また、本発明の第四の態様は、第一〜第三の何れか一つの態様に記載されたシートラバーにおいて、前記サスペンション部材の前記立上部と前記シートラバーの前記中央突出部との径方向間に隙間が形成されているものである。
Claims (4)
- コイルスプリングの着座部の中央に設けられた位置決め穴の周縁部分が該コイルスプリング内に向かって次第に湾曲して環状に立ち上がる立上部とされたサスペンション部材に対して、該着座部に重ね合わされて装着されることにより該コイルスプリングを緩衝的に受けるシートラバーであって、
前記着座部の表面に沿って広がって前記コイルスプリングの軸方向端を受ける外周プレート状部の内周部分が、前記立上部の表面に沿って湾曲して立ち上がる環状湾曲部とされていると共に、
前記位置決め穴から前記立上部の軸方向基端側に向かって入り込む中実の中央突出部が、該外周プレート状部の内周側に位置して該環状湾曲部の立ち上がり先端部分から基端側に向かって突出して単一のラバー部材として一体形成されており、
該環状湾曲部と該中央突出部との間には、該立上部が差し入れられることで軸直角方向での位置ずれを規制する環状溝が設けられている一方、
該外周プレート状部には、該コイルスプリングからの入力を前記サスペンション部材の該着座部へ分散伝達させる補強部材が、該環状湾曲部を外周側に外れた領域において該立上部の周りに位置する平板形状をもって埋設配置されていることを特徴とするシートラバー。 - 前記外周プレート状部における前記コイルスプリングの軸方向端の当接部分において、前記補強部材の埋設位置が、該外周プレート状部の厚さ方向で該コイルスプリング側の表面よりも前記着座部への重ね合わせ面に近くされている請求項1に記載のシートラバー。
- 前記補強部材の内周端が、前記外周プレート状部における前記コイルスプリングの軸方向端の当接面の内周端よりも大きく且つ該当接面の外周端よりも小さい請求項1又は2に記載のシートラバー。
- 前記サスペンション部材の前記立上部と前記シートラバーの前記中央突出部との径方向間に隙間が形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のシートラバー。
