杆部42构造成：当转动时，在如图9A所示的安装位置和如图9C所示的锁定位置之间绕轴线A转动圆柱部41。根据一个方面，锁定装置4构造成：通过在30°-180°之间转动杆部42和圆柱部41，使锁定装置4在安装位置和锁定位置之间移动。根据一个方面，锁定装置4构造成：通过在90°-180°之间转动杆部42和圆柱部41，使锁定装置4在安装位置和锁定位置之间移动。

根据一个方面，锁定表面45的部分45a在锁定位置延伸到凹槽21中的在圆柱部的径向方向上的长度基本上对应于圆形部段25的高度h。换句话说，圆形部段25的高度h的方向与锁定表面45的部分45a的长度hP的方向相同。
根据一个方面，在安装位置，杆部42的外端42b布置在距相邻镶板3一定距离处。根据一个方面，在锁定位置，杆部42的外端42b布置成邻近相邻镶板3。根据一个方面，在锁定位置，杆部42的外端42b布置成与相邻镶板3接触。根据一个方面，在锁定位置，锁销49配置成被布置在凹槽21中以锁定杆部42，使其不能从锁定位置转向安装位置。根据一个方面，在锁定位置，锁销49布置在凹槽21中并与孔22相距一定距离，如图9C所示。
根据一个方面，穿过开口23延伸到凹槽21中的锁定表面45的部分45a的长度构造成在锁定装置4从安装位置移动到锁定位置时逐渐增加。随着杆部42从安装位置向锁定位置移动，延伸穿过开口23的锁定表面45的部分45a的尺寸逐渐增大，使得从锁定装置4施加在相邻镶板3上的力也逐渐增大。这给锁定装置4的用户提供了相邻镶板3越来越紧密地锁定在凹槽21中的触觉反馈。
根据一个方面，脊部47的所述边缘的倾斜表面48构造成在锁定位置与第二孔32的壁33相互作用。根据一个方面，倾斜表面48构造成在锁定位置将相邻镶板3向下压入镶板2的凹槽21中。
根据一个方面，螺旋形状的脊部46构造成在锁定装置4从安装位置移动到锁定位置时向下按压相邻镶板3。根据一个方面，在锁定位置，至少一个脊部47构造成至少部分地被布置在第二孔32中，如图10c所示。脊部47将起到进一步锁定的作用，并将相邻镶板3锁定在凹槽21中。
根据一个方面，当锁定装置从安装位置向锁定位置移动时，这些脊部适于如图10所示切入孔22的壁27，和/或切入相邻镶板3。随着锁定装置4的转动，这些脊部将对相邻镶板3和孔22的壁27施加力。如果所述力超过一个值，则取决于锁定装置4、相邻镶板3和壁27的材料，锁定装置4的脊部46将切入壁27和相邻镶板3中的一者或两者。
根据一个方面，相邻镶板3包括配置为抵靠其它镶板2锁定的其它边缘。
根据一个方面，所述镶板包括在凹槽21处的两个或更多个孔22，以及被配置成布置在每个孔22中的相应数量的锁定装置4。根据一个方面，所述镶板包括两个或更多个凹槽21。
根据一个方面，镶板2和相邻镶板3是抽屉的底部件、家具产品的框架和背部件之一。
下文将参照图9A-9C描述根据上述的镶板组1的组装和拆卸方法。
当用户应组装镶板组1时，执行以下步骤。将锁定装置4的圆柱部41插入镶板2的孔22中。此后，转动杆部42以将锁定装置4定位在安装位置。
将相邻镶板3的第一边缘31插入镶板2的凹槽21中。
当相邻镶板3的第一边缘31被定位在凹槽21中时，沿第一方向转动杆部42，如图9B中的箭头所示，以将锁定装置4从安装位置移动到锁定位置，从而将相邻镶板3的第一边缘31锁定在凹槽21中。
根据一个方面，在将锁定装置4布置在孔22中之前，将相邻镶板3的边缘31插入镶板2的凹槽21中。此后，将锁定装置4插入孔22中，并且锁定装置关于相邻镶板3和镶板2定位在安装位置。因此，为了将相邻镶板3锁定到镶板2，上述步骤不是必需以特定的顺序执行。
根据一个方面，在工厂内由另一个用户或由机器将锁定装置4插入孔22中。因此，该方法的步骤可以被划分为由不同的用户或由机器来执行。
根据一个方面，该镶板组1是抽屉的底部件、家具产品的背部件、框架和用于加强边缘的镶板中的一种。
在镶板组1被组装并且用户或另一用户想要拆卸镶板组1之后，执行以下步骤。如图9C中的箭头所示，沿第二方向转动杆部42，以将锁定装置4从锁定位置移动到安装位置，从而解锁凹槽21中的相邻镶板3的第一边缘31。当杆部42被移回到安装位置时，圆柱部41将与其一起转动。随着圆柱部41转向安装位置，延伸穿过开口23的锁定表面45的部分45a的长度减小，并且由锁定装置4施加在相邻镶板3上的力也因此减小。此后，将相邻镶板3的第一边缘31从镶板2的凹槽21中移除，并且该镶板组1被拆卸。
根据一个方面，重复上述步骤，并且再次组装镶板组1。根据一个方面，将镶板2和/或相邻镶板3锁定到另一个相邻镶板3和/或镶板2。
根据一个方面，镶板2包括这样的凹槽21：其宽度W等于或小于相邻镶板3的宽度T和锁定装置4的最大直径DL，并且大于相邻镶板3的宽度T和锁定装置4的最小直径。根据一个方面，相邻镶板3的边缘31和锁定装置4构造成被布置在凹槽21中，并且锁定装置4在安装位置和锁定位置之间在凹槽21中转动。
根据一个方面，该镶板组是弹性镶板。弹性板可以包括包含热塑性材料的芯部。热塑性材料可以是发泡的。
热塑性材料可包括聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚酯、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、或它们的组合。芯部可以由多个层构成。
上述方面可以包括装饰层，例如包括热塑性材料的装饰箔。装饰层的热塑性材料可以是或包括聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚酯、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、或它们的组合。装饰箔优选经过印刷，例如通过直接印刷、轮转凹版印刷(rotogravure)或数字印刷来实现。根据一个方面，装饰层包括三聚氰胺、高压层压板(HPL)或饰面板。
上述方面可以包括耐磨层，例如薄膜或箔。耐磨层可以包括热塑性材料。热塑性材料可以是聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚酯、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、或它们的组合。
上述方面可包括包含木基芯部的镶板，例如高密度纤维板(HDF)、中密度纤维板(MDF)、胶合板、刨花板、定向刨花板(OSB)或梅森奈特纤维板(masonite)。

