Abstract

본 발명은 (A) C4~ C20의 퍼플루오르알킬 또는 알케닐기를 가지는 화합물, (B) 수평균 분자량 50만 이하의 폴리테트라풀루오르에틸렌, 및 (C) 실리콘오일, 실리콘 수지 및 비점이 100℃ 이상의 고도로 불소화된 화합물((A) 성분과 (B)성분에 포함되어 있는 것을 제외함)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 함유하여 이루어지는 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 조성물은, 이형제, 안티블로킹제, 전선의 스트립제 등으로서 가장 바람직한, 물품간에 비점착성을 부여하는 성질을 가진다.

Claims (10)

  1. (A) 4~20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 퍼플루오르알킬 또는 알케닐기를 가지는 화합물, (B) 수평균 분자량 50만 이하의 폴리테트라풀루오르에틸렌, 및 (C) 실리콘오일, 실리콘 수지 및 비점이 100℃ 이상의 고도로 불소화된 화합물 ((A) 성분과 (B)성분에 포함되어 있는 것을 제외함)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 함유하여 이루어지는 비첨착성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 4~20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 퍼플루오르알킬 또는 알케닐기를 가지는 화합물은 인산에스테르 또는 그이 염인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 인산에스테르는 일반식 :
    [식중, Rf는 탄소수 4~20의 퍼플루오르알킬기, n은 1~2개의 정수, R은 -CH2CH(Z)CmH2m-또는 -SO2N(R′)C1HS21-로 표시되는 2가지의 유기기를 나타내며(식중, Z는 H, CH3, C2H5, Cl 또는 OR″(R″는 H, CH3, C2H5, COCH3, COC2H5또는 -CH2COOH 또는 그의 염을 나타낸다), m은 0또는 1~4의 정수, R′은 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기, 1은 1~4의 정수를 나타낸다.)]로 표시되는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 4~20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 퍼플루오르알킬 또는 알케닐기를 가지는 화합물은 포스폰산유도체 또는 포스핀산유도체인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 포스폰산유도체 또는 포스핀산유도체는 일반식 :
    (식중, Rf는, 탄소수 4~20의 퍼플루오르알킬기 또는 퍼플루오르알케닐기, R1은 수소원자, 알카리금속원자, 암모늄기 또는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기, R2는 탄소수 1~10의 알킬렌지 또는 기 -CH2CH(OR3)CH2-(R3은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1~10의 알킬기를 나타낸다)이며, 단 j, k, l은 정수이고,, j+k+1=3로 한다), 또는 일반식 :
    (식중, Rf, R1은 상기와 같다. 단, k, l은 정수이며,,. k+l=2로 한다)에 의해서 표시되는 화합물 또는 그의 염인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 4~20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 퍼플루오르알킬 또는 알케닐 화합물을 가지는 화합물은, 모노치환에틸렌 또는 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 고도로 불소화된 화합물은, 일반식(식중, n=2~200), 또는 -(CF2CF2CF2O)n- (식중, n=2~200)로 표시되는 화합물인 조성물.
  8. 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 유효성분으로 하는 안티블로킹제.
  9. 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 유효성분으로 하는 전선의 스트립제.
  10. 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 기재된 조성물을 유효성분으로 하는 이형제.
