本实用新型公开了一种板材组合自动锁及组合式柜体，该板材组合自动锁含有锁体和锁舌，所述锁体上设置有锁舌孔，所述锁舌孔内安装有锁舌，所述锁舌后端设置有弹簧，所述锁体和锁舌之间设置有限位机构，所述锁体上设置有安装孔，所述锁舌上设置有卡槽。该组合式柜体含有立板、横板和所述板材组合自动锁，其中，所述横板的两端分别安装有所述板材组合自动锁，所述立板内侧分别设置有锁孔，所述锁孔与所述板材组合自动锁相对应。本实用新型锁舌在弹簧的作用下能够自动上锁，用手反方向推动板材，锁舌自动脱开，方便快捷，另外，锁舌上的卡槽能够卡住立板的内测壁板，起到连接作用，提高整个柜体的强度。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种板材组合连接装置，特别是涉及一种板材组合自动锁及柜体。
背景技术：
随着经济和技术的发展，人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高，人们越来越多地采用整体橱柜和整体壁柜，而整体橱柜和整体壁柜大多由板材组合连接而成，板材之间的连接采用螺钉固定，拆装时都要先拆装螺钉，费力费时。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种设计独特、省时省力且拆装方便的板材组合自动锁及组合式柜体。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种板材组合自动锁，含有锁体和锁舌，所述锁体上设置有锁舌孔，所述锁舌孔内安装有锁舌，所述锁舌后端设置有弹簧，所述锁体和锁舌之间设置有限位机构，所述锁体上设置有安装孔，所述锁舌上设置有卡槽。
所述锁体由固定套和堵头构成，所述堵头与所述固定套后端紧配合连接，所述锁舌和弹簧设置在所述固定套中，所述堵头上设置有所述安装孔。
所述固定套前端设置有向外的固定边，且设置有向内的挡板，所述锁舌上设置有挡槽，所述挡板与所述挡槽相对应构成所述限位机构。所述横板的两端分别安装有所述板材组合自动锁，所述立板内侧分别设置有锁孔，所述锁孔与所述板材组合自动锁相对应。所述立板和横板均为中空板材，所述板材组合自动锁通过固定螺钉安装在所述横板的中空腔体两端，所述锁舌的卡槽卡住所述立板的内侧壁板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型锁舌在弹簧的作用下能够自动上锁，用手反方向推动板材，锁舌自动脱开，方便快捷。
2、本实用新型锁舌上设置有卡槽，卡槽能够卡住立板的内壁板，起到连接作用，提高整个柜体的强度。
3、本实用新型锁体上设置有挡板，锁舌上设置挡槽，防止锁舌脱出，增强使用的稳定性。
4、本实用新型锁体通过螺钉固定在板材的中空腔内，不占用外部空间，美观大方且空间利用率高。
5、本实用新型锁体由堵头和固定套构成，二者紧配合固定，易于生产和安装，堵头上设置安装孔，便于安装。
6、本实用新型设计独特、省时省力且拆装方便，易于推广实施，具有良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式：
实施例：参见图1、图2和图3，图中，1-堵头，2-安装孔，3-弹簧，4-固定套，5-锁舌，6-卡槽，7-挡板，8-立板，9-横板，10-固定螺钉。
板材组合自动锁含有锁体和锁舌5，其中：锁体上设置有锁舌孔，锁舌孔内安装有锁舌5，锁舌5后端设置有弹簧3，锁体和锁舌5之间设置有限位机构，锁体上设置有安装孔2，锁舌5上设置有卡槽6。
本实施例中，锁体由固定套4和堵头1构成，堵头1与固定套4后端紧配合连接，堵头1上设置有安装孔2。固定套4前端设置有向外的固定边，且设置有向内的挡板7，锁舌5上设置有挡槽，挡板7与挡槽相对应构成限位机构。
组合式柜体还含有立板8和横板9，横板9的两端分别安装有板材组合自动锁，立板8内侧分别设置有锁孔，锁孔与板材组合自动锁相对应。
本实施例中，立板8和横板9均为中空板材，板材组合自动锁通过固定螺钉10安装在横板9的中空腔体两端，锁舌5的卡槽6卡住立板8的内侧壁板。
安装组合式柜体时，先将横板9倾斜放置，再将横板9一端的锁舌5插入一侧立板8上相应的锁孔中，然后将横板9另一端向下压，直到这一段的锁舌5插入另一侧立板8上相应的锁孔中，两端锁舌5的卡槽6分别卡住两侧立板8的内侧壁板，起到连接作用，提高整个柜体的强度。拆解安装组合式柜体时，采用上述步骤的反步骤即可。

Claims (5)
1.一种板材组合自动锁，含有锁体和锁舌，其特征是：所述锁体上设置有锁舌孔，所述锁舌孔内安装有锁舌，所述锁舌后端设置有弹簧，所述锁体和锁舌之间设置有限位机构，所述锁体上设置有安装孔，所述锁舌上设置有卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板材组合自动锁，其特征是：所述锁体由固定套和堵头构成，所述堵头与所述固定套后端紧配合连接，所述锁舌和弹簧设置在所述固定套中，所述堵头上设置有所述安装孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的板材组合自动锁，其特征是：所述固定套前端设置有向外的固定边，且设置有向内的挡板，所述锁舌上设置有挡槽，所述挡板与所述挡槽相对应构成所述限位机构。
4.一种含有权利要求1-3任一项所述板材组合自动锁的组合式柜体，还含有立板和横板，其特征是：所述横板的两端分别安装有所述板材组合自动锁，所述立板内侧分别设置有锁孔，所述锁孔与所述板材组合自动锁相对应。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合式柜体，其特征是：所述立板和横板均为中空板材，所述板材组合自动锁通过固定螺钉安装在所述横板的中空腔体两端，所述锁舌的卡槽卡住所述立板的内侧壁板。
