标准试片(高藤化成剂)的表面上刷涂60mg固形成分均匀的组合物,在100℃干燥器中干燥3分钟。
在室温放置后,在这种片的处理面上再重合一枚未处理的片材,制成试片。
2.测试方法和条件
步骤1制备的试片用一台压机在100℃×20kg/cm2×30秒这样的加压条件下加压。
这种加压条件对2枚未处理的软聚氯乙烯片加压时,既不破坏其形状又会增大粘着性,也就是必须加给颇大的力才能剥离的条件。
3.非粘着性能的判定
步骤2加压的试片在25℃放置1小时后,通过用手剥离,按如下基准来判定非粘着性能。
非粘着性能判定基准:
5自然剥离
4几乎不加力就能剥离
3加很小的力就能剥离
2有部分粘着,难以剥离
1几乎全面粘着,必须加颇大的力才能剥离
以上结果汇总在表1中。
电线的剥离性试验
用上述组合物进行电线的剥离性试验。
1.试样制备
按以下的顺序制备试样:
ⅰ)在铜线上用挤压成形机在170℃包覆1mm厚的聚氯乙烯树脂,形成绝缘层1后,用浸渍了剥离剂的海绵在绝缘层1的表面上涂布剥离剂。
ⅱ)在步骤ⅰ)制备的、有涂布了剥离剂的绝缘层1的铜线上,用挤压成形机在170℃包覆0.5mm厚的聚氯乙烯树脂,形成绝缘层2。
2.测试方法和条件步骤1制备的试样的绝缘层2用剥线钳剥离。3.剥离性的判定剥离时的状态按以下三级进行评价。◎:可顺利剥离,绝缘层1完全不延伸。×:无论如何可以剥离,但绝缘层1会延伸。××:不能剥离,乃至剥离有困难。以上结果综合在表1中。

Claims (10)
1.含下列成分的非粘着性组合物:
(A)有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物,
(B)数均分子量50万以下的聚四氟乙烯,和
(C)从由硅油、硅树脂和沸点在100℃以上的高度氟代化合物(除成分(A)和(B)中所含有化合物外)组成的一组中选择的至少一种化合物。
2.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物是磷酸酯或其盐。
3.按照权利要求2的组合物,其中磷酸酯是以下通式所示的化合物:
(RfRO)nPO(OH)3-n式中Rf是4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基,n是1~2的整数,R是-CH2CH(Z)CmH2m-或-SO2N(R′)C1H21-所示的2价有机基团(式中Z是H、CH3、C2H5、Cl或OR″(R″是H、CH3、C2H5,COCH3,COC2H5或-CH2COOH或其盐),m是0或1~4的整数,R′是1~4个碳原子的烷基,1是1~4的整数)。
4.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物是膦酸衍生物或次膦酸衍生物。
6.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中有4~20个碳原子的全氟烷基或链烯基的化合物是单取代乙烯或(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合物或共聚物。
8.以权利要求1中所述组合物为有效成分的防粘剂。
9.以权利要求1中所述组合物为有效成分的电线剥离剂。
10.以权利要求1中所述组合物为有效成分的脱模剂。