Claims (25)

1.一种镶板组(1)，优选用于家具产品，所述镶板组(1)包括镶板(2)和相邻镶板(3)，其中：
镶板(2)包括凹槽(21)和经由开口(23)连接到凹槽(21)的至少一个孔(22)，
相邻镶板(3)包括第一边缘(31)，该第一边缘构造成被布置在镶板(2)的凹槽(21)中，并且
镶板(2)包括锁定装置(4)，该锁定装置构造成将相邻镶板(3)的第一边缘(31)锁定在镶板(2)的凹槽(21)中，其中：
-锁定装置(4)包括圆柱部(41)和连接到圆柱部(41)的杆部(42)，
-圆柱部(41)构造成被布置在镶板(2)的孔(22)中，
-圆柱部(41)是偏心圆柱部(41),其包括顶部基座和底部基座(43，44)以及连接顶部基座和底部基座(43，44)的锁定表面(45)，
-圆柱部(41)构造成在圆柱部(41)绕孔(22)中的轴线(A)转动时充当凸轮，并且
-杆部(42)构造成当转动时，在安装位置和锁定位置之间绕轴线(A)转动圆柱部(41)，其中：

6.根据权利要求4或5中任一项所述的镶板组，其中，所述圆柱部(41)的最大直径(DL)基本上等于所述孔的直径(dH)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的镶板组(1)，其中，在锁定位置，锁定表面(45)的所述部分(45a)穿过开口(23)延伸到凹槽(21)中的长度(hP)为圆柱部(41)的最大直径(dL)的5-25％，优选地，所述长度(hP)为圆柱部(41)的最大直径(dL)的10-15％。

15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的镶板组(1)，其中，所述相邻镶板(3)包括第二孔(32)，所述第二孔(32)配置为被布置在所述开口(23)处并且与所述圆柱部(41)相互作用，以将所述相邻镶板(3)锁定到所述镶板(2)。

c)将相邻镶板(3)的第一边缘(31)插入镶板(2)的凹槽(21)中，以及
d)沿第一方向转动杆部(42)以将锁定装置(4)从安装位置移动到锁定位置，从而将相邻镶板(3)的第一边缘(31)锁定在凹槽(21)中。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法，该方法还包括以下步骤：
e)沿第二方向转动杆部(42)以将锁定装置(4)从锁定位置移动到安装位置，从而解锁在凹槽(21)中的相邻镶板(3)的第一边缘(31)，以及
f)从镶板(2)的凹槽(21)中移除相邻镶板(3)的第一边缘(31)。
