Abstract
本发明是一种榫卯式家具，属家具领域，是家庭存放衣被和其他物品的器具。通过新的结构形式，简化制作工艺，按需要组合成各种家具，以适应家居要求。榫卯式家具由骨架、抽屉和门组成，骨架由竖向板件和横向板件构成，竖向板件有侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板和后壁板，横向板件有顶盖、底座和横向隔板，侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板、顶盖、底座、横向隔板各由一个或若干个单元件组合而成，每个单元件上均制有榫和卯，单元件组合及板件相互连接均用榫卯结构套接，后壁板镶入顶盖和底座后边缘的槽中，每个单元件前后端面制有大于半圆的圆弧槽，前面槽中装锁扣装饰条，抽屉装于抽屉架上，门为推拉门。本发明可组合成多种家具，用以存放家用物品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家具，是家庭存放衣物的器具，具体是一种榫卯式家具。
背景技术
现在家具形式很多，外表式样和内部构造各异，其外形多不可变，组合结构不可拆卸，各元件连接形式为单卯固定或螺栓、螺母固定，一般先制作框架，再在框架上装面板，制作工序多，制造成本高。由于不可拆卸，故搬运不便。内部空间也不能按需要布置，利用不充分。也有组合式家具，但其组合方式尚待改进。经检索中国专利文献和其他有关资料，至今尚无可随意组装和分解、连接结构形式新颖而先进的家具。
发明内容
发明人分析了现有各种家具的结构形式，针对其结构和使用方面存在的问题，提供一种全新结构型式的榫卯式家具，可按需要组装或分解，既能很好的满足使用要求，又因结构和外形新颖而改善了家居环境。
技术方案
榫卯式家具含有骨架、抽屉和门，骨架由竖向板件和横向板件构成，竖向板件有侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板和后壁板，横向板件有顶盖、底座和横向隔板，侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板、顶盖、底座、横向隔板各由一个或若干个单元件组合而成，每个单元件上均制有榫和卯，单元件组合及板件相互连接均用榫卯结构套接，后壁镶入顶盖和底座后边缘的槽中，每个单元件前后端面制有大于半圆的圆弧槽，前面槽中装锁扣装饰条。
家具的大小和外形取决于单元件的数量和类型，单元件分基础单元件和调节单元件，家具的高度取决于竖向调节单元件的数量，宽度则取决于横向调节单元件的数量。
有益效果 和现有各类家具相比，本发明具有如下优点：1、构思巧妙、独具匠心，开创了家具领域的新视野；2、结构新颖，实用性强，用全长度上制有榫卯结构的单元件套接装配，连接可靠，稳定性好，装配容易，拆卸和搬运亦很方便；3、由于单元件按模具压制而成，制造工艺简单，尺寸误差小，减少了用料种类和材料损失，从而降低了制造成本，提高了经济效益；4、按室内空间大小和实际需要，组装不同大小和形状的家具，以满足其使用要求；5、由于用复合材料制作，故防潮、防火、不裂、不变形。

具体实施方式
下面以榫卯式家具的一种组合形式-大衣柜为实施例，结合附图说明其具体实施方式，大衣柜包括骨架1，抽屉2和门3，骨架1由竖向板件和横向板件构成，竖向板件有侧壁板8、内壁板9、后壁板13和竖向隔板，此处竖向调节单元件7即为竖向隔板，横向板件有顶盖4、底座11和横向隔板6，侧壁板8由5个侧壁单元件10组成，左侧壁板在水平面内转180°即成右侧壁板构件，内壁板9由3个竖向调节单元件7构成，竖向隔板有4个，各由1个竖向调节单元件7构成，顶盖4由2个基础单元件构成，底座11由2个基础单元件和2个底座调节单元件12组成，横向隔板6有两块，各由2个基础单元件和2个横向调节单元件5构成，构成上述板件的单元件均在全长上制有榫和卯，单元件组合及板件相互连接均用榫卯结构套接，仅后壁板13无榫卯，镶入顶盖4和底座11后边缘的槽中。单元件的前后端面上制有大于半圆的圆弧槽，前面的槽中装锁扣装饰条14，锁扣装饰条14的锁扣具有弹性，压入槽中后再张开，即将装饰条固定于骨架凸缘上，可将骨架板件的单元件联系起来，同时使家具外表美观。单元件用复合材料按模具压制。
大衣柜上设有抽屉2，侧壁单元件10和竖向隔板上制有抽屉架，抽屉2装于抽屉架上，抽屉2上部装有防尘布，抽屉面上有标签袋和把手，抽屉采用现有技术制作。
大衣柜上设有两对小门和一对大门3，皆为推拉门，推拉门的滑轨和滚轮均采用现有技术。
本发明可组合成多种家具，调整调节单元件的种类和数量，可组合成书橱、酒柜、五斗橱、壁柜等等。
Claims (2)
1、一种榫卯式家具，含有骨架、抽屉和门，其特征在于骨架由竖向板件和横向板件构成，竖向板件有侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板和后壁板，横向板件有顶盖、底座和横向隔板，侧壁板、内壁板、竖向隔板、顶盖、底座、横向隔板各由一个或若干个单元件组合而成，每个单元件上均制有榫和卯，单元件组合及板件相互连接均用榫卯结构套接，后壁镶入顶盖和底座后边缘的槽中，每个单元件前后端面制有大于半圆的圆弧槽，前面槽中装锁扣装饰条。
2、根据权利要求1所述的榫卯式家具，其特征在于所有单元件上的榫和卯均沿全长分布。
