技术领域
本公开涉及一种弹簧,特别是涉及一种能够用于诸如车辆用悬架装置的悬架装置的弹簧。
背景技术
例如,在专利文献1中记载的发明的弹簧装置中,金属制成的螺旋弹簧与塑料制成的保持构件经由粘接剂粘接,粘接剂的硬度小于线材的包覆层的硬度。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在专利文献1中记载的弹簧装置中,由于以下的理由,螺旋弹簧有可能在早期出现损伤。
即,在专利文献1中记载的弹簧装置中,通过减小粘接剂的硬度,来由该粘接剂吸收一部分载荷能量。因此,由于常年性的施加载荷,粘接剂有可能在粘接剂与包覆层的边界面剥落。
若粘接剂在粘接剂与包覆层的边界面剥落,则由于载荷变化,粘接剂以与包覆层相互摩擦的方式接触,因此包覆层有可能在早期产生损伤。若包覆层产生损伤,则金属制成的线材有可能在早期产生损伤,因此螺旋弹簧有可能在早期产生损伤。
本公开鉴于上述要点,公开了弹簧的一个示例,该弹簧能够抑制由金属制成的线材构成的弹簧部在早期产生损伤。
用于解决问题的手段
本公开的一个方面的车辆用悬架装置用的弹簧,具有:线材,由金属制成,构成弹簧部,在表面设置有包覆层;以及座部,由能够弹性变形的材料构成,承受作用于弹簧部的载荷,通过粘接剂与包覆层粘接。而且,优选座部的硬度与粘接剂的硬度之差大于粘接剂的硬度与包覆层的硬度之差。
硬度差越大的边界面,越容易产生剥离。因此,在上述方面的车辆用悬架装置用的弹簧中,座部与粘接剂的边界面比粘接剂与包覆层的边界面更容易产生剥离。因此,包覆层能够维持在被粘接剂覆盖的状态,因而能够抑制包覆层在早期出现损伤。
进而,抑制金属制成的线材在早期出现损伤,因此能够抑制弹簧部在早期出现损伤。

具体实施方式
以下的“发明的实施方式”示出属于本公开的技术范围的实施方式的一个示例。即,权利要求书所记载的发明特定事项等并不受下述实施方式所示出的具体结构和构造等限定。
为了易于理解各图相互之间的关系,记载了表示各图所附的方向的箭头等。本说明书中记载的发明并不受各图所附的方向限定。
对于至少用附图标记描述的构件或部位,除非事先说明为“一个”等,否则至少设置有一个。即,在没有事先说明为“一个”等的情况下,可以设置两个以上该构件。
本实施方式是将本公开的弹簧适用于诸如车辆用悬架装置用的弹簧的悬架装置用的弹簧的示例。
(第一实施方式)
1.悬架装置用的弹簧的结构
图1所示的悬架装置用的弹簧1(以下,称为弹簧1。)至少具有弹簧部2以及座部3等。弹簧部2是由金属制成的线材2A构成的弹簧。
在线材2A的表面,设置有将该线材2A整体覆盖的包覆层2B。本实施方式的弹簧部2是以螺旋状形成的螺旋弹簧。包覆层2B是由热固性树脂等树脂通过烤漆形成的薄膜。
座部3是承受作用于弹簧部2的载荷的座,例如是橡胶片(Rubber sheet)。座部3由能够弹性变形的材料构成。作为座部3的材料,能够例示出橡胶、树脂的至少一种。如图2所示,在座部3设置有供线材2A的部分嵌入的槽部3A。
槽部3A是构成座卷部的线材2A的部分嵌入的槽。即,座部3被配置在以螺旋状构成的弹簧部2的螺旋轴线方向的一端侧,与构成座卷部的线材2A的部分接触(参照图1)。以下说明的线材2A是线材2A中构成座卷部的部分。
线材2A通过粘接剂与座部3即槽部3A的内壁面粘接。因此,如图3所示,在线材2A与槽部3A的内壁面之间,形成有该粘接剂的粘接层AD。
2.粘接部的构造
在本实施方式中,作为粘接剂,使用座部3的硬度与粘接剂(粘接层AD)的硬度之差大于粘接剂(粘接层AD)的硬度与包覆层2B的硬度之差的粘接剂。
具体地,粘接剂是耐候性优异的粘接剂(例如环氧类粘接剂)。座部3是天然橡胶类橡胶。包覆层2B是环氧-聚酯类树脂。该粘接剂的粘接层AD的厚度尺寸为约1mm。包覆层2B的厚度尺寸为约40μm以上。
粘接剂(粘接层AD)的硬度是粘接剂已充分硬化时的硬度。具体地,例如,在本实施方式的粘接剂中,在常温下经过约8个小时后的硬度,或在100℃的炉内加热约20分钟后的情况下的硬度。
3.本实施方式的弹簧的特征
通常,硬度差越大的边界面,越容易产生剥离。因此,在本实施方式的弹簧1中,座部3与粘接层AD的边界面比粘接层AD与包覆层2B的边界面更容易产生剥离。
因此,即使是在粘接层AD产生了剥离的情况,包覆层2B也能维持在被粘接层AD覆盖的状态,因此能够抑制包覆层2B在早期出现损伤。进而,由于抑制了金属制成的线材2A在早期出现损伤,因而能够抑制弹簧部2在早期出现损伤。
(其他实施方式)
在上述实施方式中,粘接剂是环氧类粘接剂,座部3是天然橡胶类橡胶,包覆层2B是环氧-聚酯类树脂。但是,本公开说明书所公开的发明并不限于此。
即,在该发明中,如果座部3的硬度与粘接剂(粘接层AD)的硬度之差大于粘接剂(粘接层AD)的硬度与包覆层2B的硬度之差,则具体的材质也可以是上述材质以外的材质。
而且,本公开不限于上述实施方式,与权利要求书所记载的发明的主旨相一致即可。因此,可以将上述多个实施方式中的至少两个实施方式进行组合。而且,本公开也能适用于悬架装置用的弹簧以外的弹簧。

Claims (5)

1.一种悬架装置用的弹簧,用于车辆用悬架装置,该悬架装置用的弹簧的特征在于,具有:
线材,由金属制成,构成弹簧部,在表面设置有包覆层,以及
座部,由能够弹性变形的材料构成,承受作用于所述弹簧部的载荷,通过粘接剂与所述包覆层粘接;
所述座部的硬度与所述粘接剂的硬度之差大于所述粘接剂的硬度与所述包覆层的硬度之差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬架装置用的弹簧,其特征在于,
所述弹簧部为螺旋弹簧,
所述座部与所述弹簧部的座卷部粘接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬架装置用的弹簧,其特征在于,
所述座部的材料包括橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬架装置用的弹簧,其特征在于,
所述座部的材料包括树脂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的悬架装置用的弹簧,其特征在于,
所述座部的材料包括树脂。
